I ate spaghetti, I've never had anything like it. The spaghetti was 3 cm long, all cut, spaghetti Norma, please never use it and the aubergines were not cooked through. 😔 Dessert was also for🤮 Been there many times, never had anything like it in a long time.

We ordered online because the Stücki advertised that you can pick up the order 10 minutes after ordering. We waited in front of the restaurant for about 25-30 minutes. After asking several times, the woman didn't even go to check, but instead told us that it was almost time. There was a pizza at the back of the kitchen ready to be picked up. After a while we asked someone else who brought us the pizza. In the end it was the wrong pizza and it was lukewarm. Judging from our experience, the restaurant is less suitable for pick-up.

We ordered the Pizza Crudo with Mascarpone and the Quattro Formaggi, and they were absolutely delicious! The combination of tangy cheese and creamy mascarpone on one side and the savory flavor of the crudo on the other was just perfect. The atmosphere of the pizzeria is very pleasant and inviting, and the service staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We felt really well looked after. This pizzeria is definitely worth a visit! Food is not the HIT. To be honest, I expected a lot more. If you want to eat a top pizza, you're unfortunately in the wrong place here. The ambience is TOP. Price is relatively good. Service is friendly. It was still a successful evening.

They advertise gluten-free and offer 1 ready-made margharita pizza and a type of pasta. The desserts all contained gluten. Well...

Apparently there is no need for new customers. Called at lunchtime to reserve a table for the evening, told by phone no reservation necessary. In the evening you stand in front of the table for 10 minutes (please wait here) and three waiters walk past you and even look in your face. No greeting and no questions asked. I then left the entrance with my partner. So if you serve every customer like this, good luck on your way...

Before we wanted to go to the cinema, we needed some refreshment. We've walked past it several times and the restaurant was always very busy. Now we tested it ourselves 🇮🇹 very, very tasty. Good portions and service very attentive. 👍🏽 Pizza was very tasty and pasta was delicious.

Manifattura is definitely worth a visit, especially if you are a fan of pizza!! These are really delicious and made with fresh ingredients. (The best pizza in all of Switzerland) - my absolute favorite restaurant. The desserts are also praiseworthy! The prices are fair. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right! The service is great. Very nice and courteous staff - friendly service. Sometimes it can take a little longer for the pizza to be served, especially if the restaurant is busy. However, it's worth being patient as waiting for the delicious pizza will definitely be rewarded!

13.01 specially ordered online with the announcement that it would take 10 minutes. I then got a notification “ready for pickup” and then waited another 20 minutes… You can give yourself a gift by pre-ordering online.

A bit overwhelmed at peak times, vegan options aren't particularly good. Answer to answer, the original message is above: Yes, that's exactly how I feel, you don't really want it. I've actually had conversations with the chef twice and at the checkout I always ask if you could just add Pasta Pomodoro to the menu. Everyone is very nice and interested, but nothing happens. I'm not a chef and don't want to presume to tell a chef how to do it, but Pasta Norma without tomatoes is a bit bland. There are many vegetables, mushrooms, pine nuts and walnuts that fit wonderfully into Italian cuisine and there is certainly a variation that is acceptable for them. Or just Pasta Pomodoro. And as I said, the comment was about vegan, not vegetarian.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is a bit gloomy. The handmade pasta dishes and pizzas are particularly impressive. Recommended for groups.

Fantastic place, recently met Giovanni. I didn't know there was such a beautiful restaurant in Stuki, the food is amazing and the pizza reminds me of my Naples. Already been twice, in fact there will be many more times and we will also have our daughter's baptism... highly recommended place

The food was actually okay, I just found the concept of waiting outside and ordering a bit annoying. However, I'm looking forward to the new concept and will be back soon. Update, the concept has now been changed and now everything is really wonderful.

I want to say that I work in this restaurant: This evening I had dinner with my family and I must confirm that the pasta and pizza are excellent. As far as the service is concerned, there is room for improvement.

Here you only pay for the view, the food wasn't worth the money! In addition, there were no vegetarian alternatives and little willingness to offer anything! Unfortunately, that was the worst melanzane I've ever had! The view is great, but we wouldn't come back!

We ordered 2 pizzas this evening. One of them was the Bianca with mortadella and pistachio cream. The pizzas themselves were delicious but I was totally disappointed because the Bianca had pistachio cream on it (the reason why I wanted to try it in the first place). The cream wasn't there at all, but we had cucumbers on it 🤔 (I've never had that on a pizza before). For the price of 28.90 a disgrace!!! It's a shame, I've only had good experiences in this restaurant so far.

We called to reserve a table for two. We were then informed that you were not allowed to make a reservation for two people on Friday and Saturday. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes until we got a table. The clerk told us beforehand to wait. They also walked past us without informing us how long it would take. If we hadn't asked, it would probably have taken even longer. Other people even left because it took so long. The best thing, however, was that other people were able to make reservations in groups of two and get to the restaurant before us. We also had to wait at least 45 minutes for the food and people who arrived about 20 minutes after us had their food brought to us before us. Even after we asked, nothing changed and we were dismissed with: a moment. After a while the service simply ignored us. A nerve-wracking evening that should have been nice.

I had the pleasure of visiting the wonderful "Manifattura" restaurant and was amazed by the authentic Italian cuisine and the warm atmosphere. The diverse menu offered a wide range of delicious dishes that tantalized my taste buds. Every bite was a culinary journey to Italy. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, and the service was first class. The attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident. The ambience was charming and inviting, perfect for a romantic dinner or a social gathering with friends and family. I can fully recommend "Manifattura" and look forward to returning soon to enjoy more culinary delights!

Not the best service, but the food is great. Very nice atmosphere with a view of the open kitchen. The calamari fritti and pizza crudo were very good. Definitely worth a visit if you love authentic Italian cuisine and Italian atmosphere.

I'll start with the positive. Employees are nice. The pizza tastes good and the price is very fair. As nice as the winemakers were, they were both clumsy. After two minutes of sitting we were asked if we wanted to order yet. We asked for a few minutes. The waitress came back at some point and we placed the order. After 10 minutes the waitress came back and asked if we had already ordered. (What?) She wasn't even uncomfortable with that since she didn't even apologize for it. Food was top. Dessert from another waiter: ordered Nutella pizza. We got a hazelnut cream pizza. A year ago the Nutella pizza was actually chocolate. Now with hazelnut cream. When asked, they said the Nutella pizza was new. What's that supposed to mean? Call the pizza something else! I wonder how Ferrero feels about you using their product names. No excuses here either. We paid for the pizza in full... I wonder what other customers think. So much potential wasted.

The food was delicious. The service was a little slow. Paying was weird, you had to go get in line to pay, which created a bottle neck and a line up the center of the restaurant.

We were there for the first time last week and we were thrilled. The pizza, the fried squid rings and Italian antipasti were really tasty. I would even rate the pizza as the best so far. The waiter even served us food even though it was lunchtime and this is only usual in the evening. The Italian music also created a nice ambience. Gladly again!

We had a training session today and went to Manifattura for lunch. Order and pay directly at the entrance, you will be given a chip that vibrates and makes an alarm sound as soon as you can pick up the food you ordered at the counter. The cashier made a small mistake when placing a colleague's order. The nice lady came to our table, apologized for her mistake and bought each of us an espresso to make up for her mistake. Other restaurants could follow suit! The pizza was absolutely perfect, with fresh ingredients. Price performance is absolutely right. We will visit this restaurant more often now!

Been here 3 times now and ordered a different dish everytime. All of them have been AMAZING. I dont have much problem of the queue when its busy since they are kinda the only 'restaurant' restaurant in the mall. Service and waiters are also really friendly.

Pasta and brusceta were also very tasty. And this delicious pannacotta... waw... even my kids ate it all... my husband celebrated a very nice birthday today in Manifattura Basel in Stücki... with fine food... what more could you want. We arrived at the restaurant 30 mins before they closed. Shyly we asked if we could still have a pizza and they said yes. The pizza was yummy and the Tiramisu just gorgeous. They did not kick us out at 21:00🌞Thank you so much for that! The atmosphere was great. The team even sang happy birthday to my friend. See you again very soon!

Food barely better than a McDonald's. Reception only in German even though we are 10km from the border. 42 euros for a pizza and a flavorless risotto. You must do the service, dish to be collected at the counter. Try to find your ingredients. Very noisy room. French ! Run away

Tonight I booked two takeaway pizzas. One better than the other, excellent quality and exceptional taste 👌

The two of us were there last night. Staff friendly, service a complete mess. First the starter didn't come with what we ordered, then suddenly it came twice, with our main course. My pasta was cold, complained about and changed. Unfortunately, the pesto and the carbonara weren't great in terms of taste. Way too watery. When we ordered wine, they didn't understand us again and served 3 glasses of wine instead of 2. While we were drinking our wine, we were able to observe well. We weren't the only ones that evening where things went wrong. We were always served in a friendly manner and when we were asked how everything was, we naturally objected. It's been blamed on this or that, but given the recessions, this happens more often.

Opening times: unfortunately only after 6 p.m. We find it a bit strange, especially since people sometimes come to Stücki in the afternoon on weekends. But it is what it is… could be improved. Staff: very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. Local: stylish, minimalist and cozy. Food: very good, the pizza was great and the caprese was quite large. Above all, you get a lot for your money. We recommend the Manifattura to everyone for a cozy evening.
