This was the third time that I didn't receive my entire order at McDrive. So every time I paid for food that I didn't receive.

I ordered something from McCafe via the terminal and ordered lactose-free milk for the latte macchiato for an additional charge. Then I was called to the checkout and was told that unfortunately there was no L.-free milk. Ok - suggestion to just use Café Crema instead. This was then done and when I picked it up, they discreetly tried to cheat me out of the 1.20 francs that the coffee was cheaper. I complained, was referred (possibly by the branch manager) and finally it was resolved to my satisfaction. I got an apple turnover as compensation :D This branch really deserves 5 stars, but if you have to complain that it's working... points are deducted.

It's a McDonalds, so you know what to expect. This one does get a liitle crowded on weekends, especially Saturdays, due to the Volkiland next to it. However, the staff does manage to keep it clean and tidy and deliver the food as fast as possible. Ambiente - well, there is not really any ambiente to it, but it's fine.

I've been going to this McDonald's in Volketswil for years. Unfortunately, I have to say that the cleanliness has deteriorated extremely compared to before. Tables, benches and chairs are hardly cleaned at all anymore. Even though there were only a few guests in the restaurant, pretty much all the tables were covered in crumbs and the benches had grease stains, so you had to look where you were sitting. The trash can was also overfull, so that the trash piled up on the counter even though the restaurant was only half full and the staff would have had enough time to empty it. If this doesn't get better, I'll have to go somewhere else in the future. If there are a lot of people, I wouldn't be above cleaning the table myself, but it would be nice if there was a station somewhere with cleaning supplies and cloths.

The same as all Mc Donald's but with a little more quality. I use Uber and this is one of the sites I prefer to go to because they care about food temperature, hygiene and everything around it. After complaining, they put the tablet, which had probably been lying around for 20 minutes, on the counter and to make up for it we received an apple bag, which would be great if you wanted that. When I arrived at the place and was full of hunger, I wanted to eat my burger, but it was cold. So check out again and complain. New burger, new luck, but again it had things in it that I had removed because I'm allergic. This organization here is simply catastrophic. Plus, I wasn't the only one who waited so long and complained. But there is still enough time to have fun in the kitchen. This can also scare customers away. P.S The display that was already mentioned in another review still doesn't work correctly.

However, I have noticed several times that this process has not yet reached all employees. An employee even pointed out to me that I had ordered incorrectly and that it wouldn't work that way. It was subsequently discovered that she had no knowledge of this process. Awkward. I would definitely like to thank you for the many positive experiences at McDonalds and look forward to seeing more emphasis placed on training again.

You can't handle criticism. Terrible! Patatoes only came when we had already finished eating. When we complained about it we only got a tired smile. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I go there often because it's the closest one for me. I always have the food brought to my place (pay with a card at the self checkout), every time something is missing (usually sauce) when you point it out you get a cheeky look and the missing product is handed to you without a word. No apology, nothing. Fries are often totally over-salted or have hardly any salt on them. Burgers were the only thing that was always good.

This wasn’t the first time I ordered and had issues. I made the order online (just as usual) and today 3 burgers were missing. I also asked for plain burgers and the one that actually came had cucumber and onions. In the bag the napkins and straws were also missing. And to top it of, I tried to check the McDonald’s app for the order history (in case I was at fault) and they deleted my order from today. I also tried to call the restaurant where I picked up the food, they didn’t even pickup.

There is a drive in in Volketswil. Otherwise you can also eat in the restaurant if you want
