Maison Açaí in Genève

Very poor quality of reception. We stay in the void for several minutes while the employees are in the kitchen chatting without doing anything. No one came to me to greet me and take my order. The waitress is very poorly polite and vulgar, she shouts instead of talking and doesn't take the time to listen and inform the customers. The prices are very high. Waste of time! Very disappointed!!!

I love everything here!! The flavor of the food takes you back to south america. As Colombian i enjoy going there just to have a maracuya or acuazu juice, with some pan de queso. But what i haven't found even in south america, is those tapioca pancakes!!! So full of flavor and just fyi there are gluten free so they feel even later after you eat - and of the opening times is so convenient!!!

It’s super nice to have a place where we can take a little reminder of Brazil. Too bad there are still some dishes, desserts or sweets missing like pudin, garoto candy and brigadeiro. But otherwise the girls are adorably nice and professional I recommend

Being a rookie when it comes to Brazilian food, I entered the restaurant not knowing what to expect. But after the meal I was extremely happy that I did. This was the first time I tried acai smoothie. I loved it. The tapioca wrap filled with picanha was awesome as well. The prices are reasonable by Geneva standards.

Melhor restaurante Brasileiro na Suíça!!!! The best Brazilian restaurant in Switzerland!! I come here every week for the Pastel (chicken and cheese), It’s amazing, one of the best I ever had even when living in Brazil. The Açaí is amazing!!!! The best I ever had also. You should definitely try it. And to finish, the reception, fast and kind. They are the best!!!!

My wife is Brazilian and we came from Friborg expressly so that she could have a nice little touch of her native land which she misses like any expatriate person. In terms of products we were not disappointed, although the tapioca lacked a little flavor for my taste but we have different palates. Fruit juices may be a little too sweet, which can lose the flavor of tropical fruits like maracujá or cupuaçu. But in my opinion, the most unfortunate problem is the service. My first impression upon entering the establishment was unfortunately confirmed later. If you are not “Brazilian” you can almost feel that you are in the way since we had to announce ourselves while the employees were talking quietly without even wanting to care that customers were present… In my opinion, the service needs to be improved by emphasizing the customer experience, who must feel helped and must not feel that they are hindering or interrupting a conversation. In fact, the prices are too high given the very average service.

Good evening everyone, I can't say I had a good experience, I'm speechless 😢😢😢😢 I invited a friend to eat there today and she had diarrhea and I threw up 🤢. The meat pastry looked amazing, when she asked the waitress where the meat came from she said Aligro, I go there every week and I can say that the meat didn't come from there. Restaurants buy there and honestly they wouldn't sell meat in that condition. Unfortunately, if it continues like this, I imagine that one day no one will want to eat there anymore. Because to pay for and eat a pastry like this, I'd rather not eat pastry. I can say that when it opened the place was wonderful and very good with good quality products😁. But now neither my friend nor I go back there.

A clean, happy environment. The wonderful açaí; Super dry pastry, flavors one better than the other. Brazilian hot dog, delicious bread. Super filling tapiocas, for all tastes. I knew this place from the start, the kitchen was always waiting for you, as were the products. The service and reception was up to par. On the other hand, my last visits were so bad from the beginning to the end; a long wait after recording the order, the lack of professionalism, empathy mainly on the part of the boss. I never took the initiative to register my dissatisfactions, always believing that it would be possible for them to change by aiming for excellence. But today I come here to record the lack of respect because after having seated my family at the table I was warned loudly in front of all the customers that I should leave, because my son was carrying a sandwich from another restaurant. It was embarrassing, rude, the way to deal with customers, I wouldn't wish this to happen again to anyone. And that's why I demonstrate negatively, I no longer believe that professionalism, empathy and a good welcome can become the rule for this place; (there is no poster with this regulation not to consume products from other establishments) I no longer recommend to anyone who likes to eat in a good atmosphere and a nice welcome to eat in this place; but I thank you because I had the opportunity to eat at its neighbor Parfums grill in Beirut, where the welcome was exceptional and they accepted that my son could eat his sandwich from another restaurant in their table.

Great pastel, cupuaçu juice and caldo de cana!!! Geneva prices, obviously. All good and tasted as good as at home in Brazil. I am their frequent client now. 20chf approximately for 1 pastel + drink (some Brazilian natural juice). Can be a full dinner for me.

Superb acai with various toppings available, service not very fast but served with a smile. Too bad it doesn't open until midday, I'd like to have some in the morning. Very good pastel also available.

I really love their food. Açai frappé and Tapioca pancakes are all so good. The very only pity thing is the queue can be long, for the reason that somehow the staffs take their time for taking orders. However, luckily, the quality and taste of food is worthwhile for the queuing time.

The best Açaí and Pastel ever had in Geneva.

While there were 4 of us and we had ordered 4 dishes, the waitress forbade us to eat there because one of us (a child) had the end of an ice cream cone which had not been purchased on site. I understand that there are rules, sometimes you have to put things into perspective.

Surprisingly very tasty. I tried: açai normal + dolce de leite + kinder bueno + mangue, and it was pleasantly refreshing for a hot summer day. Next time, I'd definitely remove the Kinder Bueno because it was already very sweet from the dolce de leite, and add much more fruits! Anyway, will definitely come again :)

Very nice place, just a shame that the customers are not at all welcomed as they should be. Some employees are very nice and smiling, but one of the bosses who is there most of the time is incredibly rude. Went several times with friends who were very misinterpreted and who also told me they would never return. Just a shame.

The açai is the richness of the Amazon forest in a healthy manner. At this store, the açai is very good and perfect for the summer as it is served cold. You can add toppings with a variety of fruits, granola or other sweeties. I personally think that the combination of granola and doce de leite (caramelized milk cream) is amazing. There are other options such as the tapioca, traditionally from indigenous people, and a brazilian hot dog. Definitely worth visiting.

I ordered by Ifood. I ordered the Brazilian hot dog and I loved to remember how it is in Brazil. It was super tasty and had all the ingredients that I was expected. The only point is that they should use bigger sausages and to grilled the hotdog (prensado), than it will be even more authentic. But I loved to have the option to order here and remind Brazil :)! Truly recommend it, gostei muito

Delicious açaí, the only problem is that there is no seating at the moment. The chicken tapioca is very good. Reasonable price for a Brazilian store, normally Brazilians always want to charge more. This is not the case with Maison Açaí. I hope it stays like this.
