Decent Mc D quality that always tastes good. The interaction between the order screen and the staff still needs to be practiced in this branch. The new facility in all Mc D branches is unpleasant. The new counters are reminiscent of post office counters from the 60s or worse. Food distribution à la "who hasn't yet, who wants again".

It's a shame that I'd rather go to Sursee than to the McDonalds in Reinach. They managed to sell me a burger with the bottom part of the bun missing! Also Cheeseburger Royal with bacon and onions, but without onions. Sauces on it? None. You can see what makes good or bad management. Unfortunately, that's often the case there, especially during peak times. Personally, I would prefer to wait 2 minutes longer and then get the perfect burger than to be quick and nothing. At least they can do that in Sursee...

Great service from Valentina. A likeable and friendly person is something you rarely see in other McDonald's these days. Food always very fresh and correctly served, always happy!

The Mc Flurry only consisted of nuts and a caramel sauce. There was no chocolate sauce or anything. When I think of Ragusa, I think of chocolate with nuts and zero of caramel...

Guys, all the tables are dirty. You're sitting at the table and the previous person's burger sauce is stuck to your arm. Greasy and unpleasant. It's a shame that there is hardly any emphasis on hygiene, because unfortunately that's often the case. Food and friendliness would be absolutely fine.

Waited 25 minutes in the MC drive and that's what you call fast food

We ordered four menus. In every meal the fries were soggy and not salted enough. Had four different burgers and each one had a ton of onions on it. The food tasted boring, the bread was full of too much sauce. The salad took a lot out of the burger if you just looked at it. .... Sorry, we don't know what was going on.

Brought me the wrong burger, when I reported it the manager told me she would make me a new one and what did I get? Because same burger! I can be kidding myself!! Very bad service, no understanding of your own mistakes!!!

Why are the fries at McDonalds always lukewarm and soggy instead of hot and crispy like every mediocre kebab shop can do? On the positive side, there is practically no plastic waste left, cutlery and containers are made of cardboard and wood, bravo! Praise for the employees, who manage to remain friendly despite their stressful jobs

Unfortunately there is far too little sauce on the Big Mac. The Mc Donalds in Schafisheim does this much better.

I was at the drive last night, the work was very quick and clean, the employees were very friendly and I got my food just as I imagined it. I like going there, just a great restaurant.

You are constantly being sent to the waiting area for a normal order from 1-2 people and there is no one behind you. Then a long wait. Some of the staff can barely speak German...

Either the citizens are cold, they are old or they are missing so they see there is always something in this restaurant and I'm fed up

Ordering was very uncomplicated. The staff was very friendly and brought the food to the table. Unfortunately the floor was very slippery.

The last 3 times we haven't received what was ordered, something was always forgotten about the ingredients. If you pay extra you should also receive what you order...

Very ugly, floppy fries. Unfriendly service!! The burger was cold and very ugly. The price was way too expensive and not worth it!!

Everyone gets a second chance... We were at Mc's on a Saturday 4 weeks ago, placed our order at these machines, waited about 10 minutes (3 burgers & nuggets) and it was ok. The employee was nice. Order was complete. Arrived home (approx. 8 min. drive) Burgers all cold 👎🏻….Today we were back at Mc who had the same process, same order, only this time we “personalized” 2 burgers, i.e. 2 shouldn’t contain cucumber….unfortunately This only worked with a burger. The positive thing is that almost all burgers were warm and nuggets were fresh and warm...at the Big Tasty the bread and patty were unfortunately cold...waiting time was ok and the staff was nice. The floor, however, was very, very sticky.

Was surprised to see a McDonald’s with this high of a rating, so we went to check it out for ourselves. We ordered and by the time we sat down, I’m not exaggerating, our food already arrived to our table. It was also probably the tastiest McDonald’s we’ve ever eaten. 5/5 would recommend.

I'm getting tired of it! Whenever I eat here, there is always a worker who basically forces us to give a drink a good rating, even though it doesn't deserve that rating. We tell him often that we're not interested, but he comes every other minute until we finally give it 5 stars. We can't enjoy our food like this!!!!

My visit to Mc Donalds Reinach was reminiscent of the documentary on German TV from last week. I've been here several times and so far it's mostly been good. I don't want to go into this here (for now). I contacted McDonald's directly.
