McDonald's in Baden

It would be nice if the staff who are cleaning (with dirty rags in their hands) would wash their hands or put on gloves before making my food.

it‘s the second time i and my little one were treated poorly and with negative attitude from the lady with the white uniform and black hair. today we arrived at 10:53 when i checked my phone. the lady was cleaning the tables and floor outside, when my little one was excitedly wanted to run inside, she told us rudely they are not open yet, they open later at 11:30. which i find strange. so i decided to get something small at the bakery to kill some time. when from far i saw how people already went inside i checked the clock and it was just before 11:00. if that’s the manager then she should know and if not learn better how to treat people equally.

Since my review was deleted, I'm reposting it! *food poisoning* On December 30th I ate a cheeseburger - it smelled and tasted strange! After only eating half of it, I almost ended up in the hospital with severe food poisoning. Never again McDonald's!

Unfortunately a burger was forgotten when ordering :( but the pink plastic chair helped cheer my spirit.

Service at the lowest level! We went in with friends to have a snack - we came out as angry as possible. Our friends were cautiously playing with a paper airplane until a woman came along with complaints and in a clearly bad mood, kicked our friend out for being seen with a PAPER PLANE, and called him, and I quote, "a complete idiot." When we asked about the reason for this behavior, we were told "it's not my job to clean up". There were also insults that some of us didn't speak German well (me and some of my friends are from Ukraine and speak German well enough, at least for a constructive dialogue). When they tried to find out the employee's name, nothing happened. It's just outrageous, I don't want to go there anymore. McDonald's should pay attention to the work of its employees!!!!

I went to McDonald's for lunch today and was served very quickly at the checkout. Jehona was very friendly, quick and always had a happy smile on her face. The restaurant was also very clean and my food was served to me within 2 minutes. I have already recommended it to my colleagues.

The send me a coffee and it was only hot milk. I mean how hard is it to just make a coffee.

Typical mc dondalds. Even if there are a lot of visitors on the weekend, you don't have to wait long.

Food is crispy and tasty, but only comes after 20-30 minutes. There were 3 of us there and a portion was always missing... Hygiene is also lacking, where the burgers come out is a mess...

Unfortunately the order was once again incomplete. Today the fries were missing from 3 menus. It's a shame that you have to check your order so that you get everything you paid for.

I actually didn't want to come here again after my first visit, because I was really disappointed the first time I visited this fiale, but a few friends persuaded me to try it here again. Actually well located and not that badly furnished but how stupid can you be not to be able to prepare a simple burger correctly within your working hours, I don't mean just a little moved, no they somehow get the whole thing to fall apart, the salad was even hanging out of the package when I got it, when I opened it the cheese was even half hanging out of the burger, the buns were completely shifted and when I tried to pick it up somehow and distort it, it collapsed completely, I'm absolutely horrified by what I got, by far the worst food I've eaten in a long time

Service is quick. There is a good choice. In warmer times, you have an option to sit outside. This outlet is located below Manor and a little away from the Bahnhof.

Unfortunately the service at 10:30 p.m. wasn't as desired, we had ordered 1 Mcflurry Oreo at 10:45 p.m. and after several requests, it didn't arrive until 11:14 p.m. and even in the wrong size. The employee was completely overwhelmed. A colleague had the same problem and even got the wrong size.

I ate there and it was really tasty. Afterwards I forgot my backpack there and the nice woman took it inside so it wouldn't get stolen👍💖

A good atmosphere to get your lunch or dinner. The only down side is that they don't serve after ordering. You must be alert,when your number shown to the tiny screen,to go and collect your order. Other than that is a great place. Big inside and big enough outside area to sit and enjoy.

Are unfriendly I ordered from Uber eats and they forgot part of the order. That can happen, but if you call and the saleswoman says you have to complain to Uber eats, even though the mistake is theirs and they don't even have the decency to apologize... it doesn't seem necessary.

The McDonalds in the middle of Baden is very pleasant. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Space is a bit limited when there are a lot of people, which is usually Friday and Saturday nights, but otherwise it's pretty good.

Cheeseburger was lukewarm to cold. Fries were also lukewarm and not completely cooked through. Even though the restaurant was empty, the food was poor. I have never had such poor quality anywhere in the world. This was the second time and the last time. Will avoid the chain in the future.

Ladies and Gentlemen! Food is okay Mc :) but as I see I'm not the only one who was in McDonald's on October 15th, 2022 and witnessed how the employees acted... I have to say this theater and screaming (yelling) from superiors was very incorrect and unprofessional. Now I understand why there is a shortage of employees in the restaurant... I know sometimes it can be stressful but then I can take a minute and solve the problem but quietly and not in front of the guests... and especially in front of the children and young people... it's a real shame and sad... In order to form an effective team, you need sufficient motivation, good organization, appropriate division of roles, respectful interaction, honest transparency and a practiced feedback culture. A good team recognizes, appreciates and utilizes the strengths of each individual. Best regards

I came with my girlfriend for lunch in this McDonald's restaurant while visiting Switzerland and the time of our lunch one very rude manager treated her staff really bad by screaming and humiliating her infant of all the customers, very unprofessional and I feel sorry for the young lady who had to put up with this kind of behavior...

I'm often there to get something to take away. Good opening hours, also open until late in the evenings (especially on weekends). The employees were always very friendly and helped with any difficulties with the screen/payment terminal. Especially on weekends there are a lot of people ordering/eating there, but the wait doesn't last very long. (:

When I was ordering at the machine recently, I looked away for a moment and the order was canceled. An employee then scolded me in a very inappropriate tone and said I shouldn't play with the machines. I explained it to her but she didn't understand. Otherwise I haven't really had any bad experiences.
