The team seems to be very well coordinated and having fun. Fast, efficient and friendly!

Drive: stale cola without ice, no straw when checking the bag! When asked “no more” And last but not least, bic mac lukewarm!!!

First MC Drive I know of really uses the entire window system. Goes quickly even at rush hour!

Ordered 2 Big Mac menus at the drive-in. At home I noticed that both fries were missing. We drove back and complained about this. Since the burgers were already cold, I insisted on 2 new burgers. That wouldn't work because the boss would get angry. We could have eaten the burgers at home and gotten the missing fries later. After the discussion with the boss, we reluctantly had the burgers and fries. Arrived home, the next disappointment. The bread from a burger was simply in the bag and not in the burger. Looked like I was thrown in. Never again Mac Donalds Weinfelden. Very unfriendly and not solution-oriented even though it was their mistake. I wonder why McDonald's doesn't do anything about these unacceptable circumstances.

Worst dive than I have ever experienced! It's really bad... GL should definitely intervene... something like that doesn't work. Various products not included even though paid for and very, very unfriendly and long waiting times!

Lousy, zero customer friendly, food received after complaint, looked like food for “cattle” Complaint due to lack of food. McDonald's employees are king, customers are the rank and file and they should solve problems that employees cause. No appreciation available! Better go get a kebab, save time, money and a lot of nerves.

We wanted to order something at the drive-thru, there was nothing going on, but we still weren't served. So after a long wait, they drove up to the window, were ignored there and were able to watch the employee in charge preferring to sit on their cell phone instead of taking care of the customers. When asked about the situation, she said we have to go to the ordering counter, we can't order here, but we were already there and weren't served there. went home again. I have never experienced such poor customer service and I don't deserve to be supported!

Get rid of system catering and fully automate everything. It would make the difference to not have to feel like a disruptive customer. Came into the building where there were only two customers and decided to go to the checkout on the right to order. Someone sees me from the drive, comes up to me without saying hello and asks if I ordered. I said no and ordered takeout because I wasn't sure about going in or eating it outside. Without any further words after ordering/paying by card, I am given the piece of paper with the order number. I'll wait there at the checkout. The person who came later with the food puts it on the other counter next door and calls me that the order is ready. The system apparently doesn't allow you to take three steps towards a customer and hand the food into their hand. It was never a problem before, before digitalization. It then occurred to me that this is their pick-up counter and the employee insists or has to insist on his system. I then walk to the other counter and feel like someone who is not wanted in the store and is disrupting the system catering process, even though there is nothing going on there. When there is a lot of activity and stress, I still understand things like that. But this is a core problem. I think that can be done better, because not all fast food chains are like what we experienced there. The constant change of personnel is simply inhumane and shows how negatively the world is changing when you add in the reviews. I will limit my purchases there to a minimum. So you can't feel good and enjoy their food with joy.

Unfriendly staff, incompetent, loud pronunciation towards customers when you ask about special Mcflurry, not customer friendly.

Unfortunately it only opens at 10am. Probably for good reason. Pleasant silence.

Like every other mc... Right on the bypass. Food like in every mc too.

Behind the counter there was loud gossip about the appearance of a customer at the checkout! Tables unclean, as well as the toilets. The sauces were forgotten when we ordered. My father just wanted to order a coffee at the counter and was cheekily directed to the ordering stations. We won't come to this branch anymore!

Unfortunately I have to write about the Mac in Weinfelden, the orders are rarely complete, waiting times can be as long as 15 to 20 minutes even though the store is almost empty. The worst Mac in Thurgau

on 01/08/24: three of us go to the branch. Ordered 0.4dl Cola, got 0.33 can... Another person (same group) gets a 0.5dl PET bottle...

Unfortunately, incompetent employees work there, it would be nice if these people were properly trained.

I ordered a bic mag menu after the cashier gave me the wrong one and I complained because some of my money was missing, he said it wasn't a bad thing, shouldn't pretend to be pregnant, I would have liked to have my face polished, but then let it go and after 25 Minutes later, my ordered menu arrived cold on the table. 17 minutes between paying for my order and handing over the food for 2x Chessburger is def. too much. If there are not enough staff (or they are overstaffed) you just have to plan for more people.

Meat was dry and overgrilled, employee didn't want to take the order in person and forces you to use the machines. Why bother having employees there at all.

Mc Drive went on for far too long. We were asked several times what we had ordered again. Then had to wait another 15 minutes. The food then came cold and we were able to leave after about 50 minutes. Not recommended

I think it's cheeky that MC Weinfelden is only open until 00:00. The quality is constantly decreasing

Hygiene once again borderline poor. I have observed several times how food is touched by employees after it has been collected (i.e. with unwashed hands). Today, naively hoping it would be better to order a McChicken, only to discover that there was a (foreign) hair in the burger. Luckily this isn't the case in other branches.

Unfortunately many tables had not been cleaned. When we brought our menus there was no greeting even though I said hello. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm and the fries seemed like they had been warmed up. I feel like the service has dropped a lot. The advertising on the screen about McDonald does not meet the criteria. Please see that things get better again.

The ambience and food are more or less identical in all Mc's. Today I waited over 30 minutes in McDrive and in the end a burger and all the sauces were missing. Is it so difficult to fill bags based on a list? I'll take care of the ordering part for you by ordering everything via the app beforehand, in the hope that at least nothing gets lost when I take the order. Next time I'll probably have to make the long line behind me wait a little longer and check everything... It feels like it's getting worse and worse.

Disappointed, waited a long time even though there was nothing going on, didn't get food because a mistake had happened but then not everything was there. The staff was definitely a lot better. Otherwise I was always very happy.

Unfriendly staff, dirty tables...

Restaurant dirty...there are fries and crushed cucumbers, used napkins, etc. on the floor. Bad...hope the kitchen is clean!!🙈 I reported it (boss) wasn't treated nicely and all I heard was excuses...about sorry or no trace of remorse. Never again!!!

It's a shame... the long tables weren't cleaned - not all of them! Fries, pickles, cash receipts and something indefinable were under the tables. Benches also dirty. It's not too much to ask to clean everything when the customer(s) leave, is it? It takes less than a minute per table! We complained to the boss - unfortunately only excuses and didn't even get an apology. Lost appetite, sorry, never again!

About 30 minutes ago with you. Paid 46.-, misunderstood the menu (that can happen) and then received 10.- back. At home the menu was missing 1 x nuggets and 1 burger bread. When I calculate the take-away menu in the app, I get a total of CHF 26.-, so I still paid CHF 10.- too much. Only, the lady at the counter was very friendly. Experience not good.

Unfortunately nothing here corresponds to the standard! Nuggets are heated again in the deep fryer even though this doesn't meet the standard! The burgers are simply packed into the box somehow and when you open it the whole burger is moved... Even 1 star is too much for this restaurant. Employees have private conversations while I order or don't even really listen!! Never here again!!!

Once again in a short space of time, the waiting time at this McDrive is significantly longer than at other locations (>10 minutes). And again part of the order was forgotten. Again we were only put off with a half-hearted “sorry” from the staff. Underground performance.

I was in the drive-thru and the cashier was totally rude and gossiped about the lady behind us. Not having good knowledge of German had to repeat the things several times, making the whole thing even more difficult.

No toys or ketchup in the Happymeal! My daughter was very disappointed. There was no straw with the drink. I was in Mac Drive. All in all very dissatisfied!

Food ok, staff friendly but unfortunately there hasn't been any ice in the drinks for what feels like a year because the ice machine is "broken". In such hot weather you don't need a warm drink. Pity.

Biggest joke, wait for ONE Mc Flurry at 23.4 minutes. And then the Mc Flurry is even watery. Bottomless operation too. Therefore 1/5 stars

Food is ok. Like everywhere else. But if I order at the machine and then have to wait 15 minutes for it to arrive, then it no longer has anything to do with “fast” food. I go to McDonalds because I have to be quick and not because I'm looking for a culinary experience. And a little cleaning of tables every now and then wouldn't be wrong either...

At this McDonald's it really matters which team is working. But the majority of people are very unfriendly so we pretty much withdrew. We went to this McDonald's every day and now very rarely. Cleanliness is a huge problem here, sometimes there is rubbish on the table for almost two hours and no one feels called upon to remove it. The tables are always dirty. The staff is very unfriendly with very few exceptions. You order a large coffee and get a small one. It's very tedious if you have to complain about something every time you visit. You lose your desire to drink coffee It's a shame the location and the rooms would be great, but they would have to be right first.

It used to be quite pleasant and good, today there are too few and no competent people, cash is no longer wanted, waiting times are endless even without high frequencies, just something to forget

An employee and a manager. The employee was almost unavailable and overwhelmed with work while the manager was on her cell phone making a call. This woman sucks and I waited 30 minutes for chicken nuggets. This snotty place is terrible.

It's probably been 10 years since I went to a McDoni... Well, you can't stand there and order anymore😂 They first had to give the old man a quick briefing on how to get to his BigMäc in 2023... They then had a very pleasant experience decently done 👍🏻

Ordered 2 muffins and 2 drinks in the system. It turned out there was only 1 muffin available. As a replacement we got a piece of cheesecake, for the same price although more expensive. The things tasted good and the drinks were good too.

Despite the shop being full at lunchtime, the order came fairly quickly. Unfortunately the burger 🍔 was only lukewarm. At least the fries had enough salt on them and were otherwise delicious. Some parking spaces, but probably not enough at peak times.

Somehow the waiting times are getting longer and longer. Can this be justified somehow? Not enough staff? In any case, the store and drive-thru may be practically empty and you'll be waiting for a while. Twice something was missing from our order that we only noticed when we got home. Drive in, waited a long time, one portion of the nuggets was missing, but one portion of fries was too many... Instead of Mc Tasty I got a chicken burger. Three out of four orders were wrong... But staff very friendly.

It's really bad what I can experience and see in this McDonald's🙈 We come to this shop every day just to have a coffee. With every order, something is 100% missing, be it no spoonful of coffee, then there are no boletus with the drink, or the wrong drink, the wrong burger, or you get coffee with caramel even though you didn't type it, and so on. The team is only as good as the boss and this boss should be thrown out because this is not a team at all. Everyone looks out for themselves and there are endless arguments until employees run away crying. What's that supposed to mean? Now a really great cleaning lady who has only worked in the mornings for over 10 years is being fired - a great shame. If things don't get better, we'll say goodbye to McDonald's forever and our friends will definitely do the same. It's such a shame such a great location is so poorly managed, it would definitely be a gold mine with the right management.

I'm shocked at how the MC has waned in Weinfelden. The food was cold, everything we touched in the store was sticky, one employee had a little boy running around the entire store and being loud. This is simply no longer Swiss quality. We won't go there anymore.
