Unfortunately, the party bread we ordered had not yet been delivered at the agreed time. Otherwise friendly staff and the party bread was also delicious.

Excellent coffee. Very good bakery with reasonable prices. Plenty of seatings.

Nice bakery/cafeteria near the train station. There you can find delicious bread rolls, sweets, bread products, coffee, tea, etc. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

We came to this place to work and asked if was ok, we ordered products for each of us. They literally kicked us out of the place because we were there for a couple of hours, snowing outside, with our baby in the baby stroller, saying this isn't an hotel, while the place was empty, and that attitude was unpleasant. If you plan to stay working with your lap or with your kids this place is not a good option, I do not recommend it at all.

Horrible experience, we told them one of us need to work with laptop and they gave permission, so this person stayed ALONE in the place and the 2 others left after 30 minutes. After 3 hours they came back, the place was literally empty, they told us to leave the place in at most 5 minutes (immediately). Was snowing and I had my 1 year old child. 1

Every morning the “delivery truck” from Leo’s comes by our house. On Monday the croissants are still fresh, the rest of the week it's just leftovers from the previous days, "brösmelet" everything in front of you! It's better to add up what you buy yourself otherwise you'll pay too much. It's also hard to improve on friendliness! What a shame!

According to the information on the door, the store is open, but the door was closed, even before the store was supposedly closed. Things seem to be going well when you close whenever you want, just as you feel like it. Now I can shop like that, anywhere other than here if I feel like it...

It's a shame that there are no additional stars for the kindness of the sellers.. wide choice of quality products, more than fair prices, always a special action and above all the permanent smile of the sellers.

In my opinion, the store concept should be reconsidered: When someone orders a coffee, one of the two sales assistants serves that person at the second checkout. No matter how long the line is, the customers who want a coffee are served first, even if 5 other customers would have been first. In addition, the person responsible for the coffee then has absolutely no idea who is next, even though the other customers have lined up nicely. I have no understanding of that. You could counteract the excessive demands on staff by selling tokens, like other bakeries, with which customers can buy their own coffee. If the concept is not revised, I will buy my Weggli, which is otherwise extremely tasty at Leos, from another bakery in the future.

I don't like this place. -Staff is not dynamic, takes money slowly and doesn't recognize when to step on the gas and when to have a chat -The quality of the baked goods is average and does not stand out -The atmosphere of the place is bad: there are handwritten notes everywhere for customers or staff. The fact that there are a lot of typos is logical and funny... There are better places in Bern. Unfortunately, Leo's Stadtbeck is not one of these.

This arrogant guy at the checkout touches everything with his ugly fingers - money was collected 10 seconds before - and says "it's already happened". You don't want to know what's going on in the bakery...

Here you can buy the best Shoggigipfeli in town, I'm almost sure about it. It's a bit more expensive but if you want a fresh product, bio, you pay a few cents more, don't you? The chocolate melts in your mouth... Try it! You can take away or sit down and have a coffee as well. They also offer free WIFI.
