It's not just napkins or sauces that are forgotten, but entire menus. You wait forever for your orders, but the food is no longer warm when you receive it. The staff are unfriendly. We've been there several times on the way home from Valais and ordered takeaway. Not a single one of the orders was delivered correctly right away (fortunately it was always noticed on site). Not recommendable...
