McDonald's in Romanshorn

Terrible experience. Endless wait times, 3 missing products and terrible quality. Our fries are unsalted and the drinks are diluted and the cup with 3/4 ice. The staff practically quit work an hour before the branch closes and are unfriendly when you talk to them about your mistakes. Other customers were treated to ice cream as an apology, which was not the case with us. Not recommended branch. I prefer Burger King.

Cool brand new McDonalds. We liked the booths and the ambience.

Nice McDonald's branch but unfortunately I miss McDelivery because I work in Romanshorn. I would have liked to order via Uber eats or Takeaway, but unfortunately that is not possible at this branch. Romanshorn isn't that small either.

The new McDonald's restaurant in Romanshorn is beautifully decorated and very clean. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the toilets as they were really very hygienic. The food was good and the fries were still hot. The waiting time for the food to be brought to the table was very short and the employee was very friendly. I was there with my best friend and we will definitely come back again and again.

Last time I had to wait 45 minutes for the food. Maybe because of a lack of staff?! Esse is McDonald's... Ambiance: right on the main street.

It doesn't get any slower. Staff unfriendly and slow. Hardly any guests but you have to walk 10 MINUTES to the food garden.

Very slow service, something is always missing or always wrong. Slowly you just lose the desire to eat there or pick up. You should take a better look at the staff quality. McDonalds owes me at least 2 large fries and 3x chicken wings.

I don't know if I've ever seen such a clean McDonald's! The restaurant including the toilet was VERY clean. The atmosphere is new and modern including the toilet. There were no guests there, there were maybe 2 to 3 cars at the drive in. Nevertheless, the order took a bit longer. The young woman who served me was very friendly and accommodating. Actually everything was great. I don't know why there were no guests there. Maybe they were already at lunchtime.

Tragedy... we ordered two burgers, including one vegetarian, and we got both with meat. We ordered a banana frappe and got a vanilla one. French fries without salt. There weren't even any napkins in the bag. We didn't have a chance to order anything on the spot because it was takeaway and we only saw what our order looked like when we got home. Check the contents of your bag before you leave

It's not fast food, it's slow food. We waited a long time for the food (we were the only customers). The order came cold.

Slowest MC in Switzerland...without a queue, always at least 5 to 10 minutes waiting time for a Bic Mac. Awkward

The cost is almost 2 times more expensive than in Germany and 3 times more expensive than in Ukraine. Coffee here is 5 euros, in Germany 2.50, in Ukraine 1.5 euros.

We ate at this restaurant 4x during the past 3 days. Beautiful restaurent, friendly staff, very clean, everything new. I don't understand the bad reviews. This is one of the nicest McDonald's restaurants I have ever been to (I eat a lot of McD).

I was alone at McDonald's on a Wednesday afternoon and had to type in what I wanted on a dirty board!! A Big Mac with Coke and fries! It wasn't verbal. And the Pfludi I got =WAHH!!! FOR THE PRICE!!!! Well again! Not half a star

The Cappucino has nothing to do with Mc Café. A warm, brown broth that was inedible to me. Mc Café differs in the coffee machine; this name conveys a different quality. To me it seemed like McDonald broth.

Weak! Unable to redeem vouchers or complete an order. The drink was missing from the HappyMeal. Instead of Ovi MCFlurry there were some with Oreos. Crash. I'd rather go to Arbon where the employees are more capable and friendlier.

Quality is Mac Donald I placed an order at 21.12 for 115.-fr. Waiting time until 9:44 p.m. was a bit too long for me. Ev. If the team was relatively new, it wasn't really obvious that someone was in charge. But I'll go there again because the store is relatively new.

Very rude staff, I lost my wallet. I asked if it might be in the lost property office, but they said it wasn't there without checking. They didn't want to help me and teased me that the boss was coming. I waited for the boss for 2 hours but he didn't come.

I ordered and paid online and got an order number and still I waited 49 minutes, even though the order was wrong I returned it, the food was completely cold, I asked the shift leader if the food was hot and he told me it was again Unfortunately it wasn't fresh, the staff didn't speak any German, they only took the course with A1, that's ridiculous waiting 40 minutes and getting a cold meal is really ridiculous. McDonalds needs people who really understand German. Unfortunately I have to give it a rating of 0.

The food is just bad! Cold and inedible. And then you wait for such a long time. The service just sucks! Unfriendly and incompetent. Can't even handle euros. Had to pay extra with card. So I definitely won't come to this MC again. Better go to Arbon. Everything works great there.

Nicely decorated. We had to wait a long time for the food. Parking spaces are very narrow, it would have been better to do without 1 or 2 spaces and make the existing ones wider.

Every time you forget to pack something... since it's happened a few times... I wanted them to freshen everything up... since it was already cold... (No excuse...No fresh food was given but the same little bag with the same contents that was in it before...i.e. cold.) No matter how good the store looks... if the people aren't really focused on their work... you can just close the store again. Personally, I think it's a disgrace...after all, we paid for it...to be treated badly? Recommendation.. NOT GUARANTEED.

Placed an order on Mc Drive. Unfortunately I received the wrong dish and wrong receipt. Then went in to exchange it. That wasn't a problem. But the wrong delivery was simply thrown away! This is a waste of food!! If I had known that… In the end the sauce was missing from the correct delivery😩

Incomplete information on the drive-in board, the staff doesn't speak German (so you don't get any information), the other person is unfriendly. Salt content in the fries probably exceeds the legal maximum, inedible, had to throw them away.

McDonald's opened in December 2022 and construction is still ongoing. It should only be opened after construction is completed. Terrible design. Poorly managed construction. This is one big makeshift. And the way the food is prepared is disgusting.

By far the unfriendly staff of any McDonald's in the area, the woman with the 2 piercings on her nose was very unfriendly and cheeky. Waiting times for the drive 30/40 minutes. (for 2 ice creams). Please check and check out employees!! You work with gloves and not without them.

I recently visited the McDonald's at this location and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and accommodating (especially Mr. Üzümcüoglu), which made my visit even more pleasant. The food was fresh and tasty, just as I expected. The fries were crispy and the burgers were juicy and full of flavor. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quick service at the checkout. All in all it was a great experience in Romanshorn and I will definitely come back.

Actually the ambience would be very modern and nice. But various panels are missing from the ceiling and a ladder is standing around, even though the McDo has only recently opened. We have to wait 12 minutes for our food (chicken nuggets, fries, McChicken), even though the rush was normal. Instead of sparkling water we get regular water. Oh well. Can happen. The food was very fresh and delicious! Suddenly a huge noise. The ladder falls. Absolute risk of accidents. Cleanliness is not satisfactory. Leftover food under the tables and on the chairs. And what I generally don't understand is why you can't order the Happy Meal without a fruit juice pouch?! Total waste. My daughter just doesn't like the stuff.

The new Mc in Romanshorn was very surprising in terms of the ambience. New design that I didn't know before and comfortable seating. Really nice for fast food style. Service is still going for a moment. It's a bit of a wait, but the staff is extremely friendly.

Unfortunately there are no negative stars here. Waited 32 minutes 😡 for food and waited over 20 minutes for dessert. The staff was totally overloaded and overwhelmed. The large sliding door no longer closed automatically. Told two different people it was drafting and getting cold. Nothing was done. Dear Team Romanshorn, you still have to work hard so that people can visit you again. Otherwise I'll just go back to Arbon. Despite the travel time, it's even faster.

I recently visited McDonalds in Romanshorn and had a great experience. The restaurant itself was extremely clean and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure that my order was correct and that my meal was up to my satisfaction. They even offered a gift for taking too long to do the order. The food itself was delicious. I had a Big Mac meal, which came with their famous fries and a large drink. The burger was fresh and juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. The drink was also great. I was really impressed with the meal and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Overall, I had a good experience at McDonalds in Romanshorn. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the restaurant itself was spotless. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

MC Donalds. The same everywhere.

I was at McDrive picking up food for my family. At home I noticed that the Big Mac was missing and had to go again. There was no apology or anything extra. Also, the food wasn't good. The next day we all still had stomach aches from eating. Due to the poor service and poor quality of the food, I can't recommend this place even though it looks good from the outside.

Newly opened so probably not everything is perfect yet (staff forgot several things)
