Good service but bacon on carbonara was most just fat, pretty disappointing.

Small authentic Italian place, the dishes were plentiful and very good. We even had a little appetizer served on the house (small pieces of seasoned pizza dough), which was delicious! Friendly and attentive staff 👍🏻

The pizza was delicious and the service was very good. Two super nice guys. I give a 3 for the atmosphere, because it is not a restaurant as such, which is what I thought from the comments, it is a takeaway pizza place where they have put 3 little tables so you can eat there if you feel like it. I recommend it? Yes, but knowing that, it is not a restaurant as such.

The boss was very nice. We ordered two pizzas and one pasta. Maybe because of language communication problems, the boss made an extra pasta and gave it to us directly! Thank you very much! The pizza is delicious, I recommend Calzone, but of course it’s just a matter of personal taste.

Outstanding Italian food at a great price (especially for Geneva). This is my go-to restaurant, and very quick if you’re looking to take and go.

A scruffy looking dive but the swarthy Neapolitan makes a fantastic pizza. He even made me a vegan pizza even though it's not on the menu. Perfection on toast, as my Dad used to say.

Came here in view of the good ratings and in particular someone who spoke of the "best pizza in Geneva". It was probably a joke but sorry, no much flavor, dough too wet. Low quality mozarella. Really passable...so I'm disappointed. On the other hand, 8chf for 100g of industrial tiramisu (I thought it was homemade), it's really excessive. No thanks, tested once, I won't come back again despite the rather nice welcome.

Our first meal in switerland and tried this Italian restaurant. They make good special chef pizza, the waitress is nice and friendly, she even prepare our single order meal in 2 plate when we told she that we are sharing.

I can make way better pasta at home and without having a rude guy smoking endlessly next to me while I eat. I bet they buy the pesto in the Aldi next door. He made discriminatory remarks when we complained because he thought we didn't understand Italian. Cutlery and glasses were dirtier than in my college flatshare. He tried to give us a different wine than the one we ordered either trying to scam us or due to plain incompetence. Get yourself a better pizza and pasta experience in the Chez Remo around the corner.

A very good example of Italians who go abroad and think they can keep on playing the tricks they play back at home. People may think the owner here is nice and funny as he will talk to you in Neapolitan, or Italian if he manages (he didn’t dare to learn a new language), but he tries to pay the workers much below the minimum wage— as my sister’s experience working there well tells. If he were in Italy maybe he would pay the workers peanuts, here he pays 10 euros the hour and thinks he is paying gold. He puts normal mozzarella even on Pizzas that are supposed to carry the buffalo (special) mozzarella and he pokes fun at the customers who are “so silly” not to realize that. After all he once called his actions “not a scam” but rather “business”.

1 out of 1 for the service (great waitress. She was friendly and helpful) 1 out of 2 for the food quality (Pizza was great, pasta and salad are just average) 0.5 of 1 for the ambience. 0.5 of 1 for value for money (it is a bit expensive for the quality of the food served, specially it is a street food type)

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the owner is very friendly also. Food is really nice and not to expensive either. Great choice for lunch especially with young kids.

No gluten free options, place empty, and guy heavily smoking outside. Not sure I buy these recipes. Check out Forbello Napoletano next door. Excellent food, service, and atsbophet. Only this L lsola has going is low CHF 12 price for pizza.

If you want to eat Carbonara without cheese, this is the right place for you. If you want good Carbonara, don't be fooled like me. It's up to you, I'm not going back there. Since the change of management, prices have increased and quality has decreased. Good app and all good. L'Isola, twice I was fooled, the 2nd was the last!

This is an unassuming Italian casual dinning. We had the best L’Isola pizza, lasagna, and herbal roasted chicken with spice rice. Most friendly owner.

Not sure what the hype is here. Pizza was hot. That was the highlight. Carbonara utilized penne pasta? Never seen that. Zero flavor, subpar ingredients. Definitely won’t be back.

Passing through on a Sunday afternoon, we quickly grabbed some slices of pizza, arancini and a parmigiana to take away. It's not complicated, everything is absolutely divine! This little restaurant doesn't look like much but it's superaaa good!! Plus the cook is adorable. My biggest regret is living in a neighborhood too far away to be able to go back every week!

Ordered a pizza during our stay and it was amazing (authentic Italian). Had to go back again to try pasta, was lucky to get chef special which was not on menu. Hospitality was too good and much recommend place with a reasonable price!!

Unfortunately, big deterioration in the quality/price ratio. Basically it was possible to get very good pizzas for 10.- to take away. In a few months, the price increased to 12.- and 15.- and the pizzas are less good and with very low-end products. Too bad because it was a very good place.

Amazing authentic food! The pizza was as good as in Italy! Lasagna was also great. But the best thing about this restaurant is the excellent staff. Both waiters were absolutely kind and welcoming, they even gave us free appetizers and free deserts. They are the best waiters I have seen in any restaurant I’ve been to!

Unpleasant staff arguing in front of customers pizza took 45 minutes to get it to take away when the goal of a pizza is to arrive quickly very disappointed and prices too expensive for what it is

An unexpected dinner due to our flight delay but it was worth it. A very warm night, excellent pizzas on the terrace, cold beer, very friendly service, fair price given we are in Geneva. We couldn't ask for more. Keep it up because next week I'm going back to Geneva :)
