Lucky Garden in Romanshorn

Amazing service, beautiful restaurant, but the food was very bland. hot and sour soup was tomato based and sweet, curry chicken was just broth with a lot of corn starch. Won’t be coming back, it was definitely not worth the hype of the five star reviews here.

The food is great, the service is okay, but unfortunately I have to say that I prefer to talk to my guests at the table than to the manager of the restaurant. Especially while eating. Sorry for my honesty! Otherwise everything is great.

The best duck 🦆 😋 I've ever had, really awesome and super crispy, a dream and everything freshly prepared, the vegetables, the rice, the noodles 🤪😋you get the rest because it's a shame and the fresh vegetables and we don't want food waste support. We will 💯% be back 😍🤪

Lucky Restaurant offers delicious Chinese food and has attentive and friendly service! The ambience is atmospheric and the owners pay attention to cleanliness and order. When the weather is nice you can eat on the covered terrace. We also recommend a visit for a quick, tasty and inexpensive lunch.

Were at the Lucky Garden Romanshorn for the first time. Quite spontaneously. We were welcomed and looked after by the boss like long-time regular guests. Excellent food, large portions and a reasonable price. At the end, the boss gave us two bottles of delicious Chinese beer as a gift. Pure hospitality. We will be back.

Very pleasant restaurant, which is conveniently located pretty close to the train station. Even though it's right on the street, you don't notice much traffic noise. The food tastes good, comparatively unusual for a Chinese restaurant - at least I haven't come across this before - are the different menus every day. The portions are large, and the staff immediately suggests packing leftovers and taking them with you.

A very authentic Chinese restaurant! The owner made us a special offer because we were traveling with a large group. There was a drink, spring roll and a main course (sweet and sour chicken or chicken with vegetables) for 25 per person. Everything was really delicious and the owner was really friendly! Really recommended 💚

Yesterday we ordered food for 6 people for my 89 year old father-in-law's birthday party. We were absolutely impressed by the quality and it tasted great. When the innkeeper and landlady found out that we needed food for a birthday, they helped us respectively. the birthday child spontaneously received a gift. We really appreciate that and would like to thank you once again. We'll definitely see each other again.

Unfortunately the food was really not fresh, the first one tasted burnt, the second one (chicken) was pulled out of the water... I felt really sick for a long time afterwards... Staff very friendly that's why 2 stars

Extremely friendly and attentive service. Fast service. The food was ok, fresh and not greasy, but a little bland. But you could help with a little soy sauce and a bit of chili. Located very close to the train station. And really big portions. The restaurant is decorated in typical Chinese style. The tofu chop suey costs CHF 18.50 and the fried rice costs CHF 8.50.

When you enter you are warmly greeted! The food is outstanding! Freshly and authentically prepared. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right! Service top! Beautifully and lovingly furnished!
