A very atmospheric place. Lots of interesting local dishes. We tried the meat on the "gallows" - beef and bison. An interesting dish. Raw meat is set on fire, pieces of meat are bloody, I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like bloody meat. Meat of very good quality. We also ordered a salad with goat cheese - great (goat cheese on toast, lettuce, nuts, honey and vinaigrette). Tartare, very good, meat of good quality. Founde probably had a little too much mold because it was very salty. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the desserts, tiramisu made with whipped cream. The only dessert worth mentioning is the brownie. I recommend it (but only starters and main courses), it is worth trying local flavors here.
