Looks expensive, but very good cuisine. The service is very slow and the staff is often inattentive, but always friendly. Be prepared for long waiting times and order the bill early. There's a good deal now, coffee and cake for 8 Fr. Otherwise it's very expensive here.

Unprofessional service staff: constantly talking loudly to each other, often on their cell phones & not really attentive. Food is ok but price/performance is not right.

The food was so carelessly prepared, the mushroom cream sauce was anything but a cream sauce with mushrooms. My message, which I personally handed over to the person in charge of the kitchen, was received very indifferently.

We had a very pleasant stay. From the service, which was attentive and friendly, to the very good burger (see photos) which tasted delicious. The rolls were very supple/crispy, and the meat was fine and medium fried. The side dishes were fresh and balanced in quantity. In my opinion the price is rather higher, but the MEEGA SUPER FINE FRIES, which are cut in the perfect sauce ladle shape, made up for it all!:)

Very good place to wait while waiting for your plane, close to the airport. The service is pleasant. It was just time to have a coffee and then a beer before taking the plane.

With our two burgers we ordered the truffles and the chilli cheese fries. We also received normal fries with the fries we ordered. When we asked, we were told that the burgers already came with fries and that we should have ordered those instead of the normal fries. There was no map showing this nor were we informed about it. The burger was undercooked and despite the waitress admitting that the incident with the fries was his fault, they were charged.

We chose this restaurant because it is located in the public area of ​​the airport and is also open on weekends. The food was very good, but the service from the young lady was inappropriately unmotivated. In the reservation it is pointed out that on that day the kitchen is only open until 6:15 p.m., which is completely ok for us. When we arrive at 5:30 p.m. we are rushed through the process and rudely asked to pay at 6:05 p.m. (restaurant closes at 7:00 p.m.). An additional sale would definitely be necessary. The burgers and the albondigas were very good! We are well aware that staff are in short supply, but a smile back and a bit of motivation certainly wouldn't have hurt.

Big fan of Leons Loft. I have always been very satisfied with the food, the service and the ambience. Yesterday we were at Leon's Loft again and two things bothered me. When the employees wanted to seat us, they asked very penetratingly and very harshly until when we planned to stay seated. Instead of informing us how long this table is available and letting the customers decide whether it is worth it for us to sit there or not. A pity! The nachos were, as always, very good, but it's a shame that the portions were massively saved. For the same price, about a third less is served. The guacamole was also a little too obviously squeezed out of a tube. To be fair, the price for this portion of nachos should be around 12 francs and not CHF 18.-

Very tasty, but also rather expensive

Leon's Loft is a true culinary gem! From the moment I entered the charming restaurant I felt warmly welcome. The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or a convivial evening with friends. The food here is simply outstanding. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. I had the pleasure of trying several different dishes and they were all delicious. I was particularly impressed by the creativity of the kitchen - every dish was a real taste explosion. The service at Leons Loft is also first class. The staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and helped make my visit a memorable one. If you are looking for an excellent restaurant in Zurich, Leons Loft is the perfect choice. I can't wait to come back and enjoy more deliciousness!"

The burger wasn't really good and yet for a hefty price of CHF 29.00

Close to the airport, nice to sit in. Service reasonably friendly, long waiting times (although far from full). We only had one cappuccino each. Small cup, lukewarm and not even nicely decorated and/or with chocolate powder. High price for that.

I had breakfast at this restaurant this morning and rate it very highly for that - a good amount of effort has been put in to the ambience and food preparation. The overall experience was very enjoyable. The staff service was excellent at the time I went which was not too busy.

Benedict eggs were not good. There was hardly any sign of the egg to be seen or tasted. There was no trace of the special cooking method for Benedict ice cream. Despite a reservation, there was a waiting time of around 30 minutes for pancakes. Service was great, I had to clean a blob off the table myself. Location very central and beautiful.

Bad attitude from service staff when returning an incorrect drinks order. When the drinks arrived again they had a strong detergent smell, like the glasses had not been rinsed properly. Previously when we visited Leon’s loft they had charged us for a bottle of wine when only a glass was ordered. It was a big group so we didn’t notice until after. They did rectify the over charge.

Food is good but way too expensive. Burger is 32 CHF but not worth more than 20 CHF. Lemonades are great. Cant recommend because of the prices.

Longer stay at the airport. Went to Circle on 1 then 3 drinks ;) and the first thing you see is the inviting atmosphere with cozy music. Of course, I'm still in Zurich at the airport, so it's a city feel but very relaxed and comfortable with very good staff. If you have to spend time at the airport, it's perfect instead of having to spend your time in the airport itself.

For dinner at the airport with kids visited. Although the taste is strong It's quite delicious. The staff's customer service is also good. I had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the credit card Only VISA or MASTER I couldn't use it. AMEX could not be used.

Bad service. I tried to order some coffee and the staff ignored me the entire time. I waited for 5 minutes before leaving.

The boss is very unfriendly. I called twice and he simply hung up the phone on me, even though I was absolutely friendly... The rating only applies to the boss, neither to the food nor to the rest of the staff. Definitely not coming over. Unfortunately I can no longer judge the rest. Maybe the boss will change one day... 😊 then I'll think about coming over.

I arrived on a Sunday morning at around 11:15 with my young baby for something to eat without a reservation. The young man who welcomed me was incredibly friendly and professional. He was considerate of the fact I had a baby with my and offered me many different tables to sit at. I asked him if I could breastfeed and he assured me that this would be no problem at all. He also pointed out where I could find the bathroom for changing etc. The same young man took my order for a drink and brought it to me soon afterwards. I was not offered a menu, so I looked it up online and decided what I wanted to eat. I was not asked if I wanted to order food, so I asked a waitress who passed me if she would take my order. She seemed to be a 'team leader' or the shift manager. She seemed a little confused that I asked her. I ordered the pancakes with syrup and compote. When my order arrived, she had ordered me two portions of pancakes; one with compote and one with syrup. I explained the misunderstanding and she took one plate away. The pancakes were great. Freshly made and really delicious. I would have liked the compote to have some fresh berries in, what I got seemed like canned fruit. In general, the vibe in the restaurant was good. My only criticism would be about the lady who took my order, who appeared to be 'in charge'. She had a rather unprofessional attitude. The way she loudly joked with the other staff and appeared to stand back and relax in the bar area in full view of the customers, didn't feel right. She also wasn't apologetic or kind to me when realising the mistake with the order. I felt as though I needed to apologise to her. She didn't seem customer orientated to me. I would go back again, but feel the customer service could be improved.

I had a burger and was good The bunny was very fluffy, but tasted good. We were late because the kitchen closes at 19:00 and we arrived 18:40.

Very bad experience, the waitress was very rude as we had a toddler with us who was in active mode, so we left before order itself. I understand having an active toddler table is not easy to handle, but at the end toddler was also customer who was planning to order some yummy cakes.

A really great all-day concept from breakfast to dinner, everything is great. The burgers are the best at the airport/Circle. I can really recommend it!

Delicious food, but the waitress forgot parts of the order, it seems chaotic and for a Greek yogurt, not a full dish, the restaurant takes over 20 minutes, the waiting times are long, the service chaotic. I wouldn't recommend it.

30 minutes of waiting for an omelet without a piece of bread or something similar is just abysmal. The beautiful ambience doesn't help either. If the glasses are empty, no one asks if they can add anything else. At least the coffee was good, two stars for that.

Breakfast during the week was very good, the scrambled eggs were creamy, the French toast was fluffy. The service is friendly and attentive, the rooms are inviting. Breakfast was also available at 10:30 a.m. during the week. I paid 24 francs. Thank you very much, I'll be back.

Being a guest at Leon's Loft was a great experience. I received super friendly care in a very pleasant atmosphere. I particularly liked the music carpet, which also met my taste exactly. I was able to work very well here, but I didn't have WiFi access, which is also a security issue. I would love to come back in the summer to sit outside and get impressions of the piazza. Btw there is at least a Pokestop within reach.

Very nice and cozy restaurant. However, far too expensive especially for the quality you get. I paid CHF 5.80 for a (very) small cappuccino and there was very little milk foam on it, and unfortunately the taste was quite weak. Croissants were okay, service was friendly, but nothing outstanding.

It was alright for a simple breakfast. We ordered the scrambled egg with bacon, omelette with ham, butter croissant, pain au chocolate croissant for our breakfast. Pretty basic breakfast mains to have, if u prefer a slightly heavier flavor, I’ll recommend you adding a bit of pepper and salt. The ambience was nice, great for a quiet breakfast with a good Cuppa of coffee. You may need to wait a little while for the staff to assist you as well.

While this is a very nicely laid out establishment to charge CHF 80.00 for a bottle of Pinot is ridiculous, sorry but wont be going back. The business chose to be by the airport, the ground rent must be horrendous if they are ripping customers off with extortionate prices.

It could be the perfect spot and easily have 5 stars but the very expensive price destroyed the rating. Food (burgers) was excellent and very tasty! The fries were ok but not good, they had a very flowery taste. But 32.- for a burger! No, even for Swiss pricing this is definitely overpriced. The service was normal, nothing exceptional, definitely not explaining the food price. The restaurant also closes the kitchen at 7pm. Not very customer friendly, especially if you walk over from the airport.

The coffee is tasty, the fries with the truffle sauce are delicious, but a very small portion for the price. We were probably in the restaurant more than 10 times, it is nicely decorated but the staff is extremely slow - sometimes you wait 30 minutes just to pay (even though there are not many guests).

The burgers are great and since we are only a few minutes from the office, we enjoy them a little more often... maybe too often 😉

The response to the online reservation will be with the sentence “We will contact you again to definitively confirm your reservation.” completed. After 24 hours I asked what the status of my request was, after another 24 hours I still hadn't received a definitive confirmation. The store apparently doesn't need to serve guests. Bye Leon's Coffee, the address will be permanently deleted from me.

Nice restaurant and atmosphere. Ordered fish and chips. Five baked sea fish and French fries, both ok, with tartar sauce that was oily, for CHF 27.00. Price performance is not right at all. Any further comment is unnecessary.

Today we went to the Circle Campo in Leons Loft. It was a great view of Zurich Airport in a great ambience and exciting food and perfect service. My August 1st event.

Nice location. Good music. Conditions catastrophic! But apparently no one was interested. Bought Prosecco at the bar. This fact was also ignored!

Food quite ok. Service inattentive, slow and unfriendly. What a shame given this good location!

Impression & Interior - If you're looking for a simple but chic Restaurant/ Bar/ Coffeeshop with a cool vibe to get together with Friends, Family or even alone, then I highly recommend! - It is next to the airport so you can get anywhere pretty quick around Zurich. - Interior sparks your creativity ;) - Not too big but feels big. - Bright, big windows, high ceiling 2. Service & Vibe I've been here a few times and can say.. - This place either gives you a calm, classy, coffeeshop type of vibe or it can give you an "In the scene" type of vibe. (Take it how you resonate w it ;) ) - Service staff is either friendly & give off a cool colleague aura or can be very quick (almost too quick) & seem to feel unnerving with new guests, do pay much attention but just to get an order (Noted this while there wasn't much going on) - Not saying start a convo. A smile & an uplifting tone would change a lot tho. 3. Menu - Good Meals - Cool Snacks - Fancy looking, Fresh drinks - Prices fit Quality Recommend.
