I've visited this store a few times now and have to say that the staff are consistently welcoming and clearly happy to see customers. The service is excellent and is made even more impressive when you behave respectfully. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, offering good value for the quality of the service. Special thanks to Kendra. I'll be back 100%

Really bad service. What is offered on the website does not correspond to reality. The girl unwillingly undressed and only after paying did she list a list of actions that she doesn't do. To avoid if you're looking for pure, wholesome fun

I am referring to the order via eat.ch from Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. After waiting for almost an hour, the order was simply canceled, even though it had previously been confirmed by the local. As if by magic, it was then indicated locally as “closed” everywhere, only to reopen a few hours later. I can't comment on the food, but my experience was subpar. If you're hungry, it's better to order somewhere where your order will be delivered safely.

Schlosstalstrasse 1The dessert we ordered couldn't be carried out - as the ice cream machine was apparently broken. Unfortunately we waited a long time for dessert without any information about what exactly the problem was. We had to go and ask ourselves where the dessert was. Refund hassle-free.
