McDonald’s in Genève

The staff refuses to open the large room, people are forced to sit in groups at the same tables and stick together even though there is room downstairs... Incomprehensible, we could tell that all the customers were annoyed by this

Whether it's the ordering or the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything was perfect. It's nice to see a fast food restaurant like this. Coming from France we were really delighted. Best wishes

unacceptable..where are the managers? We come every Saturday, there's chatter the hamburgers are getting cold and to top it off AGAIN today the salad sauce is missing, I warn the waitress who sneers in my face saying well yeah there's no sauce...Not a Saturday where we don't have a problem

I am at MC do in Switzerland and the surprise is the best in France but why his crazy MC Chamnord had disgusted me but in Switzerland I am surprised.

It was Sunday evening and everything was closed except for this Mac Donald’s, otherwise it would not be my choice of dinner. We spent over 20 franks per person for simple burger meals and drinks and this was my worst Mc Donald’s experience Ever. Meats were burnt and dry, fries was cold, they charge extra for ketchup (very small amount but still a nuisance), they gave 1 singe napkin per person. They closed extra dining space, only 5-6 table were available for sitting and there was a line of people waiting to sit down. Very disappointing to see such poorly run establishment.

On the order totem, take a numbered plaque and record the number on the totem. Place your order and head to a table in the basement with your sign. The restaurant staff will bring your order to the table you are at ;)

Good McDonald's restaurant. It is somewhat hidden, since it is accessed from the shopping gallery. It has two floors, so it is not very difficult to find a place to sit, although when they go to clean they close a good part of the lower floor. It also has ordering machines and delivery to the table service.

I go to this restaurant regularly. But today I had the BEST Big Tasty of my life! Unfortunately I regret not having made an unboxing video because I was too hungry. It was perfect like in the ads. Well done to whoever prepared it 👏🏻

The quality of the products used compared to the Italian one is significantly superior, in addition to the wider choice. Here everything seems 'plasticky': here, however, the sandwich was well stuffed, the meat was excellent and the ice cream was full of toppings.

I recently had a very concerning experience at McDonald's. After eating nuggets, I got severe food poisoning which landed me in the hospital. This is an unacceptable situation. I contacted McDonald's to report my problem, but unfortunately they have not responded in over a month. It's clear they don't take hygiene seriously, as confirmed by other previous reviews. I am sharing this experience to alert others and hope that McDonald's will finally take action to remedy this situation.

Prices are extremely high for really small burgers. The restaurant is quite dirty: sticky tables and floor, crumbs everywhere. It was quite unpleasant to eat in the filth. In summer the interior of the McDonald's is hell, the air conditioning is only felt in the large room (and even if you are stuck to the air conditioning).

Very nice Macdonald restaurant, but be careful if you are French, the prices are high in Geneva. Indeed, a maxi best of menu at 17.50 CHE is very high. Almost €19

Hello, passing through Geneva on Thursday August 3, 2023 with a couple of friends we decided to have a McDonald’s My friends and I both had fried chicken nuggets the only one we ate together during the stay the next day at the same time we didn't feel well! Result: my friend in the emergency room because of food poisoning! (if you need proof, no worries) Me with two fingers go to the emergency! Consequence: vomiting, dizziness, dehydration, bed rest for 2 days!

Neither hello nor goodbye... the hostess just looked at me with disdain when I went to collect my order... nice welcome!

My daughter wanted to buy a mcchicken which normally costs 14 francs. She had 50 euros and 21 euros were stolen from her. Be careful going there and count your money at the end. We will never go there again!

We payed for our dinner and at first time the person that works there told us this is not happened.we couldn't have the payment You should show the card and pay it again and we did it. So they took money from our card 2 times and we mailed the branch. They have never mailed us!!!!! We are waiting for the refund.

McDonald's was the only restaurant (besides Starbucks) that was open on Christmas Day in Dec. 2022. Ordered the usual Big Mac and fries, and my wife also ordered a hamburger sandwich and fries and drink. They have a downstairs seating area that was partially closed off. Bathrooms were accessible. The employee didn't look happy to work on Christmas Day (understandable).

Food poisoning, vomit all evening because of your big tasty, be more vigilant.

Excellent, went there on a Friday evening with my son, very warm welcome at the checkout, fast table service, the cleaning of the tables was done discreetly without inconvenience during our dinner and all this with all the staff smiling and welcoming.

Fast service but very little choice of sandwiches on the menu. Courage to the teams who have to go up and down the stairs each time to bring orders.

One of the best restaurants (McDonald's) to go to. It is calm and not as populated when compared to Rive. It's a bit off path and that is why it's less crowded. Not sure why they have half of the downstairs seat closed but hopefully they reopen them soon.

Very beautiful place, I have never seen such a classy McDonald’s! The prices are expensive but hey that’s how it is everywhere in Geneva… Disappointed not to have seen a student menu or a simple euro deal (hamburger) for €1… And also a little disgusted to have to pay 15 CHF for a BicMac menu

The toilets are filthy. A real scandal in addition to the prices which are close to the most respectable restaurants in Geneva.

It's a great place prices are same anywhere you go in Switzerland 10 francs get a cola and a big mac is enough for me. There are many beggars in Genève and Lausanne, there's laws against it but i see less people are following or reporting it. Overall the restaurant was good.

Small restaurant on several levels, not very suitable for people who have difficulty moving or for strollers. You have to climb a staircase to access the crates.

When I ask the cashier to put my take-out order in a bag, she replies arrogantly, "In this case, it's your fault. I tell her she's right but she balks put my menu in the bag. Very welcoming!!

Did not like it at all and I am a macdonalds expert because I have been trought mac's all over Europe and this one is the worst because I order 2 medium menus I had the right to the coups and the didn't give me any and pretended like they didn't know anything about that all, and the menu was really poor not that many choices

No network in the basement, remember to connect the WiFi BEFORE going downstairs, nothing to say other than that, impeccable staff.

It was an ok experience. Our order took around 20 minutes to arrive despite the place not being so busy and us ordering something common like a Big Mac and cheeseburger. Fries were soggy when they got to us and had barely any salt on them at all. I would rather go to any other McDonald’s location as I felt that this one was quite the let down. Toilet facilities weren’t that clean either and weren’t pleasant to use.

5 minutes after placing the order I finally received my Big Mac. After having started it well I said to myself, where have the pickles gone and I call out to a manager asking him if he would not have served me one on request without pickles.
