Food five stars/service small employee black pants red t shirt brought the food. Chewing gum in her mouth, hair unkempt, motivation was evident on her face 4:15-4:30 p.m./ambience: good, stuffy air.

The food was ready very quickly. Great when you're on the go.

When I visit McDonald's, I prefer to go to Egerkingen. The food when I'm there is always fresh, keep it up.

Music is almost too loud and the Cesar salad with chicken is half the size but still the same price.. I'm kidding you 👎🏼

I actually just wanted to pick up 2 cheeseburgers from McDrive. After 10 minutes, I finally couldn't find my order at the counter. I then waited another 10 and finally left after 20 minutes, unnerved and without a burger….thanks for nothing!!

Was in this branch for the first time today November 9th, 2023. Despite the lunch rush, the service was very friendly and the food was also good.

I don’t expect much from McDonalds food, but this time it was simply unbeatable. Cheeseburger royal without any ketchup and pickles, only with roughly cuttend onion on the burned burger… And waiting time for this was 16 minutes… Toilet wasn’t really clean, no toilet paper. Avoid this place.

Very nice staff and accommodating of our requests for kids. Excellent customer service. Karen went out of her way and gave our kids extra toys and even offered treats just to make sure the kid had a great experience. She shared her vision of all Mcdonalds staff/branches worldwide can prioritize customer service and I hope that her vision comes to fruition as it is very rare that we experience such level of customer service in a Mcdonald, sadly. Thank you Karen!

You don't get an answer at McDrive. I waited over 5 minutes for someone to speak. Then I drove to the next counter where employees acted as if they didn't see me. The response I received afterwards was that I couldn't order here and I had to park or drive to the first counter again. Very long waiting times, employees work very slowly. Not recommended!

So far I've always had a very tasty burger very quickly. I am very satisfied and the MC is highly recommended as a short stopover and a little refreshment on this motorway exit.

You order in the drive if you want something quick. For 6 classic burgers you wait 10 minutes in an assigned parking space. The parking lot is full of waiting drive customers. It has nothing to do with FAST food. .

I've been there 3 times and received food that was thrown away every time, yes it's "fast food" but please, people used to have trouble with it... & I'm wondering if this is new now, since there are self-check machines you barely get bed, just get your food and you're done? It's a shame, childhood memories fade very quickly...

I did originally give a good review but my last two visits have been very disappointing. I visited at crowded times and expected the food to be freshly made. Unfortunately it wasn't. The chicken wings were almost toasted black through multiple reheating I suspect and the fish burger I bought was like eating a cardboard box. In fact a cardboard box would would probably have tasted much better!

Was in Mc Drive again today. I would like to thank you for the cold nuggets and the missing curry sauce. McChicken was hot and fine. I have to inform you again that something is wrong with every second order. In the future, I will check the order carefully when it is issued and only release the space after it has been checked. It will be the 5th time I come there and for the fifth time, that I find myself waiting at least 17 minutes for 2 menus (and there are 7 people in the whole room).... and on top of that the cold French fries. We are always amazed at how much goes on there on a normal evening and what processes have to work in order to meet customer needs. A big compliment to the whole team! We particularly noticed the colorful flower borders and the care with which the "Mc Donald's gardener" cared for and watered the geraniums. It's not a given that people invest in such special details :-)

But then it occurred to me that what makes this branch special is service! 👍 I have never experienced such an organized and friendly store! The employees are great and really attentive. No customer is forgotten, you have a feel for the customer and you are served at your seat. After the customer has left his seat, it will be cleaned immediately by an employee. The whole restaurant is 1A clean! In front of the restaurant, in the restaurant and even the toilets. You get the feeling that the employees are like a big family and enjoy what they do.

No idea what was going on yesterday but we waited 20 minutes. Disappointing.

As a frequent MCD visitor, I can only recommend Egerkingen. The teams put in a lot of effort and sometimes go the extra mile (if necessary). Food is always fresh and if something doesn't suit you, a solution is sought and implemented immediately and easily. In Egerkingen this is of course understood in a very friendly tone with a laugh, just like the "Mercivöumou vöre Bsuech u ufwederluege" when leaving (depending on the situation). 😃
