First visit to this restaurant. The young Italian waitress was amazing: cheerful, hospitable and humorous - a relief. The food was rather hearty, the pinsa was rather “well done” and partly burnt. The gnocchi was also hearty and a little too little. The capo didn't really give the "cleanest" impression with your baggy Adidas sweatpants. When asked about the bad reviews in the last few weeks, the cheerful Italian was able to argue very well and admitted mistakes...

We've never eaten so badly before, 52 people making 52 plates back and forth from the hall to the kitchen. Meat full of fat and not cooked properly, the bloody liquid from the meat ran into the risotto. Plate cold eat cold. A real challenge for the staff, who always remained friendly despite complaints, which cannot be said about the owner. Definitely never again and not recommended.

Meini Experienced in the restaurant "Casa di Gianluca Rüti" was extremely disappointing. After hearing so many good things about the Italian restaurant, I was pleased with the pleasant food and unforgettable taste, but I was bitterly disappointed. The surroundings of the restaurant are mediocre, with a rather uninviting atmosphere and an old-fashioned look. The service is weak and not very professional: the staff seems confused and has little regard for the needs of the guests, which makes it less than pleasant for everyone. As far as the food is concerned, I would say that I was disappointed with the quality and presentation of the food. The portions are pretty bad and the food is bland, it lacks taste and originality. The ingredients feel like they are of lower quality and the presentation of the dish leaves something to be desired. In addition, it is ultimately disproportionately poor compared to the quality of the food and the service. I feel like I'm disappointed and disappointed with all my culinary experience. Finally, I would not recommend "Casa di Gianluca Rüti" to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine and high quality gastronomic experience. There is certainly a much better alternative that offers real Italian cuisine and impeccable service.

Friendly but not always completely competent. For example, when an older waitress asked me if I wanted oil to go with the bruschettas, her pronunciation was unclear. She mentioned something else about a blue oil, as far as I could understand. But couldn't figure out exactly what she meant. When she realized after a while that I couldn't understand it, she just said that it didn't matter and left again. But it doesn't matter. In such a case, she should have shown me the oil in the bottle, but she didn't. A pity!!!!!!!

Never again!!! Over-salted pasta, bacon has more fat than meat on it, not edible, pure waste of food😡 You feel like you're in a zoo because the waitress kept staring at us and the prices are exorbitant for over-salted pasta. I've never been so disappointed by a restaurant!

Very dissatisfied, I asked for a pinsa and waited more than an hour for it to arrive. Then I called, they picked her up once, they told me 10 minutes and then another half hour, I called and they didn't answer I don't answer the phone.

We ate there with friends (for the first time) and were overall disappointed. I had made a reservation, but when we arrived we were allowed to choose a table (after a wait because the staff was busy chatting) in the restaurant, which was still almost empty at the time. By the way, we were greeted in English. Everything took a little longer, but that's not a bad thing. What was really disappointing was my meal: veal liver with onions... I've ordered this dish many times and I've never seen it like this: a huge mountain of onions with a few pieces of liver in a wine-red onion mash. The whole dish tasted strongly of red wine. The risotto with it was good. The lady who served us seemed a bit arrogant to me. When I made a comment about the liver, I didn't get a "sorry" or "we're sorry" from the boss, just an assurance that he would say it in the kitchen. I can't say with certainty whether my stomach pain came from the liver (I left the onion red wine mush behind). My husband had piccata milanese, which looked like large fish chips (probably from the deep fryer). The classic tomato spaghetti is not available there, only other side dishes. Unfortunately, our friends weren't thrilled either. The next table asked me what I had on my plate - it looked strange. They were also disappointed with the food. The ambience wasn't to my taste because of the tacky decorations and music. The boss was friendly, but it seemed fake friendly. We used to love going to the Lions and would have been very happy to have worthy successors. But after this experience there probably won't be a second time. Maybe I should have stuck to my original plan and ordered Pinsa...it looked good.

Yesterday we went to “Die Gianluca” for the first time with friends. But probably also the last time. I find it special that "Piccata alla Milanese" is not traditionally available with "spaghetti in tomato sauce", but only with rice or other side dishes. And the "veal" "Piccata alla Milanese" was probably prepared in the deep fryer and not baked in an egg, in any case it looked more like "Fischchnusperli" The food my wife ordered was also not as expected, and maybe it's a coincidence or not that she vomited the food again tonight. We found the chef's service to be feignedly friendly and the cheesy Italo sound rather annoying, which even the Limoncello offered doesn't make up for it. Overall, it was a bitter disappointment for us.

I went to A Casa di Gialucca for the first time today. Mr Gianlucca was very friendly from the start and showed me to a table that I really liked. Like a good host, he allowed me to have the delicious Frito misto as an appetizer. The main course, beef fillet was delicious and was accompanied by grilled vegetables. When I jokingly mentioned that I wanted to take the bread home, Mr. Gia Lucca quickly offered me some of his wonderful homemade tarelli. And as if that wasn't enough, after I asked for the bill, Mr. Gianlucca offered me a wonderful limoncello that he had made himself. I'm very happy with everything and wish I could give six stars. As a feedback, I would recommend that Mr. Gianlucca not wait too long to clear the customer's plate when he is finished. And that he brings the bread to the table as soon as the customer has ordered the food!!! Many thanks to the whole team at A Casa Di Gianlucca Kind regards Eliza

We went to this restaurant for the first time.... It was a pleasant surprise… really like being in Italy. Traditional foods and recipes, grandmother's recipes and much more, truly welcoming and attentive service but also friendly and helpful owners. We will definitely be back. Super recommended

The dishes were not beautifully presented, there was a mountain of meat on the plate, and half of it was served cold. And for a very high amount. Starter and dessert were very good.
