We were greeted very friendly and served attentively and helpfully by Ms. C. Sulser-Tuzzolino.

Very nice shopping center with a large selection of food, drinks and wine, cosmetics, jewelry and watches, stationery, clothing for children and adults, fabrics etc., bedding, toys, electronics, books... and a restaurant for small and large refreshments . So far always very friendly and helpful staff.

I was shopping here in Manor today. I met Ms. Andrina Zaugg directly in Perfume. What a lovely person. She is super professional, very helpful and very customer focused. 👌👌👌 Bravo and thank you very much Ms. Zaugg for your great and great advice. Thank you 😉

This store is really cool, it's very big and you can find everything you're looking for and much more.

Relatively large department store (large by Chur standards) in a good location directly in the pedestrian zone, where you can find everything useful but, as is the case with department stores, also a lot of unnecessary stuff. Sometimes the goods sold are very contradictory (see picture: vegan menu and a lot (maybe too much?) 🥩 in the range). In the lower part of the store there is a "appealing" grocery section. There is also a small rack with vegetarian and vegan food, but you won't find the vegan New Roots Fondue, for example. But it has dead animals on offer in all kinds of shapes and in large quantities...personally, I think that stores that still have such a range in 2024 have little future and will disappear.

Everything is under one roof...makes shopping more convenient.

My partner bought me jewelry for Christmas, unfortunately it broke after 5 days so she brought it back to claim the guarantee. On site, she was initially ignored by the sales staff until one of the women pointed out to her colleague that she had a customer at the counter. She looked over at my partner and said to her colleague, completely annoyed: “She should stand at the checkout, that's where the checkout is!” After a few minutes, the saleswoman came and my partner explained the problem to her, and then the saleswoman responded with the following to get: “The bracelet was torn off, we can't do anything, but you can choose something else.” My partner wanted exactly the same bracelet and had to argue about it to finally get it. Last but not least, the saleswoman said: “It will be sent to your home, you don't have to come to the branch for it.” Our conclusion: this was the last time we went to buy jewelry in the Manor, because for the money we left behind we'd rather go in a store where we are also welcome as customers. A pity!

Wanted to try and buy the new perfume le male elexir. The tester was empty and I asked the employee if I could try it. She made no sign of wanting to show me anything and gave me the empty bottle without the lid to smell. I felt extremely uncomfortable and not recognized as a customer. Then I left the store without buying anything. Luckily there was an imported perfumery that showed me this and successfully sold it.

Good department store, slightly overpriced.

Perfumery department very friendly and accommodating. In any case, worlds better than in Sargans. I'm happy to take the journey and the time, but as an older man in Chur I receive sensational advice and service. Thanks!!

A very wide range of goods and excellent prices. Department store including souvenirs and food.

It says opening times until 7 p.m., I wanted to buy makeup from Sephora for 50 before 6 p.m. They didn't pay any attention to me, so I helped myself at the counter. I finally wanted to pay at the MAC counter to the lady who was busy with her cell phone, but all I got was an unfriendly answer: I'm already invoicing, you have to pay at the back at the women's clothing department. So you don't have to ask yourself why more and more people are ordering goods online if customers are not valued.

A good shopping place with a lot of options to shop and quite a few things were at discounted pricing. Also the best part is that you get all all different types of things that you want to buy starting from a cosmetics toiletries, stationary kids clothes, so it is the one in all shop to buy anything and everything.

The pizza in Manorfood has been of poor quality for 2 or 3 weeks. The dough is raw (1mm is baked and 1cm is raw dough) and the topping resembles a car tire.

I was only in the departments on the ground floor, but the bags they had were really great. I would have loved to buy three of them at once.

You can shop well 🛒 and also eat.

There is a lot of variety, some products are very well priced.

It was very pleasant to make a purchase.

I wanted to buy the Gucci sunglasses, as the frame was no longer straight I asked if it was still possible to get another one. The only thing I got were other models and a very unfriendly service who said: if you want straight glasses you have to go to an optician because they have already tried them on here. I personally found it very unfriendly and would never buy sunglasses again.

When it comes to friendliness, things like this are not so helpful

Always cool things at good prices that you can only find here and super nice helpful sellers.

No matter whether you are in the restaurant or in the clothing department when you shop here you will only be served with hate. Very unfortunate.

Ms. Maier is not customer-friendly: when asked where the Perre C men's pants are located, the answer is "back there somewhere...". Someone like that should bring money to the employer and not be paid for such a lousy performance.

The restaurant on the top floor of this department store has a good ratio of value and quality of the food and service offered with regards to the very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and the variety of the menus is almost impressive. The terrace on the outside offers a great view of the surrounding mountains, the only downside is that the smoking is allowed on the terrace.

I would get very nice advice from the saleswoman in the cosmetics department. It's a shame she's leaving soon.

Very disappointed! The store is nice and the prices are good for the chocolate but the restaurant staff were extremely rude. They get angry when you need someone who speaks English. A lady explained what the pizza options were and when I said I didn't want any she threw the bowl on the pile. The cashier wouldn't let our cards charge anything other than USD so it was expensive and she threw the recipe at me and it got in my food. I looked to make sure the three women were kind and respectful to the people who spoke the language. Especially the cashier on Saturday afternoon, she made fun of us, unfortunately for her I understood everything. I have seen such a dishonest person😡😡😡😡 Too bad for her!! There are people who also speak Swiss-German

For as long as I can remember, Manor Chur has been a shop where I like to go during the week because it doesn't have that many people.

The store is very pretty, but the salesgirls are not friendly at all.

Very big multi-stories Manor that has very cute Christmas selections which was exactly what I needed. It is also very well stocked in winter stuff and a great place to get essential items!

Large department store with a large selection. Great restaurant with a beautiful viewing terrace on the 6th floor. Update: Negative points (Nov. 2022). Why was the checkout on the 4th floor abolished? If you buy something in the toy department you have to pay for it on the 3rd floor. I've never seen anything like this in any manor. And second question, why is the Manor no longer open until 8 p.m. on Friday? I thought there was evening sales in Chur on Friday? Until about 3 years ago, the Manor was open all week (Mon-Fri) until 8 p.m. Unfortunately, due to these deteriorations, I was forced to reduce the rating from 4 to 3 stars, a shame!

I've been wanting to buy jeans-like pants for years and I immediately found two black stretch pants from the VILA brand in Manor Chur and I'm absolutely happy!!! 😃
