Super nice place. I was there with my wife and little baby. All personal are very kind and the food and beverage were great!!!!

Interesting burger options. The veg burger was a millet burger and was definitely tasty. the whiskey burger was definitely interesting on the flavour front and the beef was super tender. Had good beer options including some local Davoser ones

Good afternoon local team For several years we have often eaten in the restaurant during our holidays in Davos. Our visit yesterday really disappointed us for the first time. The food was good as usual, but two things annoyed us: We waited well over an hour for our main course (4 people), no notification that it would unfortunately take a little longer, when asked only a short answer "yes, it's coming", no apology, not even when paying. When the main course finally came, one menu 5 minutes after the others (!), my wife noticed that the salad had a bit of a lack of sauce. When asked about this, the employee replied briefly and succinctly, oh “the sauce is missing”. Wait another 5 minutes while the others finally had their food. Again, no excuse! Waiting times can happen, sauce can also be forgotten, but less so. But the fact that you don't apologize for it in any way or don't make the guests aware of it when waiting times is actually not possible and shows little attention. Too bad and disappointing.

Wonderful restaurant, unfortunately the kids burgers were dry and for adults super fat. Not really the treat we had hoped for.

Very poor dishes at a very high price!!! Burger 🍔 was nano!!! The atmosphere wasn’t so cosy as supposed to be in the alps….service ok. Wouldn’t come back…. Davos has better places than that….

The Lokal restaurant in Davos is my absolute favorite. In addition to the very good location, the good atmosphere and the very friendly service, the food is really good here. I strongly recommend that you reserve a table here if you are in Davos. Whether for lunch, aperitif or dinner.

Food here was the star - really tasty and all home made. The salmon burger, buddha bowl and grilled salmon were all fantastic. And the roasted garlic with bread was INCREDIBLE. The whisky burger tasted great but the side was either chips, potatoes, kimchi or salad - the burger does not come with any lettuce or salad in at all so I recommend ordering salad instead of having potatoes like I did. That said, we went back for a second meal there and this time I chose salad with my burger and the dressing that comes with it - home made also - was superb. Really nice restaurant to sit in and the staff were good too - especially the tall man (apologies, didn't get his name!).

The perfect restaurant for gluten-intolerant vegetarians/vegans! And the food and the ambience are great! The staff is very, very friendly and attentive. It's a shame it's so far away from me, otherwise I would become a regular.

There are restaurants and there is the restaurant... very ❤️ service, great ambience and the most important thing = a very selected, rich natural cuisine with suppliers from nature and the mountains. You can taste it and with every service that passes by the table you want to bite into it. Just 5 🌟 awsome

It’s the Place to eat of you’re visiting Davos. Fine atmosphere, very friendly and helpfull staff and Great food. Everything fresh served, The rucola salade very crispy and tastfull, The hamburger medium as ordered with roasted rosemarin Bratkartoffeln. Then The dessert. I do recommend The Tiramisu ice. Just Go for it!!!

We reserved a table for 2 people at 8 p.m. because we liked the atmosphere. We were given good advice regarding drinks and the service was friendly and charming. Unfortunately, the impression was marred by a very long wait of over 45 minutes for the food we ordered. In addition, my partner's food was only partially edible or not edible. The eggplant used in the bowl was completely hard and inedible, the zucchini was unseasoned and not prepared in any way, cuss cuss okay, and many different types of tomatoes, once completely on the vine. Respect that the kitchen dares to release something like that. According to the complaint, inedible items were removed without replacement. You supposedly make everything fresh and then at some point something is no longer there. My pasta dish was okay, although the pasta could have been cooked a little longer and could have used more salt. You can still pass this off as a matter of taste. As an apology there was coffee. Hmmm just don't be more accommodating, that could be seen as a clear admission of a mistake. Yes, the boss listened to it and yes, it could be that there are actually fewer staff in the kitchen than usual. Then you have to communicate this better beforehand and still serve good food. Learned from this on the guest side: have the food returned as well as the bill and leave. If you just want the smiles of the staff and a nice atmosphere, you can definitely try your luck. Maybe it was just bad luck for us. Hence 2 out of 5 points.

I ordered a Burger and it looked like a kids menu🙈 Never had such a small burger anywhere in Switzerland. Taste was nice but not worth 26 CHF!

I will never forget the level of service in this restaurant. Food was good, but the attention was at peak. I would recommend Lokal to anyone who would like a nice ambiance and good dining experience.

Nice food with lots of vegetarian options. We had the Bruschettas for apéro and they were really flavourful. The Cabernet-Merlot was good. We ate outside and it was really cosy. They have blankets in case you get cold! Recommended 👍

While at the WEF, few restaurants are open to the public. I was lucky enough to have this jem next to my flat. Lucky ever more because on a detox with no gluten, red meat and potatoes which makes things even more complex while in Davos.. but this place was just perfect for it.. the food is healthy but healthy and super delicious. And the decoration perfect and without saying calm which after a day at the Wef is very precious... thanks to the chiefs for cooking such excellent food ❤️🙏🌟

Food was amazing, not only the burger but also the salad. Staff was a bit inattentive given the fact that it was almost empty and we had to wait around 1h for the burger. Again a bit long given the fact that it was almost empty. But would go again and the food is really worth it.

Good for lunch not really for dinner. Burger was good but the home style tomato ketchup was amazing. The hummus, bbg and beetroot dips were modernised but the chef but I wouldn't suggest doing that. Service was super SLOW, 45min before we got our orders taken but food came quickly.

Best restaurant I've been to during my holiday in Switzerland! Starting off, the atmosphere is very nice and the staff is super friendly. They've got a great selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (all hot drinks can be made with oatmilk). Definitely try a beer from local brewery Black Peak. For our starters, we shared two dishes: the bruschetta and the edamames, both of which were amazing. My main course was the buddha bowl, a delicious and filling dish perfect after a day of hiking in the mountains. I was disappointed that they did not serve the vegan Strudel I saw in another review, but the two scoups of homemade ice cream more than made up for it!

Ordered spaghetti with seafood. You're used to a restaurant in Switzerland where muscheli and squid are a rarity. Not so here, as the spaghetti was outnumbered. Instead of the small glass of grappa, a whole bottle was placed on the table, with the remark that I should take as much as I wanted, it was on the house. Everything was very nice and the service was extremely friendly. Highly recommended 👍

After a short tour on Lake Davos, we were hungry and looking for a cozy place to relieve our empty stomachs. After some research and about a 20-minute walk from the lake (we were just in the mood to run), we came across the “restaurant”. A simple name, but with a really, really tasty offering. Since hiking makes you thirsty, we started with homemade iced tea, which was served with a bottle of sugar syrup. This meant you could sweeten your own as you wish. Then we started with the whiskey burger we ordered, which, by the way, is incredibly good. The very delicious sauce and fried red onion rings were absolutely appropriate. Delicious fries with aioli mayo were served as a side dish. As a fitting end, also known as dessert, we treated ourselves to the exquisite warm chocolate cake with homemade vanilla ice cream and cream. Not only did it look great, but it tasted extremely good as a combo. In short: a total win for us. Finally, I would like to mention the very competent and friendly service. The lady with the blue hair in particular was exactly on our wavelength and was able to answer every question immediately and give us recommendations.
