All the proposals looked so good that we had a hard time deciding, and we were not disappointed - both in terms of quantity and quality! And to top it all off, a very warm welcome! Now all we have to do is come back and do all the local hikes to test the whole map 😀

Cozy restaurant in the center of Salvan with great food. Very big portions of comfort food freshly made. Large selection of beers. Service was cheerful and fast. Lots of locals in the restaurant.

Great boss and cook, dishes that are outside of local customs, such as sweetbreads or flaming dishes. Belgian beers go well with dishes, as does Valais red wine.
