Best kebab/dürüm!! Staff always very friendly and nice! Always happy to come back

I am always amazed at reviews that criticize the service in a fast food restaurant during lunchtime and complain that a personal welcome card is not handed out before ordering. The service is very efficient and the lunchtime queue passes extremely quickly. The food is also really good and the desire for more meat in some of the comments here is difficult for me to understand and tends to reflect an insatiable society that would probably be difficult to please. The selection of fresh vegetables including grilled vegetables is very tasty and by toasting the Dürüm again at the end, the flatbread is nice and crispy and warm. All in all, highly recommended and with a reasonable price/performance ratio. Dear team, keep it up! Best regards

I've been there 3 times now and haven't had a good experience. The food is big enough for that I would give it 5 stars. But Servies is too passive for me. Last time I had a problem that was solved, but the way it went was too aggressive.

My colleague and I (wife) ordered a pasha plate there. The woman at the checkout was friendly, which was unfortunately the only positive thing. The young guy didn't listen to what vegetables I wanted in it and still laughed. If my colleague hadn't taken that plate, I would have demanded to start over and listen. They laughed at us behind our backs and ridiculed us. My colleague was served a little more friendly. Probably because he's a man too. I also had a hair in my food. Otherwise the food would have been good. I won't come again has friendlier restaurants.

This was the first kebab that didn't fill me up, I had to go to McDonald's because the kebab was smaller than I could ever imagine, I would rename it a toast kebab, I wanted a normal kebab and I paid for it too, That's why I expect a kebab with proper meat and filling and not a rancid, unfilled kebab that doesn't even fill my stomach. A disgrace for this price, I know that Putin is playing his games and inflation is rising, but I still have to go to McDonald's and then cancel the date with my girlfriend in the evening and spend the time in the toilet because my stomach is having a dance competition I don't find it that pleasant on my mirror colon either. Next time please just fill it up well and don't save the rest for yourself.

Not enough meat and the patty not cooked. There was no one behind us, they could have taken the time to do it well.

We are regular customers and almost always take the same thing. Unfortunately today the service wasn't quite up to scratch. He only added one of the sauces, after the complaint they laughed and whispered, it was funny to them. Only one gentleman apologized. It's a shame I won't be back.

Hello guys, today I was in Westside and wanted to try the kebab near Istanbul. That was the biggest mistake of my life. I ordered a durüm with chicken meat but got a salad with flatbread, and the employees were very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone to eat there or even have the idea of ​​going there...

Just bad, when you want something they say no, I ordered dürüm but ate salad because TOO LITTLE MEAT!!!

I wanted to write in Turkish because there are people who might be sensitive. The service is good, but the meat doner is probably not 100% beef. We bought meat with a very obvious pork smell, saying it was beef. When I brought the plate back, they took it back, but I don't think they took our comment into consideration. If you have any doubts, I suggest you mention it.

Being from Turkey, clear “do not go”! The veal kebap smells weird including pork and baklava has no pistachio taste. You wont know whether you eat what you paid.. When we warned the owner kindly, they reacted very rude and teasingly… No customer orientation at all.. had to leave my first google maps review…

I have to say, as a Dürüm lover, the original dings Dürüm (with grilled vegetables) is the best Dürüm of my life! I didn't know it was possible to really enjoy every bite so hardcore and I wasn't even hungry!!!! It was just dinner time and I ate because otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat so quickly until I got home. I'll be back and that's a promise, not a threat 😄

Staff says stupid things when you order veal instead of chicken. You feel very uncomfortable there. You get🤮🤮 from eating

I loved my visit to Little Istanbul. The kebab I ordered was the best I have ever eaten in Bern. The meat was grilled to perfection and the spices were just right. But it wasn't just the food that impressed me, the staff was also extremely authentic and friendly. It was a pleasure speaking to them and they made me feel welcome.

Almost no meat in the Dürum, very unfriendly staff... I ordered without corn and tomatoes and received a lot of corn and tomatoes!! Please save your money and DO NOT eat there. I wouldn't pay more than CHF 5 for this meal.

The cashier who took the order didn't even look the customer in the eye. He would rather look after the pretty women than at the paying customers. The food was actually quite good, but I don't support it being so customer-unfriendly.

Very unhygienic. People touch money everywhere and then directly the kebab bread etc... especially in this Corona time, how can you care? This is unhygienic and must be reported. Without having a glove on, it's totally unhygienic.

You have to say that it is the best kebab in the entire canton of Bern. The chicken meat is well seasoned and tastes delicious. The sauces were good too. Of course, a lot depends on whether the meat was just cut from the spit or whether it came out of the container. The salad was ok too. The pocket bread was nice and crispy.

Unfortunately a very below average kebab. I was told that the kebab there is one of the best in Lucerne - anyone who says that is lying. The kebab was cold, tasteless. However, the vegetables were very fresh and juicy. But vegetables also drowned out what little flavor the meat had. In the end I paid 12.50 for a vegetable wrap with sauce. The sauce was also great by the way.

As always, very tasty. Had the Pahscha plate today. Very fine, see you another time.

Went to this place maybe 4 times during my day trip to Bern(lunch, early dinner, late dinner, lunch). Portions were good, ingredients were very fresh, price was more than reasonable than other places around, overall 👍👍 I guess the employees are quite free spirited and can tick off some people in their reviews, I did like them alot!
