We wanted to go to the restaurant with our children for a snack/ice cream. It says open all day on the board outside and on the homepage and it wasn't the first time we were there in the afternoon. Unfortunately, a blonde, short-haired service person told us in a very unfriendly manner that they were cleaning and it wasn't possible to eat ice cream or something similar. That's why we went straight back.

The blonde lady with broken German (I deliberately describe her so that people know who she was) told me that I should move around because the table was for people who came to eat, even though the table was away from us was suggested to another employee. I wanted to explain this to her, but she just didn't get it. She was rigid and wanted us to implement ourselves at all costs. Then she started arguing strangely with me about the space and the drinks we ordered. As it stands, the only people who count as guests are those who pay 500 francs for a bottle of wine. I have also eaten dinner there several times, but this is the first time I have experienced the way the service was served. But I clearly showed her the way to talk to the guests. I am not a snooty person/guest. We just wanted to spend a nice afternoon there, which unfortunately turned out to be a real mess for us. It's better not to have people like that in the catering industry who classify people based on their appearance, what they order or anything else.
