More care in cleaning is appreciated, perhaps several times a day in the bathrooms. I understand the daily influx of people but it's a duty

The sauces are missing!! Every time!!!!

If I could I would have given 0 stars! On Saturday at 00.30 I stopped at the MC drive and it was already closed even though it was written that it closed at 01.00! So when an employee came in, it was okay to eat and it's normal that after a day of work you're hungry but the fact that she saw me and made an annoyed expression because I was there to order food was not total rudeness! Plus he told his colleague because of his expression and they used it as an excuse because he was eating and he looked ugly. I didn't believe them at all using them towards me "Darling I was eating" darling you tell your sister! Absurd!!! And in the end, even though it wasn't closing time, they didn't serve me!!! X close the restaurant early!! 🤬

I usually do the drive... Well done all the guys, even their friendliness counts when you have to wait, excellent burgers...

Possible that throughout Switzerland the service is fast and that in Ticino I had to wait 15 minutes or more to be served A simple mctasty. Is it possible to have Swiss standards if I pay the Swiss price?

On the last visit the temperature inside was freezing, we had to eat with a jacket, scarf and hat

We went yesterday with the grandchildren!!! We ate well... everything was good.... and the children had fun with the large outdoor slide!! Beautifully bright...large....very welcoming!!! We will be back!!!!

Having used the mc drive, we received poor and incorrect information from the sales clerk. Disproportionate prices compared to Italy despite being an international chain. Poor quality food.

I'm not a big fan of fast food. And the last McDonald's I've been at in Paris and NYC were pretty horrible. This one is good. I'm pretty sure the food is of a higher quality, and you can taste it both in the burgers and nuggets. High five peeps!

Good old McDonald's, no siesta of any kind, always working, always have children's meals. There is always parking.

Pretty good bacon cheeseburger, nice hot fries, very good hot sauce. They brought everything to the table outside quickly and almost at the same time for everyone. Well done!

Sacrificed and with few parking spaces, it is still a fast food restaurant with very fast and friendly service, crunchy food and no unpleasant aftertastes which indicates the use of frequently changed oil. Clean and tidy restaurant room.

I finish my work shift and decide to have dinner. I arrive at MacDrive at 01.00 closing time. There was still a car in line. BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE KINDNESS OF BEING THE LAST CUSTOMER.

Very practical quick restaurant, kind and polite staff, very clean and tidy

Excellent and friendly service as well as fast, Big Mac and double chees assembled well, the only notes were that the sauce on the big Mac was slightly lacking and the sauces on the double were overflowing, but they were still both excellent. Chips of a nice bright yellow and crunchy, the oil was certainly clean and they had been made recently.

I went to the drive-through and when I got home the sauces I paid for were missing... and it's a shame to have to eat without the sauces.

How do you work at McDonalds and don't speak a word of English? Asked for a large, relieved a medium. Prices are incredibly high for a McDonalds. 36 Euros for 2 ppl? Insane. The fries were cold and the shrimp was also cold and soggy.

Yesterday, for the first time in Magliaso I used the App for an Order&Pay order. Since it was new to me, it took me some time until I understood how it worked. I would like to thank Deborah who quickly explained to me how to do it. Excellent service, congratulations!

We often use this McDrive and we must reluctantly point out that very often (over half the time) the food delivered does not correspond to the order. The staff was also very diligent in arranging any freebies, but with two children in the car having to go around twice or having to return to claim is not the best

This evening, at 00.35, we went to the mc drive in Magliaso to get something to eat. Not having a car as we live two kilometers from mc, once we arrive he tells us "I can't serve you food as you're not in the car". This behavior of not serving food because you don't have a car seems very incorrect to me. Disappointed as we left with an empty stomach.

Unfriendly and prices too high in Switzerland

The food is good, the place is pretty clean, kind personnel. Outside there is a parking area, a bit small. Suggested for a quick meal.

I always go to the drive: Very nice, professional and smiling first desk collaborator Collaborator 2. Desk: friendly, fast, professional and smiling. Very hot, tasty, and flavorful sandwich. Drink ok. The fries were very fresh, and hot. The only flaw is that the package wasn't very full. The back part, where a rise forms, should not be seen because it is covered by the chips. In this case it wasn't.

This is how a McDonald should be. Our 4-year-old daughter got a cup with her Happymeal drink and later, when we were finished, the trays were even cleared away for us. We have never experienced such attentive McDonald's employees. Thanks

We happened to be passing through yesterday and again today and used the toilet each time. Yesterday the toilet control plan from the day before yesterday was hanging and the toilet was dirty. Today the plan depended on today's date and was also planned. But there were the same stains on the toilet ring and flush button as yesterday.

For a McDonalds... It's comfortable and everything is functional. The only flaw is the bathroom; it is impossible to reach for disabled people as it is located at - 1 and there is a steep staircase to go down...

Place completely without windows, cleaning is continuous but approximate (the chairs are never disinfected). The service is at MacDonald's level.

Kindness, courtesy and availability

The food is not always satisfying. Sometimes the sandwiches are not always balanced or there is too little seasoning or too much and it becomes uncomfortable to eat. Too bad because the location is on the road close at hand.

Ogni panino che prendi ti arriva praticamente smontato,sembra che li lanciano prima di portarteli e non capisco il motivo. Chiedi il becon e lo dimenticano,chiedi il menù piccolo e ti fanno quello grande,non ci siamo, peccato.

Staff cordiale e ben organizzato, sono sempre stato soddisfatto. Sfortunatamente non posso dare più di 2 stelle riguardo i punti. Ogni volta che arrivo con un buono al drive me lo calcolano ma non mi contano i punti perché fanno già lo scontrino prima di passare l'applicazione. Devo ripeterlo più volte e spesso non serve. Sono andato almeno 5 volte(l'ultima sta sera) a spendere più di 40fr senza prendere punti. Migliorate questo passaggio, magari con un lettore dei codice QR da parte al microfono per le ordinazioni, e da cliente fedele vi lasceró sempre 5 stelle di recezione.
