Very easy to reach on foot, even with a wheelchair. The food is freshly cooked. Price performance ratio is good. Super nice atmosphere. Nice service.

Massively overpriced, very unfriendly barkeeper! We complained about the mojitos. No ice, no fresh limes, no cane sugar - just simple syrup, cheap rum and mints. His answer: That's just her own recipe....🤑

Cool location near the Federal Palace, very tasty Pinsa (Basilico!) & fine drinks. There is a 1 star deduction because there are no hot teas or decaf coffee.

Cocktails a bit too expensive. Limoncello Spritz doesn't taste like limoncello at all, maybe use a different one. Strawberry Mojito was green instead of red as expected and instead of fresh limes and real cane sugar only syrup was used

Beautiful pop up bar, just right for enjoying a beer after work and perhaps a snack. Also the nicest bartender far and wide. I'd love to come back again and again

Very nice place in the middle of Bern, next to the Federal Palace, with cool sound and the most beautiful thing; with a view of the Alps! Of course also great staff and fine drinks and fine food. I'd love to come back.

Great atmosphere with a cozy atmosphere. Drinks are OK. Unfortunately the city only allows opening until 10 p.m. which is a real shame.

Nice pop-up bar with lots of seating and in a top location, but unfortunately the staff flops (as is often the case), so you're reluctant to come back, let alone be able to recommend it to others with a clear conscience. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to teach the staff basic points about dealing with customers and how to act and think in a solution-oriented manner - even just greeting them and using a friendly tone when dealing with customers would help, as this is obviously no longer part of the basic skills. In the context of the depot system, this almost provides a film-worthy sketch: a deposit is collected on glass bottles and it is communicated that the deposit can be picked up here at the bar at any time. Interestingly, when you order additional (same) rounds, the price sometimes varies, as the damned depot is sometimes added, sometimes forgotten, sometimes deducted. It has also happened when you want to pick up the depot at 10:15 p.m. and are told dryly (in the usual tone and without a greeting) "The checkout is already closed." ("at any time" seems to be quite limited). After a "hm, sorry? what?" Very interesting statements were made like "we were at every table and had announced this" (we had a few drinks, but we doubt that we hadn't seen or heard them), "bring the bottles back tomorrow" (yes of course , and just to be on the safe side we travel first class to Bern). After a strange minute of silence, questionable looks, and as much as our own state of mind allowed, we came to the depot with some spontaneous suggestions for solutions, or rather a halfway acceptable reaction. The deposit could easily have been given as a tip, but as for the reasons mentioned above, that wasn't the point. If you want to ask, talk internally to the two Modis (or the many others behind the bar) who were on shift in the evening on May 25th, 2022. It's a shame, next time I'll probably go somewhere else for ice cream.

Simple, ordinary summer bar. Weird deposit system where deposits are paid out on a card. Apparently also prone to errors. Prices within normal limits. The staff seemed pretty inexperienced and disorganized today. Despite only moderate crowds, there were longer waiting times at the bar. You still have to practice pouring beer, 1/4 of the beer foam doesn't inspire you. What is particularly worthwhile is the beautiful view of the Federal Palace and the Alps.

Very chilled out with excellent views, nice location, right next to the Federal Palace. Drinks in the medium price range, sufficient selection and nice bartenders. Ideal for a relaxed summer evening with friends.
