McDonald's in Lully (FR)

The only reason they have so many stars is because they hired an adorable, super nice young girl who makes sure we have everything before giving us our order and that we check for ourselves which I was able to be served this evening. This is also the only reason I still go there so McDonald's team, please don't fire your kind staff. I don't know its name but it alone raises the level that I have seen so far.

The printing quality of the tickets is too poor to be able to respond to the Mc Do satisfaction survey.... I wanted to point out that the reader to scan the app on the majority of terminals does not work...

20 minutes is not the waiting time but the time to invest to go one burger king further. If you're going the wrong way, the 40 minute drive will be the best investment to make.

We asked an employee if it would be possible to clean our table because it was not done. After that she confirmed and came to spend 3 paws and the other half she left dirty and went to talk with a young lady, probably a friend of hers. I ended up cleaning the table myself.

By far the worst McDonald's in a very large radius. Maybe from all of Switzerland. I have never been there without at least 1 item missing from the order. Tonight, 2 items missing from a not so large order and supposed to be checked before service. I had the audacity to make the remark and the service animals are direct, bordering on insulting, claiming that there are a lot of people... So everything would be better for your business if there were no had no one left? Deplorable. Like since the first day this McDonald's opened.

Worst McD I've ever been to! Took a short break with the team bus. I thought I'd go get some take-away food for 10 minutes. However, I didn't get my food in the "fast food" restaurant on time, even though there was nothing going on.😡 Instead, they dawdled around in the kitchen. Simply bad service.

I rarely go to Lully and yet I live right next door, after ordering at 2:38 p.m. with no wait at the McDrive. We're halfway between Lully-Estavayer and I ask my girlfriend if she checked my order. (In view of the number of times I have had errors in the past.) She tells me no, when I arrive at my house I notice an order error. Usually I don't go back, but now I decide to let my girlfriend eat alone and make the trip again, plus the fries and burgers were cold luckily the coke and Fanta weren't hot 😅. I express my dissatisfaction and my disappointment to your team, of their error and that everything was cold. And above all, it's not the first time. I have a brief apology that I don't feel is sincere. And yet I have a good feeling. I was even told that there were a lot of people. Even though there were no people there. As a commercial gesture I receive a small fries… Maybe I'm unlucky and it only happens to me but it's surprising that it always happens to you... On this I wish you a happy new year 2024

It seems that it opens at 6:00 but I waited with the car and no answer!? So I drove on! This would definitely not be the case at Burgerking! Empty hands and hunger remained time loss for nothing!

The lady at the drive didn't know what she was doing because she typed everything wrong and when I asked for warm water for my baby I was told it wasn't possible. Food not fresh... a complete disaster !!! I'd rather go to Burgerking next time!

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the Mc Donald’s at the service area of Estavayer-le-Lac on highway. The big tasty was overcooked (meat dry) and the seasoning was dubious at best. Avoid if you can.

Ordered a menu plus a snack, sauce, a coffee and a muffin. The order was brought and placed without comment. The sauce and muffin were missing. The sauce was available upon request. When it came to the muffin, we only replied that we didn't have any left. We only received the money back when we asked. It doesn't work at all.

Always the same thing 25 minutes of waiting for 2 hamburgers after ordering at the MC drive!!! Really very very long wait, I don't recommend being in a hurry and stopping here!!!

Fries weren't that good. Didn't taste fresh and was mushy. Hamburger was somehow prepared and half the salad was outside in the paper. Generally very narrow and unfortunately it was also extremely overcrowded.

While biting into my cheeseburger today, I smell a weird taste and I realize that the meat is RAW!! Also, after reporting the problem, two young girls at the checkout were giggling while that doesn't make me laugh at all. Finally, the fries were cold and without ANY salt, I had to ask twice. McDonald's poorly organized, not clean, I advise against it. No professionalism since I didn't even get a refund.

Disaster. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. The fries were underdone and there was no bacon in my Big Tasty Bacon. There was no more French salad dressing. Now I remember why I prefer Burger King.

Good afternoon, dear hamburger consumers. Today around two o'clock I stopped on the Rose de la Broye A1 motorway to have a quick hamburger and I think it was the last hamburger of my life. The cleanliness in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. There is a constant risk of slipping in front of the cash registers because the floor is full of fryer oil. I believe the hamburger I got was made a long time ago and was rejected by another customer because it was a mass of bread and melted cheese, the potatoes without salt. My stomach still hurts, a really disgusting experience.

Worst experience at McDonalds in recent years. Ordered two burgers - got my money back after 45 minutes of waiting and some discussions. The employees are completely overwhelmed - no one seems to coordinate operations when things get busy. The fact that there can be a slightly longer waiting time at a motorway service station: ok. But not 45 minutes for nothing.

Deplorable waiting 35 minutes to finally be served we start to eat and the security comes by to tell us that they are going to close the center. Honestly, go elsewhere and avoid this McDonald’s.

I find it a shame to have the chef or manager who speaks in strong Turkish or Kosovar Albanian in front of the cash registers to speak loudly or explain to the employee, being in sales I find that in front of customers we speak French, that's what my boss I always say... otherwise the employees are very nice and pleasant, the chef is not very pleasant and smiling, too bad

My opinion only concerns the Drive: it's completely unbearable that something is SYSTEMATICALLY missing from the order... especially when you travel miles and realize it once you arrive home (with the disappointment children of course). On the other hand, the responsiveness of the team is always poor: in the event of a rush with a line of 20 cars, it would not occur to them to bring out an employee to take orders in advance... These incomplete or "stuffed" orders at the bottom of the bag (returned burgers, etc.) are commonplace in this establishment, which is completely unacceptable given the price (yes, McDonald's is quite expensive). After an hour of waiting, the Fast Food team told me that they could not find me and they threw away my order and, (after waiting 1 hour I called it back for a “Fast” food) I was told that the restaurant is going to close and I am chased away before finishing my meal… hateful!

Truly the worst McDonald's experience. And unfortunately I go there from time to time because of the route I take. The waiting time is still impossible. The service is 0 with a manager who is fed up and shows it but she gives 3 more nougets to apologize 🤣 Chair times it's horrible and I really don't like going there.

I was at Take Away and ordered a Big Mac menu. As there were 15 minutes left before closing, I realized too late that my drink had been forgotten. That's why I couldn't go back and say it.

Ordering at the machine, ok, you get used to it, but it's no faster than at the checkout. Ordered 2 McFlury, wait about 10 minutes. The additions were simply on top and not mixed into the ice cream. There's a lot of potential there.

Worst MC I've ever seen. Half of 10 screens don't work. Complete chaos in the kitchen. Receipt not possible. Can only be used as a bad example. Forgot the bigmac, straws, spoons and napkins at the Drive, very long waiting time + the waiting time to claim the forgotten items. In total 45min. Promising renovation, yet big disappointment. Edit: 3 years later it's the same mess. The only Drive where you have to get out of your car to ask for what's missing.

Shockingly negative experience. There was a mix-up between fries (not ordered but delivered) and french fries (ordered). After my complaint, the boss came and took the fries away without providing a replacement. This is not possible under any circumstances!

Poor quality service. In fact, this evening I went to this McDonald's having made an order&Pay. I went to the counter to collect my order, indicating that I had selected McDrive to receive my burger. Edit 07.25.2023: we ordered via app order, after a problem with twint we went there. Under stress, a young woman informed us perfectly and with a smile, thank you! During our wait, we observed that it is thanks to her that the store runs, she is the one who responds and solves all people's problems, the only one who speaks several languages, well done! @McDo, if you haven't done so yet, offer her a manager position, she seems made to have responsibilities and run a store effectively and efficiently!!!

I tested the McDrive. My order was missing 2 sauces. I can't explain to you the joy of eating fries without ketchup. And reading the comments of other customers, oversights in orders are common. I strongly advise against this McDonald's.

Such a poor service and arrogant staff. Watched my take away of one mc chicken menu, one cheeseburger, one chicken nuggets and one chicken wings crawl into a take away bag in 20 minutes. And realised 10 minutes later in the car that the cheeseburger isn't even in the bag!! I was so wound up in the end that I didn't check the bag. My bad! Never going there again. I hope the crowds will be strong this evening but that is expected by the team managers. Ordered there and ate there exactly 25 minutes to receive an order and one item was missing. My burger only had a square of salad, and I'm not kidding... just one square, one centimeter in diameter! The burger meat was dry, I don’t know how long it had been in the oven but I’ve never seen a steak like that, I thought it was plastic…. According to the comments of my table neighbors, things were missing every time…. Never seen that. I dare to hope that it’s not every day the same… 4 days before when I visited the queue at the drive-thru was substantial…. There is a glaring management problem. Do not accept table service if you cannot manage it and keep the staff for cashier service and cleaning for as long as possible….

I ordered a Homestyle Crispy Chicken Honey Mustard and a Latte Macchiato to go today. Something went wrong, I had to vomit everything and had a terrible stomach ache all evening. Otherwise I didn't eat anything else and only drank water. There was something wrong with the food or milk.

My husband and I ate there once and it was the last time, the staff was not friendly, we waited more than 30 minutes for our order and when it arrived a burger was missing, we had to get up several times to ask for our burger which they hadn't even started to prepare. I would like to point out that there were no people at all in the dining room and the same at the drive-thru.
