I have ordered from Lenzo several times. So far it's always been great. Today I ordered a Dürüm with lettuce and onion as well as a cocktail and hot sauce. Unfortunately, the Dürüm had neither salad nor cocktail sauce and it wasn't spicy either. In addition, there were soggy fries in the Dürüm. However, the pizza was very good

Today I received a cold Dürüm with a strange taste and instead of the MA apologizing about it, he told me that the kebab was good. Very cheeky, I always respect the MA, the kebab was finally not added to the bill. That was still my last visit. In addition to emphasizing, we had to wait about 30 minutes for a Dürüm.

Dürum pre-ordered, had it confirmed again that it would be ready in 20/30 minutes. When I arrived, wait again, remake kebab first… just weak, for what I make a pre-order

Average standard kebab, minced meat skewer. But portions are good and delivery is always on time.

Also good for export drinks, typical sweets... there is also a cigarette vending machine and you can consume food inside and out I recommend it

We explicitly mention the fact that we like the Dürüms hot and that they have always been cold in the past with every order. They are still delivered cold and sometimes incorrectly filled. Otherwise they would be good. It's a shame that customer requests aren't taken into account. Since this was mostly the case, I give it 2 stars.

Lenzo courier just wanted to run me over on the pedestrian path in Dietikon Bhf. I just ordered the kebab box. The menu says kebab meat and salad, and that's exactly what I wanted. Instead, half the box was filled with soggy fries. When we called about this, we were told that the kebab box usually comes with fries. But I don't care if the menu says it comes with salad. And elsewhere you can only get the whole thing with salad. Target missed, we will not order anymore.

You then hear stupid comments from the staff about the mask and everyone behind the braid has the mask under their chin or not at all!!! What the gentlemen, including the boss, probably don't take into account is that you prepare other people's food and actually enjoy a great deal of trust. Instead, they bring compliance despite federal orders not being enforced. We are currently checking a report to the BAG. For my part, it was the last time I was in this store. In addition to this event, the interior design also leaves a lot to be desired. The benches, chairs and tables are dingy and just looking at them makes you want to disinfect your hands.

I was at Lenzo for the first time on September 5th, 2021 and definitely not the last time. Super thin pizza dough. Highly recommended. Keep it up.
