Fast food restaurant near the station, open until late in the evening

Where to start.... First, our order was canceled twice while the Staff was making burgers for their employees. Then during the tasting, we realized that the nuggets were not cooked and then we realized with amazement that the fries were not cooked. And then, to top it all off, this bunch of scoundrels even forgot the bottom half of our burger!!!!!! (See below) Next time go to KFC. Address to escape!

As always when I get takeout or order on Uber eat, something is missing. Tonight it's the 8 big tasty sauces. And impossible to reach them by phone. A shame !!!

Sava everything is correct except for the toilets which have tags and which are dirty

It's not like in Turkey, everything is completed on the screen, you give your number to the cashier and when your order is completed, it brings it to your table.

Well located restaurant, too bad the waiter didn't exchange my poorly cooked Burger for me.

Very limited choice, extremely high price (I guess that's normal since I came as a tourist). For the good points, I found that the quantity of fries was not negligible and the double big tasty was really good. Waiting time was okay.

Very good place to eat like all the McDonald's in the world, you have to choose in Spanish where you can choose the menu you like the most and pay with card or cash. You can enter a number to have it delivered to your table or wait for your order.

Good sandwich, higher prices than other places in the world but as is logical, we are in Switzerland. Kind then clean. Good food, good quality meat

We ordered 3 full takeout menus. When we arrived at the accommodation we saw that they had not included the potatoes that we had paid for and for a fairly high price.

The only McDonald’s restaurant in Geneva! Almost the same as anywhere else! The price is more expensive than other countries because it is Switzerland.

This McDonald's is disgusting, the burgers are crushed and the fries are served cold. Most often the places stink of vomit mixed with sweat, disgusting hygiene, I can't stand this stinking and disgusting smell, review your hygiene!! 😷

Not much choice, the burgers are a mess in the box it's limited if we don't have to assemble it ourselves. I took a big tasty one, they put it with some chicken mc bread and in the burger there are only onions and cut very thick, in short, unpleasant experiences expensive for products that are more than not good.😡

Good food, and nice to see some offerings in Geneva which are not available in the UK. Very expensive though - almost double the price of a UK equivalent order. However, this is Geneva after all!

The McDonald's I have eaten at most in my life, and perhaps the only branch, is not out of love for the restaurant, but because it is economical

Just another McDonalds, but with the tremendously expensive prices of Switzerland. If you are a backpacker and don't want to spend more, it is more profitable to eat from the supermarket.

It’s dirty, there are pigeons climbing on the tables on the street, zero service, the workers raise their voices at people, throw orders on the table, serve slowly, don’t give numbers.

Everything is normal like in other MCs but the M Raclette is simply great and you have to try it, something completely different than in other countries

Fast food as usual . Nice people. We arrived 10 minutes before closing, they allow us to order but ask us to eat outside, no big deal. Nice !

For people who pay by card in euros you will have exchange commissions of up to 2 euros for a coffee of 3.3 francs. So a 3.3 euro coffee will be charged 5.3 euro Lol. A simple example

This cannot be called food. Review customer requests a little. But we know that you have no respect for your customers. Only money matters.

I ordered a Swiss limited edition bag. The beef tastes good and the bag is good, but the price is much more expensive than in Hong Kong.

Hello deplorable Mc do in Geneva. I tasted before drinking a coffee, two mc raclette and I received an ice cream in the rue de Cornavin. A big man in a black McDonald's t-shirt who wasn't eating came to make us leave the table because of the McDonald's ice cream. This is not our policy, get out, you have nothing to do there while I came to drink a double express afterwards. He spoke dishonestly and I felt he was racist towards my client and towards me. Dishonest and if he doesn't feel good about himself, it's serious. I go to McDonald's twice a week, mainly to have a coffee at the station or something. I will not return again because I am disgusted by such insulting behavior! A word to the wise This guy deserves to be hungry, not to have a job, and to learn politeness and decorum. Have a good weekend at the Geneva Lake Parade as there is also an event at the moment! And too bad Mcdo! FNAC

Good food but very pricey, it didn't do anything special from the others.

It's just a McDonald's fast food restaurant, not too well located. Otherwise, we know what we're eating, and we're not disappointed.

Personally it's my favorite Macdonald restaurant, with a very nice terrace with lots of passageways to see people.

The toilet seat was a forgettable experience. Virtually tasteless. They did put extra cum on my mc crispy tho.

I am disappointed. Yesterday I ordered one mcflurry and sprite( 0.25L ). sprite was normal but mcflurry was disgusting. flavor of mcflurry was like iron. I mentioned this to the waitress, but she stood stone-faced and stared at me. then she decided to just take my mcflurry and make a new one. however, nothing has changed. I put 1 star. please change the ice cream machine.

Regular lack of products and or non-compliance with the instructions linked to the order, but the staff recognizes the error quite easily and corrects it, often with compensation.

Good evening, I went to the Macdonald’s de la Gare and I had a few surprises… Firstly, upon opening the box of my “Hamburger”, I noticed that my bun was not a normal color. I had the impression that it was undercooked and it was soaked with water. Second, the fries were not up to date. I'm not demanding but I still expect crunchy fries. Third, the music in the restaurant was appreciable, which is why I give it 1 star. I hope that for my next visit, the restaurant will take my opinion into account. Sincerely, HAS.

Far too many errors observed or missing products (I wanted macarons but they had just come out of the freezer... So I accepted a sweet donuts instead but a little disappointed not to have been able to taste the butter caramel macaron dirty). Among neighboring customers or concerning my friend, there were errors in the sauces served... For example a barbecue sauce instead of a tartar sauce...

The Big Mac was seriously lacking in sauce... a teaspoon of sauce is not enough! We can save money in other ways.

Team members are the DIGNITY of a BRAND… BUT We were exploring the stunning Switzerland for six days covering most of the breath-taking place as two families including three kids. Unfortunately, 11th April was our last day in Switzerland and were getting ready to leave from Geneva to France on that evening and were looking for the dining option around the train station before we leave. And we have visited McDonalds, Five Guys to check the best option for kids as they were quite hungry by that time. After we all bought our food from different place and then we found a spacious sitting area next to McDonalds and plan was to buy kids meal and ice cream from them after having the food we bought. We seated comfortably and feeding little once, but we were not aware that seating area is belongs to the MacDonalds due to no signage was in place. There were other guests having their own food which is not McDonalds next to us at the same time. It was almost halfway having the meal and suddenly one lady walked towards to us asked immediately to move out from the place saying this is belongs to MacDonalds and not allowed to bring food from outside. Then only we realized this was belongs to them and we have replied saying that we are almost done but will leave once kids finish their meal even mentioned that we must buy ice cream and kids’ meal to take away to our long trip. She was very rude and keep on targeting us even there were other people who are having their own meal from outside sitting next to us. Then she went inside to call her manager by screaming us even in front of the little kids. The Mangers was walked in shouting us in a very rude way and trying to kick us out immediately. We have explained the same once again to her, but she was kept on attacking us even instructing her team not let us to buy any food from MacDonalds. I am attaching the conversation recorded for your review as it was very much shocking for us with regards to their hospitality. There was no hospitality in both of their blood and that is critically damaging the brand name of MacDonald which we are loyal dinners of your brand. Unfortunately, both of their attack were targeting us who are with Asian skin but not any others having their meals around us. We feel so embarrassed Infront of the people around specially with kids with a strong feeling with a clear discrimination extended during the situation. We both gents working for hospitality industry and we have never faced such incidents in our life and people around us were even talk to us about their disappointment of the behaviour of them who not letting our little kids and us to not finish our meal. So, we have walked out without having our meals we bought. We strongly request you to investigate this as we have strong evidence in hand and will be publish if required. Therefore, please done let your own staff to damage the brand name with such behaviour. Looking forward to here from your team.
