A clean, well run fast food outlet in the centre of the city. It recently underwent an extensive refurbishment and now boasts a stylish interior and improved lighting and seating. Staff are friendly and there is table service. Digital ordering stations are expected to be used but it's not a problem if you can't or don't want to.

Like in every McDonald's. I can't mention or highlight anything in particular. The facility is bright and friendly, the staff is polite, the cleanliness is also fine. I treated myself to a break with a coffee.

Juice shop!! Menu made wrong, customer just looked at it and returned it The employee then simply threw away the two burgers and fries! What's that supposed to mean? I had 750 points and ordered three cheeseburgers and only got one and the receipt only says 1 and the 700 points are gone.

Hello, I love McDonald's, everything is tip top but sometimes they forget the straws and that's sometimes annoying. But otherwise everything is good. And once I ordered a double chess burger and got a chessburger. Unfortunately I noticed it too late and didn't pay for anything.

Very small restaurant. We had to wait longer for the food, I think the staff was too overwhelmed. Fries weren't warm. Not recommendable.

Food and staff were all top. What I do have a problem with are these stupid cardboard lids for the drinks. I understand the environment etc. but then please do it right. The lids barely hold on to the cup and are knocked off the cup even by the slight pressure of the carrying bag. The result is half a drink in the carrying bag, where you then have to hope that it doesn't tear before you get home and that the drink isn't absorbed into the food. Make the fold on the lid a little longer and plasticize the lids just like the cups. Then maybe they won't stop looking at you. Answer to answer: Just so I understand this correctly. The plastic lids and straws are removed to minimize the consumption of plastics, but then recommend your customers to take drinks in PET bottles because the alternative is no good? Who guarantees that this PET bottle does not end up in the sea or local rivers and lakes, or that it is properly recycled? Especially since a PET bottle certainly uses more plastic than a wafer-thin lid or straw and the selection of drinks in PET bottles is very limited. That's exactly my sense of humor :D

The lady with black hair and Latina accent at the drive-in counter was very rude and impatient. Just because she works there she thinks that customers know things like she does. But with her I really had the feeling that I knew my stuff better.

Swiss McDonald's serves schnitzel from Swiss cows. Therefore it is much tastier. I simply recommend putting 2 cucumbers, as was done at the beginning of McDonald's. The film “The Founder” (2016)

Went to McDonalds Olten today eat.After eating we went to the toilet with a small child. Because of the bad surprise, according to the cheeky, unfriendly supervisors, we had to pay 1 franc per person even though we ate there for 40 francs. Sorry, but that can't be right, can it? There were four of us, two adults and two children, in the restaurant and ordered food for 50.-. When we were finished we wanted to wash our hands. There were two bouncers in front of the toilet. We had to pay 1 each to be allowed to use the toilet. When asked whether this was serious, because we had consumed something for 50.00, the supervisors said they were serious because of the Chilbi, the restaurant toilet was used by people who did not consume anything in the restaurant. Why don't you put the guards at the bottom of the stairs and only let those who consume things upstairs where the toilet facilities are?

Mc donalds in Olten is very well located in the city center and the seating is nice. The food and service were very good.

McDonald's - A Delicious and Pleasant Experience! My visit to McDonald's was overall positive. I chose an iced latte and a portion of potato wedges, and both were simply delicious. The iced latte was refreshing and had just the right amount of coffee and milk. It was the perfect accompaniment to my snack. The potato wedges were crispy, well seasoned and tasted simply fantastic. I couldn't get enough of it! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They took my order with a smile and prepared my food quickly. The service overall was very efficient. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. All in all, my visit to McDonald's was a thoroughly successful experience. I was impressed by the delicious food, refreshing iced latte and friendly staff.

The following situation happened to me yesterday at around 10 p.m. in this McDonalds: Me and 3 other colleagues went into the McDonalds. I and a colleague went upstairs because we wanted to take advantage of the Order&Pay 1 franc BigMac menu promotion, while down at the screen 1 colleague ordered a normal menu and another one was waiting with him for his order (he didn't order anything). The security at the entrance saw us as we went up without ordering and nothing happened. Above we found that the Order&Pay function does not work. We tried other branches and it would have worked there, so we went back down to the checkout to ask. I then received an extremely memorized answer from the employee that this branch had a technical problem and there was nothing they could do. No goodwill solution, nothing. We wanted to go back up, but the 15 francs for a meal was too bad for me because I wasn't extremely hungry and just wanted to take advantage of the discount and my colleague wanted to order something upstairs. Shortly before that, the other two colleagues went up, one with an order, the other without. Now comes the cheek... When we wanted to go back up, the security guard stopped us and asked where our order was. I said that I just wanted to go up to sit with my colleagues and the other colleague said that he wanted to order at the terminal upstairs (it was very full downstairs, almost empty upstairs). He then boldly said that that wasn't possible because everyone had to order something. We answered him that we were already upstairs, the colleague was eating and the other colleague next to me wanted to order upstairs. He refused anyway and sent us down. Of course, we didn't order anything more out of principle and waited outside for our colleagues. What's that supposed to mean? So theoretically, if I go to McDonalds with a colleague and only one is hungry, do I still have to order something so that I can sit there even though the other one has already spent money? I would understand if there were no more seats upstairs but it was about 70% empty upstairs. I should know, because I've already been upstairs on the same evening without ordering. In general, McDonalds is a disaster compared to its partners in Egerkingen and Zuchwil. The upper area is constantly blocked off for no reason, so there is no space and everything seems extremely disorganized. I will avoid this branch in the future.

The best BigMac I've ever eaten at McDonalds. I thought they all tasted the same? No, just the opposite. i was there today but not for the first time. i was there last week aswell and i'm gonna talk about both experience's. last week first: i was there ordered the food and it didn't take much time. the fries were completely oily, not seasoned not even salt. the chicken nuggets tasted like you had made them a few days ago. today: the food was good this time but we got some wrong sauces. then i looked at the floor and there were some insects crawling on the floor. this kind of disgusted me and made me question my food.

Strange, the shop was relatively full and yet the passage to the first floor with the request to consume was downstairs on the ground floor. The partial closure meant that you could go to the toilet, but the prohibition sign discouraged you from sitting upstairs. We, two families with small children among others, went to the toilet and noticed that other guests had also sat down to eat their food inside. But the lockdown wasn't there for the first time. I feel pretty stupid, but that wasn't a problem in the summer. Was that intentional so that people wouldn't come in at all (!) or that the first floor wouldn't have to be cleaned? What else should *family-friendly* restaurants be for? I must have missed something here. I would at least like to say that the renovation on the upper floor was a success.

Hello McDonald's When I ate with them recently, I ordered a big mac. As I was about to eat it, I noticed a small beetle in the salad. But when I told the assistant that I had a beetle in my food, it flew away. When I complained I didn't get a new burger.

It's been a long time since I've had a cheeseburger + 1 at the McDonald's Restaurant in Olten. I liked the mineral and the toilets were free to use without a code.

Hardly any parking spaces, wrong orders, unsightly food... and still I buy the garbage because it's fine... Edited: No change regarding the orders... I ordered a Double Big Mac and got a normal one, I ordered a cocktail sauce and then got 2 wrong ones. In every third order, individual burgers or ingredients are missing. I ask the McDonald's Olten team to pay more attention to their customers and their orders.

At each visit, about once a week, either 1 or more burgers are missing. Annoying because I usually only notice this when I get home. This time everything was checked. Unpacked at home instead of double Big Mac, normal Big Mac in the box. In terms of quality, this is the worst MC I know of in Switzerland. Doesn't taste fresh like you're used to from McDonald's. It's better to drive 20 minutes to Egerkingen or Oftringen.

I think the Mc is completely fine. The food was always warm and very tasty. I find waiting times of 2-10 minutes acceptable, depending on the order. At peak times it might take 15-20 minutes but I think that's okay too. I really enjoy visiting this MC. The staff is debatable, there are very polite employees with a smile but also very unmotivated, “cheeky” employees. But I mainly come for the food and it impresses me every time.

I haven't been to McDonalds Olten for a long time and it has changed a lot. In the last 3 days I kept coming to have a coffee and there was always the same employee with a tie. He was very hospitable to me and also to other guests who were before me. A nice and friendly service. There should be more of these employees. Best regards

Just as bad as ever. Service completely rude, impatient and unable to distribute the right food. The food is always bad. Stomach ache every time. Tolerated and accepted as a teenager, now you are an adult and know that what you are getting is absolutely outrageous. Absolutely never worth it. Except maybe when you're completely drunk after the club and you need something when everything is closed. Even then, the Bifi sausage from the Selecta is fresher and tastier.

Food is average, The crispy chicken from the other day was surprisingly good though. So what was promised was kept. Unfortunately I can't eat from there anymore and I'm turning back to other providers because since I've eaten from there I've gotten stomach cramps and diarrhea every time I eat a burger from there, so it's really no longer a coincidence could. However, I would still try to have a salad or a milkshake. And chicken nuggets again Staff very friendly and accommodating, hardworking.
