McDonald's in Schaffhausen

Dirty, unfriendly and our order was left until it was almost cold.

The last 5 times we forgot to pack things like sauces, drinks or nuggets. Or mixed up like burgers or spicy nuggets instead of normal nuggets, which is not great if you can't eat spicy. Since I don't live next door, I always communicated everything over the phone so that we can learn from mistakes, but today sauces were forgotten again despite my asking if everything was in there. It's human to make mistakes, but please also learn from them!

Every single time we order takeout, you forget something. Really every single time.

What do you expect at McDonalds? Ambience quite ok. Service worked. Unfortunately, the burgers are getting smaller and smaller. BigTasty is just a better BigMac, the CheeseBurger costs 3.- (2 years ago it was 2.50)

It goes without saying, but I think the quality is declining

I often like to order from McDonald's, but the problem is that every time I don't have any cutlery in my order, neither paper towels nor straws. Every time I re-do it and they've never gotten it done. A pity

It's a shame you come at closing time and are sent away. It's just sad how you treat your guests. Rejection, “I have to get off work too” You can tell that there are no loyal guests there!

A burger was missing from my order. Not an isolated case unfortunately.

The waiting times are slightly longer depending on the conditions. Otherwise, the business is based on typical fast food standards

Unfortunately, the panels for entering orders do not always work. The last time 3 were out of service. Also, the last time I was served my food was lukewarm. A pity.

Checking the order is important!

We occasionally get takeout. The quality of the food is consistent, as we know and like from Mac. What is noticeable negatively, however, is that even with smaller orders of 5 products, one product is always forgotten to pack. Especially with today's manageable purchase (ordered: 1 BigMac, 3 cheeseburgers, 1 CrisbyChicken and nuggets) the BigMac was not packed, let alone prepared at all (extra without cucumbers). There is no apology. Unfortunately this is not an isolated case, the last few times there has always been a missing product. I no longer leave the store without checking the order myself using the receipt.

I ordered fries and didn't get them. I then went to the checkout and asked for my fries. They told me they would bring it to my table, I've been waiting for my fries for 20 minutes now.

Ours was for a quick little hunger Mac Donalds is the quickest solution... But the branch in the city of Schaffhausen is getting worse... The smell and the hygienic conditions are no longer bearable...

The food is ok. There is a small play area for the kids.

Ordered food with Uber and it worked. What didn't work is the delivery of the free McD glass if you order a menu medium. A pity! No one was available by phone to report this.

I ordered an iced tea and got a cola, then I wanted to exchange it and they couldn't give me one.

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller, but more expensive. The store is still always full and the company rushes from record result to record result. Smart people don't buy a burger here but rather a stock (preferably only during the coming crash) and use the return to eat a fine burger in another restaurant.

Waiting times for a fast food company are far too long. I often miss the train because it is not possible to get my food in 15 minutes.

Carelessly prepared burgers, cleanliness could be better, ambience for the undemanding. Order/Pay at the table doesn't work if the employees don't know the table numbers. All in all a disappointing experience.

Ordered food on Uber Eats, the chicken nuggets (box of 9) were forgotten. When I called the supplier he blamed everything on MC and said it wasn't his problem. So I called MC SH directly. The woman on the phone offered me a voucher which was supposed to be sent by post in return, but unfortunately the old woman spoke German so poorly that she couldn't even write down the address. After several attempts to spell the address for her, I gave up. Very bad experience.

Quality is OK Staff is a disaster

You forgot the dessert, sauce, cutlery. Always count everything in the store.

Food and stuff all good BUT I ORDERED A CHEESEBURGER AND IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHEESE IN IT!!!

At 12 noon there was only one person at the checkout, so we were completely overwhelmed! Long wait and fries become sloppy.

I love McDonald's and the new ordering system is really convenient. I will say, though, that over the past several months, I've tried ordering a mcmuffin and the system has the option, but when I open it, it's totally empty. When I asked, the crew said they were out, but it's been months and nothing has changed. I need my mcmuffin fix!

Big Mac was ice cold and not nice to look at

The wrong sauce came with my menu. Despite the receipt and the sauce being closed, the employee didn't want to exchange it. Bad service.

You could clean the seating and tables properly again

There was a plastic glove in my McFlurry. The workers weren’t apologetic but at least gave me another one… don’t recommend.

You can feel your veins becoming clogged and stupid while eating

The worst staff ever, these unmotivated faces make you lose your appetite. Is something forgotten or done incorrectly with every single order? Is the complaint responded to? dreaming about it, I've already ordered several times and the cola has completely spilled out onto the whole meal, if you give them your opinion they don't seem to care either... I would strongly advise hiring new employees with appropriate skills. The employees know everything better but it's not possible to do proper work under pressure? No thanks, worst experience ever I think.

Just not good! Unfriendly service, in the kitchen the preparer wiped her nose with her forearm. Toilet dirty and definitely not cleaned for hours!! Lowest level I have experienced.

Hello, at McDonald's it is better to use the mobile application to purchase, there are many interesting promotions. The room itself is cozy in the city center. But indoors! I went in the evening at 20.00 to make a purchase, I was surprised that in some places the chairs were dirty (with grease stains), the tables were the same, apparently something had been spilled on the floor, since the shoes “stuck” to the floor. There was an unpleasant feeling that there was no cleanliness.

Friendly McDonald's, well placed. Magnificent pedestrian city center.

Overall ok, just unfortunately nothing vegan; except black coffee 😉 the criticism is aimed more at McDonalds, people move with the times! Otherwise, the rest of my family was happy. 😊

I was kicked out of the restaurant last Wednesday afternoon for no reason. I wasn't even allowed to eat my food in the restaurant. I then wanted to know the reason but she couldn't tell me, apparently there was no reason.

I got a melted Mcflury. That doesn't work at all!

12:00 Monday, went to McDonald's, card payments were canceled at all machines. 30 people lined up at a checkout to pay in cash. After 30 minutes it was my turn and I paid in cash. Shortly afterwards I was able to pick up my order. But instead of 6 Mc Nuggets, a Mc Chicken awaited me.

I ordered a cucumber and it never arrived.

The McFlurry machine has been broken for several weeks. Advertisements and offers are made but every time you feel like it, the machine breaks down. Today it is functional again, but you get a relatively liquid McFlurry. Ordered 2 McFlurries with extra sauce. Both are not as cold as they should be, both are relatively liquid and not stirred. At that point the employees looked very unmotivated. The McFlurrys were simply slapped onto the counter. You are not greeted and are not even checked to see if you really ordered it. Of course it is a fast food restaurant, but you would still like to feel welcome.

I have always noticed that the staff is super friendly

Actually, I rarely had bad experiences. However, the nuggets (6x) were forgotten when I ordered. If it was a sauce I wouldn't care but the nuggets were added to the order and paid for.

I've been to McDonald's several times and the food is also very good. Nevertheless, I once ordered a cheese cake. For the first time I was told that I should wait 10 minutes or take something else. But I wanted a cheese cake. So I waited and the cheese cake was ready after just 2 minutes. When I wanted to eat it with pleasure, I couldn't because it was a block of ice. YES REALLY ICE CREAM CHEESE CAKE! I ate it afterwards because I didn't want to throw the cheese cake away. That was really excruciating and depressing. Later I was very depressed because of this. I swore I would never eat cheese cake again. Not only because of the frozen cake, but also because of the bad flatulence (vapeur) and stomach pain I got.

The food is prepared very quickly even for a fast food restaurant, it is cold and the burgers are completely mixed up in the box. The fries often taste very bland and the staff have been rude and disrespectful to me on several occasions. In addition, very few employees speak fluent German or even a little English. I already know a few McDonald's, but the one here in Schaffhausen really beats everything. I usually like to go to McDonald’s. But definitely never again here.

The worst Mc Donalds I've ever been to! I ordered the homestyle crispy chicken and it was awful. The burger was mostly salad and the chicken was so stale and cold. On top of that i asked the lady at the counter if i could have another receipt because I needed it, she just said no and walked away. Terrible service!

My son loves McDonald's. Nice staff, clean, the food comes quickly. All good👍 Gladly again.

Very fast, fries usually just the way I like them, Bigmac almost always above average, almost never had cold food. Generally clean. Been there about a thousand times in my life. Of all the McDonald's I've visited worldwide, I think it's one of the best. This is certainly especially true for the few older employees who have been there for years. But I can only talk about ordering and eating on site. And I'm never there at night.

We always order the food in advance, and sometimes this works more or less well. However, the staff spoke to me like a little child! Very impolite!

Ordered Big Tasty Bacon but didn't get any bacon, in a Chessbruger bread instead of the big bread. And half the Bruger was salad.Very weak

For 4 times now my takeaway order has never been packed properly and things are always missing and my grill orders are not delivered as requested. It's just a shame that Schaffhausen only has 1 McDonald's.

After visiting church, I went for a coffee break with a friend. Because Mac Donald has the best and most tasty and cheapest locally ground bean coffee. Hamburgers are also good and the cheapest in Schaffhausen. You should definitely taste who likes to eat meat. Also with children's menu and small toys attract children with joy.

Half of the meat in my cheeseburger was raw. Luckily I didn't bite into it. Shame on you!!!!

Floors generally dirty, staff overwhelmed, unfriendly and incomprehensible, many products are missing. are no longer available, take far too long (the Fast in Fast Foot means fast...). We avoid the McD as much as possible and only come if we want to eat something that isn't available in Singen. And that's sold out too... 🤯
