Some employees address you as “Du” and others are unfriendly. The napkins are forgotten in the MC Drive and recently there are no longer any drinking straws with drinks. Customer service looks different.

I am often in the branch in Arbon. The food is ok, typical of McDonalds. If you expect something better you have to eat somewhere else. Unfortunately, the McDonald's in Arbon always disappoints me. You would think that with a constantly changing staff, better and better employees would be hired to correct the mistakes. With a new opening time of 10:00 a.m., I was one of the first to place an order at 10:13 a.m. Admittedly, ordering 10 cheeseburgers is rather unusual at this time, but it was a small boost for my company and doesn't really matter. The burgers were ordered with "no pickles" and that was the whole order. The overpriced price of 29.- Fr. was paid and I distributed the 10 cheeseburgers dripping with ketchup among my employees. Of course there were cucumbers in every single one. This is not the first case. Completely wrong orders, mayonnaise on the drink lids, wrong bill at the drive-in, extremely long waiting times and incompetent staff with no sense of priorities really round off the 1 star rating. Of all the McDonald's, the Arbon location is one of the worst and I actually avoid "dining" here as much as possible. It's not worth stopping here.

The staff is unfriendly to the max. I had to pack the food myself into the bags, which were simply thrown on the counter. The food sat around for at least 5 minutes because the potatoes were missing and got cold. Instead of the iced tea I ordered, I got water with a little syrup that tasted a lot like cardboard. I was there a while ago and forgot to write the review. Now later: According to the other reviews here, it wasn't just me and my family who were treated "roughly" at this MC. Some of the employees are very unfriendly and busy with (apparently) private conversations instead of cleaning the tables or at least serving paying customers faster and friendlier. The kicker is: there seem to be more than just a few individual cases that share the experience we had. This is shown by the many similar reviews here that I have now seen. Please MC Arbon boss, do something, otherwise I have never experienced this in any other MC. And I've been to a few others. It's a shame that I have to switch to a different MC every time, because this MC is in a great location.

We ordered two BigMacs and two fries. We had to wait over 30 minutes.

Ordered food at 12:15 and at 12:50 still no food and none prepared. We asked the staff twice and received no answer other than "Yes, it's in progress."
