Absolutely great location and great team! I celebrated my 30th birthday with family and friends. Everyone had a great evening and couldn't stop raving about it. The distillery offers everything you need for a good celebration. Ambience, great bar staff, good music, billiards and table football! You can even order external catering. Highly Recommended!

The tasting was well executed. If you don't know Matte Gin yet and love gin, you should stop by here. The location is an eye-catcher in itself, it used to be a Broncos location. Cool, stylishly furnished. Matches the gin! Thank you for the insight into the craft and the great brand.

Had a great, spontaneous evening - it was easy to try things out, test different things to see what you liked, very friendly gentleman behind the bar and ultimately left with more bottles in my luggage than I had planned.

We attended the gin distilling course and were not disappointed. The ambience, the drinks, the tasting and distilling the gin was an experience. This event is absolutely recommended!

We had a nice time at the Absinthe workshop that me and my colleagues attended during a work trip. The explainations were good and the workshop (under our request) was held in english . We had a lot of fun in choosing botanics for our own absinthe blend, distill it and in tasting, all togheter, the results of our work. We also had the chance to taste a moltitude of gins and liquors. Unfortunately we dont have infos about the price since the workshop was organized by our company.

We were able to enjoy a gin workshop with friends in the very beautiful location of the Matte Distillery. Simon is a great workshop leader. Authentic, relaxed, competent, funny, likeable. I've heard some good reviews about local gin and I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the shop was closed in the middle of workday with no information about working hours whatsoever. The website didn't help too, since it's all in german.

Rating refers to the online shop: uncomplicated processing and fast delivery. I received a 50cl bottle instead of the 20cl I ordered and reported this and was allowed to keep the goods. We have tried the mulled gin in the meantime and I can highly recommend it. If you like mulled wine and gin, you will love mulled gin.
