Bien plus qu'un hôtel, c'est une famille qui vous accueille comme des invités! Tout est charmant tant dans le décor style chalet bien adapté au cadre, que dans l'accueil. Madame se donne bien du mal pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller. Les hommes sont aux fourneaux et offrent des mets savoureux et raffinés. Peu nombreux en ces circonstances difficiles, nous avons apprécié le calme. A savoir que l'hôtel est très bien situé sans vis à vis. Vraiment, nos hôtes méritent votre soutien. N'hésitez-pas, vous ne serez pas déçus! Nous reviendrons!

The waitress before 3 p.m. really nice. Then his colleague took over the service. Oops not really that great. On his phone and when a customer asked for a tour, things completely degenerated. Really too bad for a place that could have been really nice. Perhaps soon...

We went with our children after a short day of skiing. 3 burgers and nuggets. Everything was perfect. My children loved it and ate everything, the service impeccable. The taste of the burgers, incredible. Honestly, it's worth going, you won't be disappointed :)

Despite very good snow conditions, very well prepared slopes and without any technical constraints, Teleovronnaz decided to close the main chairlift - the Col Express - during weekdays to save money, while continuing to sell passes at full price . As a result, children, beginners, and of course the people accompanying them, only have the big descent and the red Bougnone slope to spend the day, making the Petit Pré and Col Express slopes themselves (the two big ones improvements of the last 10 years for the wider public) inaccessible to these people. Avoid this at the end of the season if you are skiing with children or beginners.
