Evening of 12/21/2023. Meals for 2 in a warm atmosphere, served by smiling staff who always took care of us. Beautiful and delicious dishes made with quality products. We came several times and the service and quality were always there. Many thanks for everything, see you soon of course.

A "Perfect Egg", well, the last time I had one of these, it was served at 64 degrees. This time, it was fridge-cold with warm mushrooms in a strange high-sided bowl that was also cold! The burger, well presented and tasty, also came on a cold plate, so by the time I finished eating - and I'm a fast eater - the burger was also cold. Needless to say, the French fries, nice as they were, also came in a cold bowl! My wife had better luck than me. The starter and main she ordered both came on warm plates. 😥😥 a perfect egg, well the last time I had one it was served at 64 degrees. Extremely long service, more than 45 minutes to order the first drinks and aperitifs. 4h30 to have 1 mixed salad (original and very colorful with frugal flavors. Surprising and good), 1 game stew to replace the Elan steak on slate, unavailable (only 4 pieces of meat in a very strong herb sauce, without wine taste with 20 spaetzle and without any game garnish). And to finish, 2 scoops of ice cream without any artifice. More than 80.- per person... The friendliness of the 2 service women was impeccable in contradiction with the waiter who allowed himself to be informal with unacceptable remarks about the return of change. A disappointing culinary journey for our tastes.

A real discovery, we can only recommend this lovely address, we will come back with pleasure with our eyes closed ❤️ and thank you for the ice cubes!

The dishes were very good and a good size. The view from the terrace is great. We went there on a weekday lunchtime and found the service a little long with the few tables there were and when bringing us the menu it would be necessary to state the dish of the day.

What can I say..... the menu on the internet is 3 seasons late (according to the waitress), the burger is super spicy and it is not noted on the menu The accompaniment of a non-existent tartare, we had to ask. Desserts, there aren't enough for everyone A small room adjacent to the restaurant is nice but we are a little forgotten. The price.....exorbitant In short, not a good evening

By the way, it doesn't happen that often to be amazed by what you have on the plate, a delight from start to finish. The Perfect (egg) was.... perfect, the T-bone delicious! And seeing my partner's reaction, the veal tartare as a starter followed by a risotto with wild garlic, morels and asparagus was just as crazy. Well done and thank you to the chef for introducing us to these flavors. The service was pleasant and professional. We will return with curiosity.

Marco is a real magician! His cooking is the exact definition of umami flavor. The grilled tiger prawns on the menu are perfect, a huge favorite for the risottos he offers.

The correctness of the waiters is truly impressive. The things I ordered on the menu were nicely presented and were always brought warm. The seats were cleaned impeccably and the chairs were extremely comfortable. I haven't been this fascinated by an inn for a long time.

Paradise, a 180° view and excellent cuisine, not to mention the efficient and friendly service. We like to waste time there whatever the weather. On the other hand, avoid the daily menu, it's industrial without seasoning and expensive compared to the price. A word of advice: eat à la carte and plan a good budget.

It was with great pleasure that we discovered this restaurant. The welcome and service are top notch. The Artisans fondue is really, really good quality and I’m not talking about the Tiramisu Limoncello! In short, you can go there without thinking. Plus, you will be spoiled by the view.

I will not put you photos of dishes which are all magnificent and delicious. No photos either, of the decor of the rooms or of the panoramic terrace which are nevertheless very nice. No, none of that. I just want to talk to you about the reception. And what a welcome!!!!! The service is perfect, we are pampered like never before. In addition, lots of little touches before, during and after the meal surprise us. We leave with the impression of having gone on vacation! Many restaurateurs should come at least once to this establishment to learn from it, as they say. In summary, only Happiness!

Birthday meal 🌺 we had a great time! The food was very good and vegetarian options (and even Vegan are on the menu: Vegan Burger). The setting is magnificent and the terrace overlooks the Plaine du Valais. The service is professional and attentive. The little extras: seeing the planes taking off from Sion airport, the toilets are impeccable and for smokers, the restaurant has a cigarette dispenser.🌸
