The setting is rather pretty, the food not exceptional but good. They are in the gourmet passport but do not accept your reservation if the weather is nice (even if there is space).

Hardly believable! If you want to give a friend, who had an à la carte dish, without dessert, a taste of one or two spoonfuls of your dessert in the buffet formula, hide under the table! Otherwise a waitress arrives quickly and asks you to eat your dessert alone and without sharing it, as it is forbidden to do this. Total rubbish! and all with service without a smile or any sympathy.

Very good buffet at an affordable price for lunch. One of the best Thai restaurants in Lausanne.

I've been here several times and it remains the best Thai restaurant in town in my opinion. The dishes are excellent, the prices affordable and the setting is magnificent. The wait can sometimes be a little long but overall it's very good.

The meal is very sweet, the service unfriendly without a smile and always being sullen, even if we are very smiling and very friendly.

Obviously own by Chinese. There's no taste of Thai at all. Rice is as hard as stone. Tomyan base is watery. Squid is tasteless. Cooked by Ang mo. Comfort food but overpriced for this standard.

I have been there several times, both in summer and in winter. In summer it is a really nice place, being very close to the lake. All the dishes I tried were really good, with always very balanced flavours. Furthermore, the prices are really excellent, around ~80chf for two.

There is less choice in the buffet and the price has increased. Warm or cold dishes. Not very nice. The waitress told us that we had to choose the menu rather than the buffet to eat hot food....! What an idea ! It's the 2nd Chinese where we're starting to be disappointed. For dessert we always have these disgusting flans, basic clementines which have no place in a restaurant. I won't come back again!

Enchanting setting with direct access to the water. The terrace, however, lacks an elegant layout. Varied menu, but none of the dishes chosen were able to appeal. Correct service nothing more. Little effort to satisfy guests. Excessive pricing considering the barely average quality of the food.

Establishment to avoid absolutely! At first, we waited around 25 minutes before being able to place an order, the restaurant was half empty. In addition, the dishes served were not those we ordered… Let's move on, they also made a mistake in the bill and they came back to pick us up on a scooter to add around 20.-... When we ask for a commercial gesture, they speak in Thai in front of their colleague to prevent us from understanding... Uncommercial restaurant and rude to these customers. I absolutely do not recommend

Very slow service medium food nice view for the lucky ones with a table close to the lake. We reserved and had a bad table without even a light to see what we are eating.

Very good food, that goes without saying, but the waiters rushed us several times to order even though we were there to enjoy without stress. I don't think I'll go back and I won't recommend this place.

Avoid. We made a reservation for a large group. After sitting down and waiting for 15 mins we asked for service they told us someone was coming down. They were rude after we asked again politely and just left. Waited 30 minutes altogether.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but the food here was dreadful. I have lived and worked in the Far East, had plenty of Thai food. This resto does a disservice to real Thai food. The food we were served was far too sugary and had hardly any spices. Awful food. A Big Mac would have been better and I never eat those! To make things worse, when the waitress asked us how we liked the food, we explained only to be lectured on the authenticity of the Thai cuisine they were serving. Really...!

Magnificent setting but deplorable service, zero organization, to avoid....

Food is ok but the service is terrible. We waited more than an hour for our food and they never came to ask us if everything was fine or if we needed anything else. Waited another hour for someone to take our order for more drinks or dessert. So we just left quite disappointed and frustrated..

Magnificent shaded terrace! Directly by the lake. Thai chefs and kitchen assistants from the Isan region. Ideal for going out to a restaurant with family or a business evening.

The food was fine but the restaurant was extremely crowded which made the service be awful. We got our food an hour after we arrived and the waiters were so in a hurry they couldn’t pack the remaining food properly.

The setting of the restaurant is good, but then the service is pitiful, waiting 30 minutes to order drinks, then our starter arrived before we were served the requested aperitif. Staff overwhelmed and not pleasant. The meal was OK but nothing more. I advise against.

Very disappointing meal! The setting is nice by the lake, but it gives the impression that it's the factory. I personally ordered chicken pad thai (because I didn't want fish)... the pad thai tasted like fish and after asking the question it was explained to me that this is how pad thai is. prepared… in a fish soup… the taste was not great…. So I didn't swallow anything. When the staff noticed this, they kindly made me understand that this dish could not be served to one person (quite surprising indeed as a reflection) and that it had to be paid for (again… surprising… it was obvious that I was going to pay for this dish which actually cost CHF 23.50!) No gesture from the staff, nor a free starter, nor a dessert, nor even a coffee. I left almost on an empty stomach! If you are looking for a restaurant by the lake, fortunately there are others… much more attentive and helpful with their staff.

The food was not the Thai cuisine, more Chinese with a touch. The service was worse they don’t speak any language and serve you the wrong food several times. Desserts were bought by the local wholesale and prepare in the oven or microwave.

Very good restaurant, ideal setting on the terrace on the banks of Lake Geneva. We tasted the sweet and sour fish, red curry prawns and various starters, the cuisine is excellent. Small downside: the fish comes from Vietnam, it's a shame you can easily find local ones.

Good, affordable Thai and right on the lake - a combination that makes you feel like you're on vacation! Favorite dishes red curry and green coconut curry. Strongly recommended!

To avoid dish arrived late waiting time 1h30, no excuse from them, once eating the food poisoning dish the service is lousy zeroooo but zeroooo I will never set foot here again.

We booked with Passeport Gourmand and the person who took our reservation by phone confirmed for 7:00 p.m. I asked twice if the restaurant accepted the Passeport Gourmand, and she said yes. We traveled 45 minutes to get to this restaurant, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that they had not taken the Passeport Gourmand for a week. We were disappointed that no one warned us before our arrival and we were confronted with arrogant and lying staff. We advise avoiding this restaurant.

Good welcome, good food, lovely terrace overlooking the lake

A very pleasant evening with colleagues at the lake. We ate well and the service was pleasant. Restaurant suitable for groups more than for a romantic evening as a couple because very large terrace with lots of people, it's a good sign.

Overall it's pretty good but some photos on the menu don't represent what's on the plate. In addition, the dishes are not spicy enough. And the service is terrible because they don't come when called and take a long time to come. Although I must point out the good location of the restaurant.

We are catastrophically disappointed, already the VERY expensive cocktails without a drop of alcohol, the EXTREMELY modest portions, cuisine without the slightest authentic taste, long wait and dessert never served but on the other hand duly billed (but the bill finally corrected). If you want to celebrate a special event, please look for another restaurant!

Have been going here for years. Very nice and delicious Thai food. I think the chef is Thai even though the team is chinese mainly. The terrace is great in the summer, the place can host very large group of people as well. The price is not cheap but it is in Ouchy so it is quite normal here.

Nice terrace, good dishes. Welcome and service to improve!! (...and they bring us the bill for another table... better to be attentive!!) But very nice place by the lake. I will come back to it.

Frankly the staff is really unfriendly to the point that it ruins your meal. The food is nothing exceptional compared to other Asian restaurants. The only positive point is the location. In any case I will never go back there.

The restaurant setting is charming, perfect for a romantic dinner. The dishes are very good and the prices are reasonable for the area. The waiters are very nice, they seem really overwhelmed by the number of customers but manage it well and the waiting time was very good (around 20-30 minutes).

We were refused a glass of water, yet we consumed paid meals and drinks, including alcohol. Reason: with the gourmet passport you cannot serve water.....Beef with a piece of nerves...and a dish without any particular flavor......

I recommend calling to reserve because the online reservation system indicated full even though the restaurant was empty. Then the welcome made us want to flee from the first contact. And it didn't get better. Then on the menu we had the choice of a fish but which one was a mystery. And given the difficulty in making ourselves understood, we preferred to let it go. And the garbage bags with pieces of bones were placed at the exit. Fortunately, the frame caught up with everything.

We ate on the terrace which offers a splendid setting by the water. The meal was delicious and the service friendly as usual. Small point of attention on cleaning the menus, mine was full of crushed mosquitoes.

Please list all the main ingredients of a dish on the menu, especially important ones like eggs.

The food is quite good, but service very caotic… asked to charge my phone, gave it with a charged, 1h after nothing was charged … she apparently forgot to connect it … asked for water , answer “ Oh, wait…” , Me like what the f…k …. Table next to me, brought food but plates got forgotten plus wrong side dish …. Oh Boy….. chaos …

Very good place to eat Thai, wide choice of dishes and the quality is there. Prices are a bit high but worth it. The lakeside setting is great even if a little out of the way. Large paid parking lot nearby. The service is good and fast but lacks responsiveness.

The restaurant is nice and there are plenty of seats near a window. The place is ideally located on the edge of the lake with a terrace which must be very pleasant during the summer months. There was nothing to complain about the service which was efficient. The food was of good quality.

Honestly, I ordered from them and I'm very disappointed... on their ad it says "served with white rice" and I didn't receive anything and the time I ordered with fried rice I didn't like it. I received two including a white one... it doesn't make sense and I paid for nothing... honestly it's rare that I give a low rating but this is rubbish for me who does marketing it is beyond me to lack logic to this point it is clear that I will not order anymore....
