Coffee after your morning swim? No longer with you. Either TWINT is not active or simply no one there or someone there who doesn't want to have customers. This morning in the pouring rain, I dared to go to the checkout one last hopeful time and said “Good morning” loudly and clearly twice. Answer: None. The lady was too busy putting sandwiches in the cooler. Then no coffee again. Once again not. To count: coffee price 4.00 in the Marzili Lounge, 3.70 in the Fürstgrad bakery next door. Greetings are friendly with the face and not with the butt. A pity. I tried it several times. You are missing out on my negligible annual turnover of €500 per season. I wish you a nice summer.

Never experienced such a bad system. First you stand in line at the checkout to pay. Then you stand in line again so that you can hand the slip to the kitchen team, and then you wait again until everything is prepared. You can tell that amateur restaurateurs are at work.

Sandwich is marked 5.- on the menu. But at the checkout it suddenly costs 6.50! Reason from the staff: It would be different bread and therefore more expensive and the new offer boards are not ready yet. It still isn't fresh. Better go to the bakery around the corner.

Massively worse than in previous years. Far too expensive for a family. The boss in the kitchen is always yelling at his employees. As Bernese, we often ate here. But now never again.

Today I was there with my friends and we saw everything has changed a new bar instead of good food we had all those years. We tried Pinza which was frozen before and very expensive. Will never go again . We miss Curry Hut .

In the last 20 years, I have never seen such long queues in front of the cash registers or food distribution. Will it get any better? Too few staff and completely overwhelmed. It doesn't get any slower!!! It's also very bad that the menu is only next to the cash register and only then do people think about what they want. Apart from the green salad, unfortunately it's just completely overpriced fast food. The ice cream is also poorer quality and more expensive. Just like the drinks in the vending machine. Miss the healthy, freshly cooked curries from the curry stand. That's what alcohol is for now...

Had dinner there 2 days ago. Unfortunately, the disappointment was greater. The woman with the red hair was at the food distribution, was completely overwhelmed, was nervous and excited and couldn't keep up with the food, and the line was getting longer and longer. The rest was just as hectic, no organization at all, you could overhear conversations from former employees who were loudly discussing money, orders that were taken incorrectly because the staff was unusable because they didn't understand German, complete chaos, there was hardly any understanding at all because hardly anyone does that received correct. With such service conditions I will never come back again and I don't feel like it anymore.

Great location, food was delicious, I especially enjoyed the vegan burger! Everything a Badi needs plus the cozy Tiki Bar with super fine and unusual drinks😍 I can only recommend.

Please offer fresh bread rolls again. Sandwich bread should be replaced with bread from a local bakery, which would be just behind the restaurant. The bread tastes like soggy cardboard. The coffee tastes very good. Please offer chocolate powder with your cappuccino. Prices tend to be in the upper range, so higher quality is expected. Especially if the company advertises with pop-ups.

I was at a checkout where card payment didn't work. I didn't have any cash with me. The three ice creams that I wanted to buy were given to me without any ifs or buts. I should come by later and pay the 11 francs. Incredibly likeable!
