First time I ever queued to get a table to eat in Geneva. Sunday brunch. Service was very welcoming and efficient, in the first half of the service - then it got a bit slow. Their brunch formula is worth it - you'll be full after it, so if your hunger is light, just take one dish. Now the savoury dishes were underwhelming - underseasoned avocado, underseasoned hollandaise, untoasted bread, pesto, balsamic cream and pomegranate everywhere. No, thanks. The pancakes with fruits, nuts and chocolate were excellent though. Coffee was great, juice too.

Madame could easily be the best place to have brunch in Geneva! Their food is simply delicious, 10/10. They also have a great selection of brunch items that go beyond different versions of avocado toast, which is not the case for most places in Geneva. I ordered the Brioche with smoked salmon instead of bacon and my friend got their Croque Madame, both of which I would highly recommend! Their coffee is not the best but the food really makes up for it. This place can also be a bit pricier than most brunch alternatives in the city but the portions are very generous. Overall, I would highly recommend it 💯

Great brunch! The staff are very lovely. Afterwards there are a lot of people and it’s a bit noisy. The tables are close together so you don't necessarily have privacy. Otherwise it’s really good I recommend!

Second time I've come for brunch and I'll come back! There is something for every taste. The "brunch Madame" formula allows for a combined voucher for 40chf with: a hot drink, a juice, a savory dish and another sweet one. Small downside perhaps for the size of the drinks with this formula which are small. Their avocado toast is just EXCELLENT! They mix flavors with taste and the presentation of the dishes is neat! The waitresses were also very friendly. I've never been there on the weekend, but you should know that you can only book during the week and that the place is still quite popular. I recommend Madame for a brunch without hesitation, but nevertheless a little expensive for my taste.

We came for brunch, it was absolutely delicious! I had specified that I was celiac and having often been disappointed during previous brunches at other places which said they had options when in the end they didn't, I was pleasantly surprised! The waitress was totally attentive, and even offered different pastries and pastries that were gluten-free (we had eaten enough even if it was very tempting!!). Thanks to the team! This is definitely a place I will come back to :)

Discovered them on instagram, and let me tell you probably best croque madam we ate!!! The food was incredible, not pricey and we even got served after brunch hours as the kitchen made it possible (especially when you know you came during lunch off hours). Coffee was also really good real barista capuccino

First time going to this brunch and I would definitely go back! A service that has nothing to envy of certain gastronomy and top quality! All for a price that is well worth the experience! Do not hesitate !

We took cappuccino praline and Norwegian (pancake with eggs and salmon) and it was more then great. Nicelly arananged, very tasty. Service is really good, everyone is welcoming, polite and friendly. We did wait 25 min to be seated, but for us it was fine. Food and drinks arrived fast. Cheese cake was nice, I wouldn't say it was the best one I ever had but it was good. The prices are normal for Geneva, maybe just slightly higher but 26 CHF for a plate is what I paid at other places in Plainpalais as well so it is normal.

We had a great time, the setting is pleasant, the wait was not long, the brunch was perfect, very good, the mix of flavors wow! Thanks to the whole team and in particular to Thibaut :) We will come back very soon.

We had brunch with my wife on a Sunday lunchtime and we had a range of different products, from savory to sweet to drinks, this restaurant is flawless. Everything is of good quality and very well prepared. The servers are attentive and the service is efficient (20 minutes on a crowded Sunday morning, hats off) An address to recommend despite the slightly high prices but completely deserved in Geneva and given the quality of service.

Very nice place to eat and drink healthy things and fresh products The prices are not cheap but the quality is there. I enjoyed hot drinks like matcha in several versions.

Help ! I thought I was doing it Best pleasure in one of the best addresses in Geneva, I'll let you judge by the photo and the stale bread served. So apologizing for almost intoxicating me is fine... but making me pay for the plate is still an aberration!!! I had spasms at night and I don't even know how they manage to maintain a good reputation by deceiving customers and putting them in danger. Food controls exist but what do they do??? To avoid I recommend Marcel where the Products are fresh and where I have never fallen ill.

My favorite brunch place ! You get a very good quality brunch (food and coffee) with fresh juices as well. In terms of quantity you cannot be disappointed, it is generous. Service is good and relatively fast given it is almost always full when I go on the weekends. No reservation but I always found a table waiting no more than 10/15min.

Top staff, really! Fast service, very good food! The only thing to improve is for the children! It would be nice to have a little children’s menu for them! Brunch is also a family moment 😉

I rarely post comments but this time it's necessary. I am a regular, I go there every week for their famous latte and the desserts which are excellent. So yes it is true that the dishes (brunch) and coffees are expensive for what they are. it costs 80chf for an avocado toast, a Norwegian plate consisting of a pancake with poached eggs and salmon, 1 tea, 1 coffee, 1 espresso and a cheesecake.… However, I happily cross the city to come and have a latte. The setting is very nice and cozy and I like coming there. The only big downside is really the service. Already there are often changes in staff which is not a very positive image... there is a very smiling salt and pepper server who is efficient but as for the young girl it's a disaster. Beautiful smiles and beautiful sentences every time but she doesn't remember the order when she doesn't forget to validate it, Makes a mistake and doesn't bring back what she needs. When you only have an hour break at lunchtime it’s really boring. If the boss had been there I would have pointed this out to him. I don't want to bother anyone but it's not the first time that I've left this establishment drunk with the service and when you travel, you're loyal and you agree to pay so much, the service should be impeccable. I hope my comment will be useful. 🙏

The brunch could have been delicious but the eggs arrived cold... So not very digestible! It's a shame that reservations are not made on weekends, I think that this would make it possible to better manage the release of dishes to limit the wait and avoid dishes served cold. The waiter was friendly but we were greeted by an unpleasant lady who either spoke badly or criticized her colleagues in front of the customers. Disappointed because the menu seemed tempting... We wanted to discover a new place to brunch in Geneva but ultimately we will return to the White Rabbit!

While passing through Geneva we were pleasantly surprised! We had a blast! Everything was MAGNIFICENT and DELICIOUS. Particularly seduced by savory dishes. We must admit that it's quite a budget for a brunch, but the formula is 40€/p... Absolutely recommendable. Very good strawberry lemonade, excellent squeezed orange juice and a little something extra for the salmon pancakes. Very generous on the smoked salmon and VERY tasty. The avocado toast perfectly complemented with the toppings. A little less of a fan of the pancake dessert... EXCELLENT

Probably the worst service in Geneva. If you have any special needs, like a pram etc. do not bother to visit this place. The staff is not willing to help and I personally experienced the worst customer care experience in my time in Geneva. The waitress decided ignore me when asking if it would be possible to be seated inside and walked away middle of my sentence and never came back. Cherry on the top was four staff members smoking five meters from our table, which included two small kids and when asking if I could give feedback to shift manager they said there's no responsible person available - BRAVO! Only positive was that cake and drinks were good, but not good enough that I would ever return to be humiliated again by their staff.

The food was delicious. But the waiter who took our order wasn’t helpful. Every thing i asked for he said (not possible)!! I asked for the poached eggs to be well done (hard), because i’m pregnant and he said not possible?? Even for my son order, i asked for an omelet instead or scramble and he said the same. The service was so slow. We received our order after 1hr. I rest of the staff was friendly but our waiter wasn’t. I never went to a place and the said not possible to make the egg my way. It’s really hilarious. I wish i got his name to ask the manager about it.

Great place for brunch, no need to book on weekends. It's quite expensive but we see that the products are of quality 👌🏼 N.B: Try to offer a hot drink with your formulas, the price will be more apparent to the customer!

Amazing food, had croque madame came w a nice green salad and perfect soft fried egg. The English breakfast and poached eggs w salmon that came to my party was also perfect. I asked if I can have a mix of carrot and orange juice and they accommodated me. Highly recommend

Little removed from the city which is was we wanted, nice and quiet street with shade during the day. Everything was outstanding and the best breakfast we had in Geneva.

It's a pity that the awful welcome we received ruined the entire brunch experience today. We asked to a waiter if we could sit at a certain table, he directed us to another one. After 5min an incredibly rude waitress approached us and ordered us to move because that table was already reserved for someone else, pointing to the water jug and saying "didn't you see there was already a caraffe d'eau?! This table is taken". When we pointed out it was her colleague who had put us there, not only she did not apologise but she looked even more annoyed. We decided to stay and move to another table purely because we were hungry. The food was ultimately very good, and even though we are used to the disgraceful hospitality service in Geneva, this one was a new low.

Amazing cheesecake and the most delicious homemade chai! Presentation of the food and drinks are beautiful, a piece of art. Every dish is colorful and deliciously healthy. We can see that the management cares for quality food and good service. Thank you guys!

Food poisoning: I became ill immediately within seconds after having just two bites of my breakfast at this place. Never had to vomit in a restaurant's bathroom before in my entire life (which was close enough and unoccupied by chance), and it is the last thing I would expect in a country with such high standards as Switzerland. It was clear to me on the spot and prior to having noticed another review here on Google of a customer also becoming ill at this restaurant, that I had to report this place to authorities overseeing food safety and health inspections in the city of Geneva(SCAV). This place urgently needs new management or be permanently shutdown clearly. Even two customers is too many, and their response that they're sorry we did not "appreciate" their offering that caused it is frankly scandalous. Avoid unless you like to play roulette with your health. Restaurant Marcel in Eaux-Vives district (if you reserve a table in advance) thus remains the sole quality option in this city, that does not have many places where it's possible to eat breakfast. If you don't know what's good for you, try at least to avoid the mushrooms and carrot cake at this place. It's hard to believe their kitchen hasn't been quarantined yet.

Great brunch, especially the brioche (good sweet and savory mix), we feel that the products are fresh, the real pressed juice is a pleasure as is the coffee. You just have to pay attention to all the options when ordering. But otherwise I highly recommend.

We got the Cappuccino Praliné, the Le Croq’ Madame, the Brunch Madame and a matcha financier. The server was very attentive, friendly and spoke English. The coffee was unbelievably tasty and the rest of the food was phenomenal as well. The French toast that came with the Brunch Madame was the best my wife and I have ever had. This place is a must go.

Had the most amazing brunch here! The service was exceptional. Their hollandaise sauce is the best I’ve ever tried and their coffee is absolutely delicious. We also had the croque monsieur and it was full of flavor and super decadent. Overall, really recommend this place and will be coming here again for sure.

Friendly, really nice waiter, nice setting - but frankly overrated. Spent 20 balls for a slice of bread decorated but not copious (I would have been hungry without a dessert) and this without a drink... It was good, certainly, but absolutely nothing that would deserve that price. Be careful, almost only cold cuisine (the toasts etc. are not hot when served, and the soup of the week was also a cold soup).

I'll start with the small negative point: having tested quite a few quality brunches in Geneva and Lausanne, I find the prices unfortunately very excessive. Apart from that, very good brunch and super friendly and very organized staff!! Simple and quiet setting 👌

We went to Madame for brunch on a Sunday. The experience was overall ok. I especially enjoyed the eggs and the coffee. The French toast however was a bit too much (too much whipped cream maybe). We also found the prices a little expensive for the quality and the space. One other negative point was the waiting time, due to no reservation policy on the weekends. We were 4 people and we had to wait for approx 30min. I personally prefer Marcel (another brunch spot in Geneva).

I thank you for taking the criticism constructively and hope that this will allow future customers not to have the same problem, I maintain that it is always up to the customer to guess the busy times. The restaurant is a very good restaurant and I recommend it.

Madame is my absolute favourite brunch place in Geneva. The service is extremely friendly and their dishes are simply delicious. Make sure to try the French toast with the home-made salted caramel.

Am visiting Geneva and was looking for a full breakfast (eggs, French toast, etc) brunch place, which I realized quickly is not a common thing here. Madame popped up in my search so I decided to check it out. Atmosphere was chill and staff was very friendly. Not only did the food look good, it also tasted phenomenal. I got the Croque Madame. Portion sizes were huge. Coffee was good too.

This is one of the best places here in Geneva for a brunch!! Everything is fresh delicious and colorful, the coffee is on point and they only use local ingredients! The service was impeccable as well and I loved that you can customize your dish.

Very good dishes. Despite a full restaurant, the staff does not convey their stress. The barista was lovely with our children. A little smoky but it's quickly forgotten.
