TOP burgers, courteous service! ...we would love to come back....

Great burger, pickup possible until late at night, great

Today we were out in Neftenbach to test the burger restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you notice the smell of smoke. When we ordered we were served by a very nice woman. What is absolutely not possible is that the boss doesn't do anything and the cook has to serve. The food was not what you would expect when you go to a burger restaurant. The burger at Burger King was better. Which again is absolute praise, the hash brown fries were very good. I would come back any time for the fries. But not for the burger. The bread was too dry and burnt on the bottom! The chicken meat is deep fried. It's a shame... Unfortunately, there was also a lot of skimping on the sauce in the burger. Too dry…. The basics were ok, but unfortunately not anymore. You could do a lot more with this restaurant. Unfortunately, since the boss is absolutely incapable of criticism, nothing will change. The prices are way too high on the menu. Which don't justify the quality of the burgers. Kudos to the young woman (service person), well positioned, very friendly and able to take criticism. She would have to replace the current boss. That would be very good for the restaurant. Overall, you immediately notice that people have no idea and are not experts in the field. As the saying goes, the customer is king, but unfortunately that is not respected at this restaurant. We redeemed a voucher (your deal 50% discount). Starter salad, burger with fries and dessert. In total, with the voucher we paid Fr.70 for two people. For the quality we got, with the boss not being critical, it was ok. Without a voucher, it's way too expensive for what you get.

I spontaneously passed the restaurant. Looks very inviting from the outside. A very friendly waitress immediately greeted me in the restaurant and assigned me a table. The Neftenbacher burger we ordered was simply perfect and definitely worth the price. The waiting times also leave nothing to be desired. Drinks arrive just a few minutes after ordering and the burger was also delivered to the table very quickly. I highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely go again in the next few weeks.

Excellent burger joint! The location is simply brilliant and gives the food a special atmosphere. The burgers were delicious! Absolutely recommended for all burger lovers.

We ate at Lovely Burger in a larger group. The burgers are very well made, the meat is tender and the buns are nice and fluffy. The ambience is rather simple and, despite all the sympathy, I have to deduct points from the service because our small special requests (extra cheese, without onions, etc.) were unfortunately not taken into account, even though the service had written that down. All in all, it was a successful evening with very good burgers. By the way: the fries are seasoned phenomenally!

We spontaneously wanted a burger and googled it. Then Lovely Burger appeared. The burger was very tasty as were the southern potato fries. The dessert at the end was also just the right size. The hidden parking lot behind the house is a little tight, but good, it has parking.

We had spontaneously seen this Burger Joint, and thought we'd give it a try. Shortly before closing, the host was very gracious and kind, and said they would still prepare food for us before closing the kitchen till evening service at 17:00 (we went for lunch 13:25, and the kitchen closes 13:30). Absolutely great burger, and generous service! Good meat, fried well and fantastic brioche bun rounds off the package. All in all great lunch, but a bit expensive for lunch (ca. 40.- per Person for Burger, Fries and Drink, that was not part of the lunch menu) Will definitely be coming back though! Update 2024-02-24: Another amazing Burger and accomodating service. Thanks again!

Our visit to the Lovely Burger Restaurant was not only a culinary delight, but we were also treated very hospitably. The home burger was really delicious and also very big. The staff were at their best – extremely friendly and attentive. As a guest you felt really welcomed and valued. The atmosphere in the restaurant is inviting and cozy, which completes the overall impression.

TOP - everything was very fine and the service was very accommodating. Gladly again!

The service was very good and the food was very good but the prices are far greater than they should be. You can find similar food and equally good service for a much cheaper price in other burger places. As a newer establishment they are unfortunately pricing themselves beyond what they present. For the prices they charge. They should be doing something that no one else is doing.

We made two burgers and one had a hair embedded in the meat paddy, disgusting! We then wanted to contact lovely burger by phone. Unfortunately no one could be reached, even though according to the opening times they are open until 11 p.m.... ordered there for the first and last time! A hair on the burger can happen, but such a long black hair incorporated into the meat is simply not possible! In my opinion, the company hygiene standards need to be revised... At over 40.00 for a burger and a side dish, I expect a certain quality...

We ordered online via “JUST EAT”. The courier was very personable and very friendly. The packaging is really lovingly made and it's a joy to receive your burger like this. The burgers and fries were simply amazing. We ordered all three types of fries and each type was super delicious. My husband and I had lunch. We had salad, burgers, fries, beer and coffee. One of the best burger I have had. The food is excellent and taste homemade. Don’t miss the rösti fries! The atmosphere is authentic and service is very good. The place is run by a very nice family. I’ll certainly go back and I highly recommend it.

We had the Handwerker Burger delivered twice for dinner today, once in Vegi, with sweet potato fries and normal fries. Everything tasted very good. Portions are very generous. We will order again.

Insanely delicious burgers and side dishes. Some prices are a bit expensive. 9.50 for a rather small portion of sweet potato fries or 2.50 for a small homemade sauce, which should almost be included in the price of fries. Nevertheless, the taste was absolutely convincing and the price for the burgers themselves was ok. Service super friendly and dogs welcome. We'd love to come back.

For an event with 14 people, everything was organized and carefully prepared in advance by the ownership team. Local suppliers, our own craftsmanship and a lot of passion make Lovely-Burger a place where you feel comfortable and realize how good a hamburger can taste with fresh, local ingredients. The absolute highlights for me are the homemade cakes.

Very fine burgers in a somewhat inconspicuous restaurant at an intersection. When the weather is nice you can also eat outside. The composition of the burgers is very imaginative. Top!

We were already guests on site and ordered/picked up food. Both variants are recommended. You can tell that everything is made by yourself and you can tell from their friendly manner that they enjoy their job. It would also be good to know that the homemade BBQ sauce is quite spicy.

Really good hamburger and super tasty fries. I took the extra step and ordered online beforehand, but the burger was freshly made straight away and only had to wait 2-3 minutes. The restaurant looks very homely. I will definitely go out to eat here sometime.

Was here with my brother and two children. Even though the kitchen was already closed, they turned on the appliances again and made us something to eat. Great service, nice service.

Truly one of the best burgers I have eaten. Everything is freshly prepared and a lot is even homemade. Incredibly delicious food! The range of burgers is very diverse and you won't just find the standard burger. There is also something for vegetarians. The furnishings are wonderful and you immediately feel super comfortable. The music playing lightly in the background creates a great atmosphere. The team is incredible. Super nice people who are there for their guests with joy and passion. The local pub for every occasion ♥️

We went to Lovely Burger last Wednesday, the food and service was perfect! The hospitality is great (many restaurants can take a model from that). Since I have a sesame allergy, a brioche bun without sesame was prepared especially for me, which I really appreciated. I'm looking forward to the next visit!
