McDonald's in Bülach

Me and my family really enjoy going to MC bulach when the woman who serves us is the only one who works at the front, very poziteve and friendly woman with us and the children she has high quality of service. Friendly, always good, lukewarm employee. Many thanks to Ms. Vale

Don't use MC Drive. Often items are missing, towels, sauce, whole burger, you don't see your order on screen, often English isn't understood. Park car, order inside, check items before you leave. Sitting place outside isn't nice.

Clean, family friendly, good food, unfortunately you don't always get what you ordered... it's a shame... Now, 5 years later, unfortunately nothing has improved. Too much is forgotten, especially in the drive-in.

During my visit to McDonald's today, I was excited to enjoy a sundae. While at the till making my payment, I noticed a staff member in her 40s named Mila, as per her name tag. Unfortunately, she consistently gave me disapproving looks, which made me uncomfortable. Despite trying to ignore it, the unfriendly glances persisted as I waited for my sundae. I must commend the rest of the staff for their friendliness and warmth, but Mila's demeanor was rather off-putting. It's essential to select staff carefully to maintain a positive customer experience.

Too long of a wait and not very nice staff

The toilet hasn't been cleaned for weeks, it stinks like hell and the walls and floor are sticky with dirt, disgusting for MC D. The employee is unfriendly... definitely never here again.

Unfortunately I have to change my 5 stars to 1 star. Vouchers are not accepted!! If you order a burger without a cucumber, it will be taken out of the burger!!! Actually, you should prepare the burger fresh! impudence. The friendliness used to be better too

Please drive to Embrach or Dielsdorf. This Mac is the worst in terms of quality and also in hospitality!!!. My Big Tasty was cold with cold cheese on it. I complained to the alleged boss, who had no understanding, it was normal. This shows that this is how food should always be. OK. No idea.

It's a shame that the mc has to be rated so poorly now. The orders aren't even prepared properly. You order a Big Tasty Double Bacon and what do you get? Exactly the burger without bacon. Ordered the Double Cheeseburger Royal with extra cheese and you get the normal one and pay for what you ordered. Maybe a little more concentration at work would be needed

Other users have already noticed that the quality of the food is steadily declining, regardless of the Bülach branch. But anyone who plans such an exit at the drive-in definitely belongs in prison. Although there would be enough space, the exit will be built with high curbs of minimal width. Definitely a reason not to stop here again. The only bright spot was the friendly smile of the lady at the window.

The new app should actually have very good offers, but the times at the order terminal are far too short. The order will be automatically deleted after a short time - approx. 1 minute - and of course the vouchers that have already been scanned are gone. The staff is friendly but totally overwhelmed with this sort of thing. Don't go there anymore...

Big Taste is smaller! They reduced the sizes! Shame on it McDonald's!

Drive In again half forget very incompetent employees. Never eat McDonald's in Bulach again.

Sorry, but the onions have been missing from the cheeseburger for weeks. It sounds ridiculous, but that just doesn't make it taste good. According to MC D's website there should be onions on it.

Food and service quick and good. Why 2 stars? Every time most of the tables and benches/chairs are dirty.

I was there 1 minute after twelve and a blonde young man with glasses and a beard said there was nothing left and the store was full, that's an impertinence because 1 minute and the store was cool, that's not possible

The employee made me wait even though she saw me. Also the exit to a catastrophe! Much too narrow, really impossible to drive out with a larger car.

Honeymusterd ordered, and they had no idea what burger they received.

It was so crowded and they got my order wrong also we had to wait soo long.

Their preparing the food very fast, compared with the other Mcdonalds. Service is also good here.

The employee leaves fries and burgers at the front and prefers to chat with a work colleague instead of making the 2 drinks for my 2 menus and giving me the order. And when she thanked me for letting me stand, she didn't even listen

Long waiting times, burger wasn't nice but fell apart, fries were almost cold and the other fries were missing, salad was brown

I've been going to this McDonald's for over 15 years. Unfortunately, the quality is constantly decreasing and the staff is not what it used to be. I regularly get cold food here, the wrong components are used in the burgers and hot fries are probably a foreign concept. I am overjoyed that a Burger King will soon be opening in Bülach. Maybe the food will get better thanks to the competition.

Food was ok. On the other hand, the staff's internal processes were not as structured. For example, we had the wrong gifts, ice cream even though no ice cream was explicitly ordered, the wrong sauce. Of course it can happen, but it's still not optimal for the team or the customers.

Always a regular customer there at lunchtime. Sometimes the burgers are flattened which doesn't make it look too nice.

Well, things were often forgotten when ordering and if you go out to eat outside of peak times, the food, for example fries, is anything but freshly fried.

Whenever I went to McDonald’s I ordered an Oreo Mcflury. Now this no longer exists, there is now a Toblerone Mcflury. I think many people prefer the Oreo Mcflury and I think it's a shame that it's no longer available

Ordered something via the app and couldn't pick up the order. McD still charged my credit card. So I had to pay for something that I never purchased. After I brought this to McD's attention, I was informed that no order had not been picked up at the said time and was so subtly told that I had picked up the order. When I asked which order I was charged for, it was simply ignored. Instead of being refunded, I was given a voucher. The fact remains that McD Bülach makes credit card debits without food being purchased!

Once again the curly fries were cold. The bis tasty chilli cheese was almost not spicy. regular cheese on top and 2-3 jalapeño slices. You can also save yourself having to order it.

Newly made a la minute. Team no process...not organized...no response to complaints. I think they'll run the place into the ground in 40-60 days. I waited over 35 minutes for the burger. At 6:05 p.m...!!!!!

Very unfriendly at the drive in

Normal McDo restaurant with the usual menu. Pretty tight space. Ordering is possible via touchscreen terminal or directly at the counter. Access to the parking lot and drive-in is rather tight (queues form when there is a lot of traffic).

We were driving and it went super fast, but the exit is very narrow. Otherwise the fries would be crispy and the burgers would already be hot.

We ordered at 11:50pm, we are still waiting, the staff are very slow, they don't care

Why not drive in with your bike? Because you are sent away again.

Today we went to McDonald's Bülach again after a long time. Actually, you could avoid this branch forever. But it's just on the way but in the future I would like to take the detour via Rümlang or go to the competition. My order wasn't processed correctly (take away) meaning the burger had the wrong sauce and no cheese. No servings and no straw packed. I know it seems like a small thing but every time I was in Bülach something was wrong: Eating the wrong food, missing food, eating cold food etc…

I do not advise going by car to pick up. The exit is very bad, there is almost no space to drive

This Sunday evening, waited a long time (over 10 minutes and my order was probably packed by someone else), got an apple turnover, and instead of my expensive burger I got a veggie burger for 10.-. Thanks for nothing!

Our kids love coming here. I'd prefer something a little more healthy but surprisingly they have some good healthy options as well. Sometimes the drive through can get busy but there's even a playground and a private room for Birthday's

During my last visit I was surprised why you were rated so poorly. But since my visit today, October 12, 22, 10:45 p.m., I understand it. First of all, I had to wait a relatively long time until I could order at the drive in even though there was only 1 car in front of me. Then my two burgers were very cold and completely poorly prepared and I only received 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6. In addition, the lady forgot the sweet and sour sauce and I received 1 napkin for 2 burgers and 6 (5) nuggets even though there was nothing going on for them Time. Very sad. Unfortunately there is no other MC nearby.

The worst branch I know. You can make a bet that the order is incorrect. You win for sure. Just experienced it again last Wednesday. Unfortunately the order was not checked on site. We called the branch and were told: This can happen with so many orders. You will watch it on video and get back to us. We were able to paint dinner at home. Unfortunately no response has been received to date. Now we prefer the Dielsdorf branch again.

MC Drive In, as usual, to combat quick hunger

Indoor playground would be cool.. The party room for children's birthdays is great because it also has a door.

Everything is understandable. But not permanently at my expense. Never complained until last week. It's a McDonald's ;) pretty small, but it has everything you need. The employees were very nice.

It's McDonalds, so the food is as expected. I give one star for generally friendly staff and one for my facourite: McFlurries. We usually only go through the Drive-In and wait times are ok.

Ate very poorly, fries were not cooked through and so were the burgers. Maybe there are no permanent staff due to vacation? Unfortunately there is no next time...

The service was very bad. I ordered fries and he didn't give me any fries. Plus 2 Creamy Deluxe Sauce with what should I eat with the burger or something. It is a McDonald's outlet like we know it from many other places. Outside dining is possible, playground is open again after the pandemic, staff is friendly and speedy. Well the taste is a matter if taste as we know.

The location is great. I really like the food. I regularly treat myself to around 4 cheeseburgers, honey mustard sauce burgers, fries, donuts and cocktail sauce. I like the boards where you can write down your order yourself.
