Food: we had the menu with homemade Cordon Bleu (3-course menu) The Cordon Bleu was sensationally filled. With the side dishes (vegetables and French fries) a nice picture and more than enough. I travelled with my family from Germany, were passing through and then took a break in the restaurant, that food is a Swiss, Italian and also French combination. We were looking for a terrace not too far away and we found it in Ursy, at la Chaumière. The welcome was warm and the service attentive and relaxed throughout our meal. We enjoyed an excellent Johannisberg for an aperitif. The seasonal salad as a starter was perfect, just delicious seasoning. We then had a cordon bleu from the chef and a Viennese escalope with mushrooms, accompanied by excellent homemade fries (it's rare enough to be highlighted!) and seasonal vegetables. It was plentiful, really very plentiful, but too good to have leftovers! We just regretted that there was not a summer menu, offering refreshing dishes (roast beef, carpaccio, mixed salad, etc.). We had a great evening and we will return.
