We had dinner there and it was very good! Service top!! Very family friendly!! After a long time, I finally ate a real kebab, pide, fries and pizza again. Everything very fresh and clean. We would like to come again! :)

Anyone who loves fine pizza will not be disappointed here.

Good fast food food consisting of a wide range of pizzas, kebabs etc. The place is clean and tidy but not that cozy to linger and eat there. But it's ideal for picking up. Parking spaces are also available.

Conscious violation of Swiss food law by the operator: Doner meat is stored in an unheated container for hours and warmed in the oven when ordered. Food Control AG has already been informed about this.

You have to wait 20 minutes before you are even admitted. Then when you're finally looking forward to your Dürüm, a hair appears, the Dürüm is cold, the bread also took 20 minutes, so you wait in there for almost ¾ of an hour. Don't get any recommendations from me.

The food wouldn't have been so bad if it had been warmer. Unfortunately I had to call after an hour and ask where my food was, even though it said delivery in 40 minutes.

Satisfied customers for years. But in the last few months, just poor service. The owner probably changed there. You wait at least an hour for them to try. And when you call, you'll be informed that he's on the way. Less than 5 minutes from our home. And after 30 minutes of calling, still nothing. Food is always lukewarm. At the beginning you think, OK, it can happen, but it ALWAYS happens! An absolute disgrace! Ordered from this “restaurant” for the last time! Disaster, over 1 hour Waiting time 1x dürüm ordered 2x pizza, 1 pizza wasn't there I'll be there in 2 minutes. Again now it's 10 minutes. This time by phone. Ordering didn't work but neither did email so they had 2 chances, that was the final catastrophe. I won't say anything more about it, then the pizza courier called me with a Dutch phone number

I have never experienced such a bad delivery before. The pizzas are almost cold, not even lukewarm. The delivery person didn't speak German and hung up the phone. There's no question of politeness. Instead of apologizing or asking for compensation, they just apologized. I will never order food from Maestro again.

Very fast delivery, deducted one star because there was oil on one of the pizzas. If I wanted spicy or could tolerate it I would have ordered one. Pizzas otherwise great!

I placed an order more than 1 hour ago (1h and 40 minutes). Now I called and apparently the employees didn't even prepare the order so they only prepared it after this phone call. Thank you for waiting. And next time I hope you can be more competent on the phone. That doesn't mean you just hang up. I would also like you to listen more on the phone. I don't know if it's because of the technology. If so, then it's high time to do something.

Dear Mestro Pizza Courier Your products are generally not bad. If you order something from you, I get what I ordered. But what happened today is inexcusable. Today we once again ordered something for a later date that doesn't seem to be one of your strengths. With these last 3 orders you clearly missed the delivery target. The last two times I received the order 40 or 60 minutes after the later agreed delivery date. Today it was already 10 minutes over the agreed delivery date, so I called. I was told that the order would be ready immediately even though I ordered 80 minutes ago and that it would be there in 10 minutes. NOW COMES: After 10 minutes the order wasn't there. When I called again to ask, I was pushed away and twice in a row!! On the third try it just didn't work. I'm an easy-care customer who accepts a lot and always leaves at least a 10% tip, but I ordered from you last time because I don't expect the behavior of a small child from a service company. I'm sure I'm not the only customer with such experiences. Absolute NO-GO!!!!!!!

Dürum / kebabs have always been okay. But I don't like the pizzas there. Quite bland in taste.

Visit at least twice a month (from Basel). By far the best pides and kebab dishes in the area and very nice staff.

The pizzas are not very tasty. The cheese was very plump, the whole thing was a bit oversalted and the edges of all four pizzas were burnt.

Very friendly staff and great food. They are stingy with nothing and are open to special requests. I like to drive 15km to take food from here, even if I have enough pizza kebab shops nearby.
