Best McDonald's of my life. The restaurant was busy and the order arrived quickly. Even with that, the waiter apologized for the wait! I haven't had fries this hot at McDonald's in a long time and the burger was very good. As someone who is used to the one in Yverdon, I was pleasantly surprised! I recommend it for all your after-parties 😂😂😂

I'll happily tell you more and take the opportunity to lower your rating to 1 star. I live in Moléson, so you are the closest Mc Do to me, about 12 minutes by car. The times I go to the Drive to eat at home, I order “special” burgers each time so that they are made to order and not burgers that wait for the customer in your racks. This allows me to eat at least lukewarm when I get home. Today, I order a Big Tasty menu, without tomatoes and a box of 6 chicken. Arriving home, I noticed that the Big Tasty had been taken from the rack because it contained the 2 tomatoes, despite the sticker stipulated on the packaging. So I'm going back to your establishment to ask to redo the order. A manager (a tall blond guy with blue eyes) hands me the bag and tells me it's good and then I notice that he forgot the sauce for the nuggets. 3-4 weeks ago, I had a cheesburger without a pickle, it had the pickle in it, I went to have it corrected and there, one of your colleagues handed me a new cheese and said to me, this time it's sure, it's There’s no pickle! But there was no cheese either... So, even when I come to have a mistake corrected, you make a mistake again on the correction. At this point, there's not much we can do for you. Besides, if you are really open to improving, I suggest you do a simple test with a specific burger (I won't tell you which one so that you can't inform your teams) and you will be able to see the nonchalance with which some of your products are made.

The 2 times I order at the drive-thru, both times the order is completely wrong! They tangle their brushes so much that it takes a plumb to correct the mistakes! Really a great lack of professionalism.

Everything was perfect, they brought us the food very quickly, they have good service.

After several years I would like to inform you that the Macdonald's in the Treme Tower is impeccable, barely more expensive, but it is in no way a steal. It's always hot, well served in quantity, always correct and constant, I'm never made to wait in a nearby place while 3-4 cars are being served, I think everyone understands I would therefore like to thank the entire team who works there, they make the difference :;))

Every time we come to the drive there are items missing!!! Two times out of three something is missing, we have to get out of the car to ask at the window. The extra lady who doesn't believe us who takes back all our cone! And to end our evening, we arrive home and two more products are missing! A box of Shrimps and a product from the Happy Meal! Really a joke!!!! I still called and said we could have them next time. No next time for us unfortunately Never again will we come here! They are much more competent in Bulle!!!

30 minutes (to be taken literally) for an incomplete order. Rude staff, no word of apology, not even a “sorry for the wait”. After reporting that the order was incomplete, the staff brought burgers instead of missing cheeseburgers. The repetition of mistakes is annoying, but the attitude of the staff who did not apologize even once is astonishing and sad.

Good interior space, possibility of sufficient parking. Friendly employees and ordering via the app from the table, with top delivery.

So very nice place, it was good, the employees were very smiling (even a little too much, it was almost abnormal 😅) but really disappointed at the end, like we haven't even finished eating and we're already being asked if we're finished like there's still food on the table, no need to ask 🙄 and after, not even 2-3 minutes after we've finished, a man with his weird smile makes us leave directly... really, let people finish properly, it's embarrassing, and we felt like old socks who were just there to give you money

Too bad it's not possible to give 0 stars. They forget a burger when ordering, we call them and they tell us that next time they will give us the burger + a dessert as an apology. We go back: they give a 2 chf mini cheese burger instead of the one for 15 chf and to top it off: they once again forgot a burger in the order. We tried one last time to order today: They forgot the cold tea. Wouldn't they make fun of us?? Out of 3 orders, 3x items were missing. You have stolen more than 30 chf from us now, what do we do? Judiciary process ? In any case, please add these two qualities to your staff recruitment criteria: 1) Know how to count to five. 2) Know how to read. Unacceptable, we call this theft.

All the time problems and not pleasant staff

I was disgusted with McDonald's. But everything was perfect there. They helped me program my menu, they came 3 times to ask me if everything was going well, the staff were really great. Plus it's the first time I've eaten a good burger like I ate them in the USA. I'm happy to find this address

It's a disaster, ordering is only possible at the computer terminal. When paying in cash, payment must be made first before the menu is even prepared. Cash register hardly visible. One star for the very friendly staff! Zero stars for the management, which banishes crafts and only relies on computers at the front. Once and never again

I drive 35 minutes just to get a Mc Flury, I arrive at 11:49 p.m. and I am told that the machine has already been stopped. If the opening hours displayed are not correct, they must be changed everywhere and notified! 😡😡😡

Every thing is good and tasty . Helpfull staff. Small playground for kids. And if you sit outside for dine in. You can see bueutyfull view on other side the road.

At the Mc Donald's in Tour de Treme in Switzerland the quantity of flies makes it impossible to sit down. If I would say that we had 30 flies around us that wouldn't be an exaggeration. My other customers around us had the same problem. We had to take everything and finish eating in the car, it was unbearable, especially in a restaurant!

McDonald's in Switzerland... incredible! Arrived at 12:30 p.m., restaurant almost empty and very, very clean, no wait. We returned there in the evening around 10 p.m., still no one, very fast food and very smiling waiters! (I even found the fries to be better than in other McDonald's xD)

For the second time in two weeks the big Tasty is missing from my order. This is maybe the tenth time I've gone to the drive-thru and almost every time it's cold or something is missing. Missing the Happy Meal toy or the apple juice is one thing, but missing the burger is a shame. I had been well warned of the mediocrity of this establishment and I should have listened to it. Terrible service, this is the last time we come there and I wouldn't mind not recommending it.

Visit on April 27, 2022 late in the evening, I order a Big Tasty Bacon menu as well as a Big Mac, and unfortunately for me, I do this at the Mc Drive... Back home, I notice that my Big Tasty is almost vegetarian, since there is only bacon but not ground steak. Not wanting to leave home, I decide to take one of the steaks from the Big Mac to garnish the other Burger. But unfortunately, again, the burger is cold... not lukewarm, really cold. The tomatoes come out of the fridge and the cheese...how can I put it...really not great. On the other hand, if I can give you some advice on the Big Mac, it's not for nothing that there are two slices of meat in it, don't try it with one, I did it, and don't recommend it . This morning, as I don't necessarily want to give a bad rating on Google, I decide to call the restaurant, the person I speak with tells me that the manager is on vacation but that she will give me someone other. I waited on the phone for 7 minutes, then hung up because I think I was like the ground steak from my burger last night....forgotten. Finally, I hope for the manager of this restaurant that this case is isolated and that it does not always happen like this during his vacations, otherwise, the poor man, he must not really take advantage of his vacations... Following my message, the restaurant manager contacted me and we were able to explain. I went back to eat there, on site, with my family. As he had not promised, he offered me the order that had caused problems the previous time as well as another menu for my son. He was not at the restaurant but had left a message for his team who found it easily, despite the fact that I returned almost a month later. A product ordered and paid for is still missing. Make them wait at the window further away so as not to be penalized for waiting. But super long.

A bit of a funny scene live! The other day we had a craving for 2 mc fleury at the end of the evening and I wanted an apple turnover which was very bad for me because the turnovers were almost cold but dry too bad.... and this evening want a McDonald's I take my order wait and a person in front of us their order arrives, and then I see the one who was behind the cash register come with an apple turnover until nothing abnormal. Until the moment Madame removes the famous time label which has been heated with of course these dates which it seems to me must be on it until the customer there and low not seen that she has removed. I find it strange that mine had nothing in my opinion, it's not the first time... do you have any explanations 🤔

Ordered a McMuffin with bacon. After I started eating I noticed there was no bacon inside. Most disappointing. Expect more from McD and Swiss Quality.

Service was a little slow and they also did not complete the order accurately. My favourite cocktail sauce was missing. 🙁 And my boyfriend's burger was not well presented as the veggies were "spilling" out. 🥲😜

having taken a Filet-O-Fish, I expected a result as delicious and tempting as the photo, but disappointed with the result, fake slice of cheese therefore smaller than the palm of my hand and sticky as ever and yet not runny , almost inedible fish and bread so soft that it looks like it's empty. Thanks for ruining my evening. (Or, it’s “Exception VS Reality”). Please improve the assembly of your Hamburgers instead of leaving them in poor condition! Oh and, I chose sweet and sour sauce and not hot devil

I go there occasionally and the food is often cold... I have also had errors in my order several times. The fries this time were super salty and the cheese royal dressed haphazardly. In addition, the drink ordered was not the right one.
