We had the chance to dine at the Pervou restaurant in Boudry, and it was a delicious experience in every way. The owners were extremely attentive to our specific dietary needs, taking into account my gluten and lactose intolerances, as well as my partner's fructose intolerance. Their thoughtfulness really made our evening enjoyable. The dishes we tasted were both delicious and plentiful. The presentation of the plates was elegant, and each bite was an explosion of flavors. The service was warm and professional, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant setting was also lovely, adding to the whole experience. Overall, Pervou's restaurant is an exceptional place where you can enjoy delicious food whilst being assured that your specific dietary requirements will be catered for. Lunch today on the terrace in the shade of the curtains. We started with an appetizer based on hummus, then a salad with radish sprouts and several root vegetables, seasoned with a homemade vinaigrette. I chose the knife-cut beef tartare and my wife had the pulled beef burger. For dessert, I had a woodruff flavored crème brûlée and as a drink, I recommend the homemade cold tea. We both appreciated the excellent seasonal cuisine and the friendliness of the owners.

Clearly a small but high quality menu. Homemade pastas from whole wheat.Interesting choice of local wines...even unfiltered options. Friendly service. Would really like places like this to succeed as using local produce is sustainable. We will be revisiting when over this side of Neuchatel lake.
