Stayed for four nights of pure bliss. Really great hotel. The spa is a welcoming oasis in a bustling city. Very nice rooms and fantastic service all around. The staff is so warm and made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Will never return here again. Was taking pics with my friend in the lobby and a guard came to us and told us to delete all pics. I’m absolutely surprised by how poor trained he is? He saw our pics in the alex dilling restaurant and even questioned that too, as if the staff in the resto didn’t see us take pics?? “Are you sure they allow pics in Alex Dilling?” What is this question? We took it in front of EVERYONE THEY WOULD’VE STOP US IF IT’S NOT ALLOWED. If we can’t take pictures sure no problem. But he talked to us in a very condescending tone and disrespect, never have I ever get this kind of service in a such reputable hotel. Ridiculous the amount of money I’ve spent here vs. The kind of service I get. Live up to your name pls, I feel ashamed this even happened in the first place.

An outstanding stay, the attention to detail was perfect from the doormen to the restaurants. You had me at the glass of champagne during check in. Cake and Bubbles was fabulous too. Highly recommended. Thank you The only reason the marks aren’t top, top are the tech in the room wasn’t great.

Service oh my. We went in the room and I didn't have to think or move for 3 hours. I felt so pampered. I have never experienced service like it, they were lovely.

We booked over a month ago for afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, and we called the restaurant the morning of to confirm our reservation, and although we selected gluten free options, and they suggested they offered no gluten-free options. We asked if there was anything they could do, and why they didn’t call us when we made the booking to suggest there were no gluten free options. We were unable to speak with a manager and they couldn’t give any other alternative gluten free options from any of the 4 restaurants. Therefore we have been forced to cancel our reservation on the morning of Mother’s Day, and as you can imagine there are no other options to book elsewhere on Mother’s Day in London as everywhere is fully booked. This is apparently the service you receive from an alleged 5 star hotel. Absolutely poor

Brilliant afternoon tea. Emmerson and Gift both added some humour but were so polite and offered a professional service. Would definitely return. Sandwiches and cakes were superb.

The hotel is right off of Piccalilli Circus and in a convenient location to explore Soho, Covent Gardens, and Westminster. Rooms are modern and well decorated with useful technology, the marble bathrooms are beautiful, and service was excellent. Breakfast came with the room and was excellent. The only downside was that the wifi was terrible in the room and our devices could not hold a connection.

We spent our wedding night at this beautiful hotel and could not fault the room, the room service (breakfast), the spa and pool area or the special touches in our room to help us celebrate. The COVID prevention measures were excellent and we felt very safe. This required pre booking a time for the spa, but we had the facilities almost to ourselves which was wonderful. The staff were excellent, warm and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The team at this opulent hotel are fantastic! From reception to the spa they are all fabulous. Also you feel very safe during the COVID pandemic :) The cake and bubbles bar was fantastic, the team mentioned they are getting heaters next week, which I think is a great idea because at about 8pm it really got cold. The blankets were great but the team must have been cold! The spa were fantastic too. Tedora was so lovely and really listened to what I needed.

I then went onto explain I was a new mum and got lost in my newborn baby world and was so looking forward to this experience. I didn't hear anything else from the spa! Whilst I understand they confirm the appointment in writing I expressed that I am only human and from time to time we make a mistake and would they reconsider - nothing received from them at all. What a shame :(
