Manora Restaurant - Sierre in Sierre

I was downstairs in the perfume aisle today March 28 around 6:30 p.m. 😊 I noticed several times the blonde woman who always gave me polite and kind advice, like with Armani or coconut wax for hair.. I'm Spanish 😉 really great staff.. the shop is just down after the Christ store.. thanks to the friendly lady

First and probably the last time I come here. Terrible customer service.. I spent 30 minutes in the sunglasses aisle but the four salespeople behind it took no time to come to me to ask if I needed help. Finally I chose a pair and went to them. I pass her a pair of glasses for 400fr and she asks me if I take it like that or do I need a case?! I replied “of course” and she told me that for that you have to go to another department. I go there - another saleswoman tells me that I have to go to the checkout, I go - the saleswoman at the checkout puts them in the first case for me, without removing the labels stuck on them, without cleaning them when she sees that she was really good!!! Disgusted

Inside there are many clothing stores, perfume, glassware, baby clothes, a children's playground in the back, a restaurant upstairs and a cafe with a terrace.

it's always nice to take a tour here, especially because every now and then they have very interesting exhibitions!

Nice store, but I haven't been going to the restaurant for a long time because of the hygiene of certain employees who handle things differently without precaution, and the fact of hearing Portuguese spoken every time I go there??? have and in Valais and speak Swiss French, as far as I know Manor is not a Portuguese casa. It's not racism but I just wanted to put the church back in the middle of the village and I have lots of acquaintances who no longer come to the restaurant for the same reason, a shame because it's a very friendly store and full of tourists . Too bad for the Manor brand.

Having been renovated and enlarged, various stores are nearby, for window shopping you are in the right place and possibility of restoring on site.

Knowing that bags of caviar are sealed with an ice cube, it was impossible to verify the provenance of the Everyday. Grand Manor with lots of choice!

As for the seriousness, each brand has its own operation, otherwise easily accessible by road and served by public transport, children's playroom, restaurant with terrace and, just missing 1 electronic store. But there is a telephone shop etc1 repair shop too, otherwise all the shops are related to fashion, clothing, shoe perfume, jewelry and nanocure.

The Manor Sierre center is very beautiful, attracts a lot of people, with many shops which are very practical so you don't have to run all over the city, but if I had to talk about the great walk to justify my rating, here it is, we had sausages made on site At the butcher's, I was out of luck and broke a tooth with a foreign body that I couldn't find. Neither the Manor center nor their insurance (because mine did not cover) wanted to cover the costs! Because I couldn't find the foreign body. Nor even compensation equal to my dentist's bill. So we went there regularly but we found another butcher's shop, another supermarket.

A little disappointed with the manager of the textile department... in fact I bought 4 sweaters from the Manor brand and unfortunately when washing 2 sweaters, I noticed that they had shrunk considerably. Despite the fact that the washing instructions have been scrupulously respected. I was told that my statements were false, the manager did not even want to put them on a flat place to check correctly.... I can only therefore note that the after-sales service is average... Café de Paris rump steak at 18.60 (no Café de Paris, 120 g of stringy meat), cold fries extra at 3.90. With a salad and still water: 29.30. Big mistake to have lunch at Manor to save money.

Very big, lots of choice. Very expensive, and staff not really helpful. I said hello to a saleswoman in the baby clothing section, and I called on her for help, she looked at me like she was Miss World, and went back to doing something else. As a result, I left without buying anything from Manor. I went to another store in the mall. I had the impression that without fur coats, Chanel bags, and Louboutin pumps we were in the wrong place and therefore we would not be served.

Terrible after-sales service! 4 months since I brought the Dyson vacuum cleaner for repair.. I was told 3 weeks of repair after 1 month I went to see them they had forgotten to remind me that the device is not repairable and if I want another I have to pay the difference for the model above even though I specify that it is under warranty. I still agreed to pay the difference and I have been coming every week for 3 months to collect the V8 which was ordered in Lausanne to be delivered to Sierre and still not arrived. Total rubbish!!!

When you enter this store, the first thing you notice is the Christmas decorations. It's very well done. In terms of items sold by manor, there is a large choice but the prices are a little high despite their good qualities. The staff who served me were very friendly and helpful.
