Incompetent staff When asked if we could eat something, the answer was "we are full". Meanwhile, a table pays and leaves. At the same time, another couple comes in and also asks for a table and gets the vacant table. I haven't seen anything so incompetent in a long time.

We always like coming to the marina, the management is top and very friendly. The food always suits our taste. They are always open to requests or modifications.

The food was fine, special sauces on the various salads, homemade pasta. The restaurant was very busy on a Wednesday evening, but the food was on the table quickly. The service was friendly.

Got a tip from the mountain railway and yes, eat. The pizzas were also very tasty.

My husband and I were there for lunch. The service is good. The staff is polite. Beautiful place and view. But the tables have not been cleared, it is clear that they are not really waiting for you. The food is edible. Pizza with prosciutto and mushrooms had regular ham, the dough was a bit dry. The sauce in the burger is not tasty. The fries are excellent. Possibly one of the best I've tried. For two it turned out to be ~55€ approximately.

We were here today for the second time in the last few years. Everything was fine again. We first sat on the terrace, but then had to move inside due to the worsening weather. Everything went smoothly. The quality of the drinks including the Quintener white wine was okay. The food (we had pizza and pasta) was delicious. Freshly prepared and tasty. The portion sizes were also appropriate. The service was consistent - repeated inquiries as to whether anything was missing, cloth napkins, clean toilets, etc. Added to this is the excellent location on the lake. All in all a very nice afternoon. We would love to come back.

The restaurant is located next to the lake, with great views of the nearby mountains. That makes it special, especially after a hike! We spent our time in the terrace, the food and especially the service are below average, especially in relation to its prices.

After the main course, our group was no longer noticed at all, for example our empty plates were not cleared away despite being asked to do so. And this could be seen at many tables. The service was totally overwhelmed, the dirty dishes were left on the empty tables instead of being put into the kitchen.

We had fondue à discretion: - After the first caquelon we were already informed that the cheese had run out (with no alternative). - The service didn't pay any attention to us. We spent a wonderful lunch here with friends. Started with crispy tarte flambée, then enjoyed a well-seasoned tartare and, as main courses, trout fillet with truffle tagliatelle, cordon bleu with fries and stroganoff with rice. Everything was really excellent! Of course, there was also fine wine. ;-) The service also worked excellently. Friendly and accommodating although the whole restaurant was very busy inside and outside. We'd love to come back!

It was a rainy day but a friend of mine from UK really would love to see Walensee and we got of from work and headed here for dinner! We are both vegan and we looked the fact that this restaurant serves vegan pizza! It’s so good 😍. We also had tomato soup with gin 😉 was also so delicious Dessert we had sorbet raspberry in gin was also so good! No bad experience only good from us! Plus the +++ points here is the service was awesome! Didn’t get the waiter name but he was very attentive to our orders If you’re by the neighbourhood, it’s worth to drop by for the food and the view. When we were there it was heavy rain but this restaurant is just beside Walensee! Check it out!

Despite reservations, 6 of us were crammed into a table for 4. During our stay we were served by 5-6 different people; Nobody knew exactly which order belonged to which table. My daughter's food was cold (but was served hot on the second attempt), and the side dish was only served upon request.
