Same thing every time, eat cold, fries old, milkshake tastes like nothing, ice cream etc., hardly any sauce even though you pay extra for it!! Will never change, except the prices become more expensive, zero quality for expensive money!! Worst McDonald's!!

There was an employee at the drive, the order was taken at 8:11 p.m., January 26, 2024! Very friendly and personable. Despite many customers, remained calm and helpful! The employee demonstrated excellent service quality and created a positive atmosphere!

Very good entertainment program by the nice employees who have been there for what feels like 100 years. I'm always happy to get yelled at by her in MC Drive.

We regularly mix up positions and always forget the same things like adding ice to the drink and adding sauces...

Yes, the fries used to be really good. Lukewarm food, slow thirds and a disappointing burger. That was the last time MacDonalds.

Everything is better than in Sissach, delivery is made correctly, everyone is friendlier and speaks better German.

The mini strawberry donut was harder than a stone, the fries were very dry, you couldn't eat them without sauce. Otherwise everything we ate was good.

Not really great, when we were there there was complete chaos, the employees were overwhelmed and the orders weren't processed properly. Everyone was stressed and irritable and you didn't feel comfortable as a guest.

My son (6 1/2) liked it; especially the two play areas

This Mc branch is an absolute disaster. As soon as you order more than two things, you have to assume that something is missing or that you even get something that you didn't order at all. If you then complain because you don't get the things you paid for, the employees will yell at you in the worst possible way. At one point, a certain Asian employee almost became violent just because we insisted on getting what we paid for. Luckily, the relevant employee came and packed the things for us and brought us the missing products and explicitly mentioned to the Asian woman that she had forgotten to pack them. There was still no apology from the Asian woman. She became even angrier because it then became obvious that the fault wasn't ours. It can happen that you forget something, but then you yell at the customer who can least do something about it???? NO GO!!!!! The only thing that beats the terrible hygiene and quality issues in this branch is definitely the rudeness of the employees! Now I prefer to take a longer drive to Pratteln if I want to go to Mc. At least you get what you paid for and you are taken seriously and valued as a customer!

Great childhood memories, unfortunately the food is very unhealthy. As a tip for MCs, I would recommend switching to hot air fryer fries, for example. Meat quality is also a disaster, but every child knows this. Nevertheless, thank you for the good memories and the 3 kg excess weight.

I visit the McDonald's in Füllinsdorf regularly and I have to say that I am always impressed by the excellent customer service quality! I would particularly like to highlight the excellent employee Kevin, who is a true superstar. Not only is Kevin a friendly and attentive employee, but he always goes the extra mile to ensure customers are completely satisfied. He has a great eye for detail and always makes sure orders are correct and complete. Only the floor could be cleaned better😉

This one employee is called Yeng and she is very cheeky and very unfriendly to the customers. You ask her what she just runs away or you ask for a straw and she just says no, you have to get it yourself, there are no straws for eating here, although everyone always gives them, it is difficult for children to drink from such a large cup. As I said, this woman shouldn't work with customers, fewer people come through such employees. When we wanted to leave and my sister wanted to take out the trash. She came and wanted to take her into a room, yelled at my colleague and wanted to cause stress. This is not possible, this will have consequences. This has already been reported to the shift leader. This wasn't the first time she's been so unfriendly.

(Mc Drive) takes the fat guy out of MC Drive, is unfriendly and her voice on the loudspeaker can be heard all the way to Liestal train station. Removing the plastic straw and now also the plastic cover of the cups is a disgrace, the drink has flown off me three times because of the cardboard lid and the whole car has been messed up...! No more McDonald's...! All prices were raised and everything was converted to unusable cardboard.

Nothing personal with mc Füllinsdorf everything is going wonderfully. The big mac menu is reduced again to 11 francs, what happened that made it possible?? we still have inflation! Wrong drink, missing food, unfriendly service

Ordered a BigMac and some other items including the wonderful Apple Pies. The BigMac looked very odd because the burger was extremely thin, the bread was very soggy because, I guess, it was left for sometime and not freshly made. The salad was also not fresh and crisp. A couple of the staff should have extra hygiene training. None of them wore protective gloves ! One kept rubbing her hands through her hair and adjusting her clothing. There was a strong smell of cooking oil wafting from the kitchen into the restaurant which was on my clothes when I left !! No extractor fans noticeable !! Not the best McDonald Mac I've eaten. However, the staff were very friendly. Sadly, the restaurant is quite poor compared with the old McD at Liestal Bahnhof.

If you want to eat in a restaurant, headphones should not be missing. The service employees talk very loudly.

Oh well we know that in any McDonald's you eat the same way only if you change country you will find different hamburger specialties made with famous recipes. For example, in Switzerland you find Mcraclette in another country you find hamburgers combined with recipes from that country. Then the rest is the same in all McDonald's.

Recently ordered Fanburger with chicken and it even said chicken on the sticker on the packaging. But the burger was made with beef. Things like this happen far too often with you - it felt like 100 times that the order was sent out incorrectly. I would understand it sometimes if you were extremely stressed, but you often had almost no customers in these moments.

You have to constantly check your order after it has been handed in by the MC staff. Since one or more items are usually not included in the order when taking away.

Regrettably a dingy McDonald's. Tables and seating only roughly wiped down, disinfectant dispenser empty, toilet, well... We waited a long time, even though there were only 5 to 6 guests there. Next time I'd rather go to the Fressbalken in Pratteln

Typical McDonalds with McDrive. It also has parking spaces, but not that many. The food is typical as always. The restaurant has quite a lot of seating and was very clean and tidy when we were there. The food was brought to the place quickly even though it was quite busy. The staff also cleared the table!

Dear McDonald's branch, Yesterday at 3:00 a.m. I was at Mc Donalds Füllinsdorf and I have never in my life (19 years old) received such friendly service as from Mr. Jonathan. Served me kindly with a lot of patience and compassion. So at the end of the day I was able to enjoy my 4 cheeseburgers with joy and hunger. Cheers to Jonathan! Drive-in disaster, something is always missing or you get the wrong thing, fries usually taste old. Very unfortunate.

Since this year, really bad fries, ugly, cold, cold, orders wrong several times. No longer recommended as before... a shame. Today, August 25th, 22, I passed by again and forgot about Sosen. I often pay there for things that I don't get. Now 1 star... I highly recommend stopping directly in the drive-in and checking everything at your leisure.

6 cheeseburgers ordered long wait, tasted like they had been on the shelf for four days and the meat was forgotten in 2 of them! Conclusion: the prices are going up enormously and the quality is decreasing, unfortunately it's no longer a shame as it used to be!

I have never received such incompetent service. There's a part missing. And the children's toys are simply left out instead of being replaced. The whole place was dingy and dirty. I'm a little shocked. Tables are not cleaned, neither are the walls. The trash can is emptied late, but everything else stays put. The food wasn't completely cold. The boss puts her head on the counter and sniffs (overwhelmed). I've never seen anything like this before

Always check the order, especially with Mac Drive. Very often some items ordered are missing. Otherwise it's OK.

Very cheeky and fraudulent!! I didn't receive 2 products and complained. Anyway it was a Mc Chicken and fries that I didn't get at the Mc Drive; I returned the Qitung and pointed out that I had not received these 2 products. Then it was said that they had given it to me and were discussing why they had given it to me, and that can't be the case since they never gave it to me!! And this wasn't true at all that they gave it to me..!! Then I wanted to see on the video whether it was actually the case. But they denied everything and didn't want to show me the recordings to see if it was actually true. And all this after 10 minutes of discussion…!! Afterwards I was too stupid to discuss it with the employees. Then I went... So as a regular customer at Mc Donalds, this is a huge disgrace!!!!!

It's been a long time in the Mc. I can ignore the friendliness because it's very hot and stressful. What annoys me more is that you still have the same problem as you have for the last 30 years. It's about the sauces, neither the curry sauce for the nuggets nor the sweet and sour sauce for the shrimp were there, but they were on the bill. This almost shows incompetence! Guy on the line, the last person to hand over the order adds the sauces, problem solved. As the managing director, you handed the order over to me. Role model function?!
