McDonald's in Köniz

Very nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room service was very polite. However, my children would have loved to have Lightning Mcqueen beds, as the website says.

Food didn't arrive for an hour Update: I ordered a burger that didn't arrive. After I asked, it still wasn't brought to me.

Shut down MC immediately and pull in a Kenteucky Fried Chiken

A real shame. For our work team, we ordered food online worth almost 100 and then picked it up there on the drive. Got the completely wrong order. Only the drinks were the right ones despite the ice, unfortunately the only thing I checked when I flew over. A huge mistake!! Not the first time that the orders there were very slack, incomplete, poorly prepared, at one point almost deliberately deformed and can no longer even be perceived as burgers!! I then made a phone call and returned the same day to get the money refunded. The employee in charge apologized sincerely, which was the only bright spot. However, I had to wait what felt like 20 minutes, despite the receipt, until every single item with sauces, burgers and drinks were credited again. I will switch to other “Macs” in the future and will not recommend the one in Köniz to anyone. Big disappointment!!

Two floors and quiet. I like the MC Donald s in könitz since It is not full of people. Also It is open until midnight which can be a good solution if you had a looong working day.

The rating applies to one delivery: Order placed at 5:36pm, confirmed by McDonald for 6:49pm and received at 7:20pm. The chicken nuggets had probably been sitting around for a while, they were hard and the breading wasn't crispy. The burgers and fries were somewhere between room temperature and lukewarm. If Systrmgastro takes 90 minutes to reach the customer, I wonder where the error in the process lies. At least the order was complete and there is one star for that.

This place has a rather boring atmosphere also the food is meh which is dissapointing for their rather high prices, honestly this place is only recommendable for the lazy who dont wanna cook at home, which is the only reason i came here. Again the price is too high for the food served but then again it is a swiss mcdonald.

Received a Coca Cola shower on Sunday evening. Our order came very quickly as usual when I'm here, I visit this McDonald's quite a lot. Unfortunately, this time I fell victim to the cola which accidentally released the condition. Everything hit the window, table and bench. Of all things, my new white shoes, jeans on the right side and jacket were hit, which meant that I had to go home after dinner. Well, mishaps happen and she apologized several times. Nevertheless, I would have expected recognition in the form of a voucher or something. We were able to change places. The place was immediately cleaned by the staff for the next customers, quickly and professionally.

Very limited underground parking (very narrow spaces). Food and service like in any Mcdo, RAS. Too bad their toilet cleaner smells so strongly of ammonia...maybe we should consider another brand!? ABE

It's never really been great in this McDonald's, payment terminals destroyed, dirty tables, etc. I could live with that since I usually only order to take away anyway. I affectionately call the shop “the chicken coop.” It’s ok to bring something home, but I would never sit there and eat. The squad often seems to be just decoration because from what it looks like the hut is not cleaned often or probably not at all.

All in all, when you want something to eat, it is fine, but if the question is if there is room for improvement, of course there is.
