McDonald's in Rickenbach (TG)

Dear McDonald's team, if I order 20 chicken nuggets to take away, I want to eat the nuggets at home too. Unfortunately we only had the 4 sauces in the bag but no nuggets, apparently I have to do an inventory check before I leave. Very unfortunate customer order 2942.

The food was very good. I asked the staff if they could bring me another straw. I was told I had to get them from the counter myself. What kind of service is this? If you don't want to bring extra drinking straws, you should add them straight away!

We have been to so many Mc's around the world. We have never had such a special 😍employee like in Wil. Andrew has a friendly, courteous demeanor that is obviously contagious. We received quick and great service. Gladly again🙏

Sometimes I'm really surprised at how quickly I'm served, even when there's a lot of activity... And sometimes you wait longer for something to happen, even if it isn't being "stormed". I think that also and above all depends on the current team. All in all good! 👍🏻

Dear MC staff My colleague got double the amount of MCflurry and I got half of her even though I paid the full price. The reaction of the staff was that I was just unlucky and they ran away and laughed hysterically So outrageous!!!

There isn't a worse Mc.Donalds nearby. Once again you wait 20 minutes or more for one coffee and a menu at Mc:Drive. It's better to talk to colleagues... at the first window then drinks and nothing more, wait again. I had to leave the food there because I had to go to work after waiting almost 30 minutes. Hungry for work and lost money and in a FAST FOOD restaurant, everyone will soon be able to shop al la carte faster, which will taste even better. Never go against Wil and it's slowly becoming difficult to find an MC where you can get it the way you want it

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've never experienced anything like this in a McDonald's. If you love McDo's food you just have to go to Wil. Or simply because of the friendly staff. A children's birthday party is particularly recommended.

I just had one of the tastiest double cheeseburgers I've ever eaten :) and the staff were super friendly. I can only recommend everyone to eat here

I've been to a few McDonald's, but Andrew works in Wil. He conveys friendliness, satisfaction and simply fun at work. Even at McDonald's you get the feeling of being in a good restaurant and not in a fast food chain. He comes to the table and asks, he recommends at the counter. Just perfect.

Lately the fries have been unsalted and I've noticed that I never get a receipt in the drive-thru at this point of sale. Is that new? My order is often complete, but I still want a receipt to check this.

Food cold even though there were fewer visitors - and the staff was very unfriendly. Not recommendable

The Mc Donalds Wil is not recommended, we were just served very rudely in the drive-in. (Saturday June 24th, 2023 / 11:25 p.m.) We experienced the following: Visit to the drive in Man on the loudspeaker: "Welcome..., your order please." Since the entire map is no longer visible, we say: “Just a moment, please.” Man on the other end: "They had that one." We can't believe our ears: "Excuse me? We had that one?" Man: "Yes" We: "Ok, then we'll leave without ordering." Man: "Yes, you can do it." Apparently this McDonalds doesn't rely on customers.

Super service!! In this McDonald’s they bring you the food to the table, cool! The waiter speaking German with American accent is super nice, funny and in a good mood!

It used to be good, but lately the products in the drive in have been mixed up again and again. Ice tea instead of Cola or cheeseburger even though no cheese was ordered.

Best MC in Eastern Switzerland. The branch manager is always highly motivated, as are the employees. There is laughter and a very pleasant atmosphere. The employees always have a smile on their faces. :) in other MC's you are looked at as if you were about to be killed.

Best McDonald's far and wide. The manager with an English accent is absolutely awesome. You feel like a guest with him (bravo and thank you). In other Mc's it's more like a number or an evil for the purpose. The only Mc that deserves 5 stars is in Wil.

Friendly welcome with a smiling Olà. Ask if we would need help with the order. Receive balloons for your Happy Meal in person. The order was delivered correctly (never the case recently in the canton of Bern). All tables were clean.

Andrew again. That doesn't surprise me at all. Experienced it myself today. The man deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We were served extremely friendly by the entire staff. Despite the full restaurant, there was time for friendly words, clean tables and well-kept toilet facilities. As a branch manager, Andrew was not above being a manager. Round the restaurant to inquire about the well-being of the guests, remove waste in the pouring rain, clean tables, serve guests at the counter and at the tables. Yes, we'll be back, even if we have Mc's that are closer. 👍

It's commendable how friendly you can be to serve despite the hassle. If things have to happen quickly... I'm happy to come back. One employee worth mentioning is Mr. Andrew. This puts a smile on every guest's face. I have rarely experienced so much happiness and motivation! If he no longer worked here, it would be like robbing this McDonald's soul.

My food was prepared and delivered to me very quickly. It tasted good too. I just thought it was a shame that the fries weren't really crispy. Paying in the app with Twint is a bit complicated as (for me) it took about 3-5 minutes for the payment to go through.

Every time something is missing or it wasn't included in the order. Here in Wil it's the same thing every time, I don't understand why it has to happen every time. Every kebab shop does it better!

Employees are cheeky and don't let anyone in after 10:26 p.m. and babble about technical problems even though there are people sitting inside

“Mcdonalds wil” highly recommended! Don't understand the previous comments. We have never received an incorrect order. The complainers always only see the glass as half empty and not half full! :-) The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Toilet: clean, smelling good and tidy. Andrew’s (managing director?) charming manner brings a touch of American flair to the ambience. Children's corner interestingly and imaginatively decorated. Keep it up! Best regards, David.

After a long vacation trip, my son and I visited the restaurant at 8:30 am. There was only breakfast at that time, menus were only available from 10 a.m. My little one was hungry and wanted a burger. The manager made an exception and brought my son a HappyMeal. Thank you very much for your kindness and accommodation.

There's always something missing

Every time something is missing from the order, great diet you offer. I've never seen an MC manage to put the order together wrong every time and forget half of it.

Only water or tea until Wednesday but nothing written on the outside and the price is not reduced... Always with MC there are problems or forgotten sauces etc... Never again with you!
