McDonald's in Sissach

Unfortunately, it's poor every time I visit McDonald's Sissach.

Forgotten in the parking lot for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to notice at home that everything was cold and the supplies were missing

Standard but well looked after. Very quick and precise service.

I wasn't asked what I wanted the fan burger with, it was simply made with chicken and the packaging wasn't closed and that's why the burger was scattered in the bag at home. And it wasn't rush hour!

So if it says that it's open until 1 a.m., then I think it's cheeky that the front door is closed at 5 o'clock even though there were still customers inside. Then I was ignored at the take away until someone responded after 1 a.m. But by then it was already too late. Nice

We celebrated our child's 5th birthday and Noemi did a great job! She was very loving and patient with the children. The children felt a direct connection to her. So highly recommended.

The burger came without tomatoes, without cucumber or pickles. Strange. The lettuce and sauce were all on only one half of the burger. It certainly wasn’t prepared with care. Tasted like McD food all over Europe. These burgers have become quite pricey. Almost CHF 10 for a veggie burger.

It is a well-located restaurant that is always busy. You are served quickly and it is also difficult to find seats.

I ordered a Big Mac WITHOUT pickles and what did I get? WITH cucumbers and French fries, of course with ketchup what did I get? Fries with SALAD SAUCE when I asked for ketchup I was rudely shot in the face! So please pull yourself together

Everything OK. Employees are nice. It's nice that there is an indoor playground. But: the playground is unfortunately not suitable for small children. Too many danger spots.

I live in Sissach and am here a lot but these cocks have already emptied my dirty cola for the second time and always all over me. Didn't even get any compensation.

You don't have to complete a degree to work at McDonalds... but please!! If you say without this ingredient, it's even written on the packaging and it's still done wrong, then I don't know how to help. Please dear McDonalds I haven't had to write a bad review for years.

Just been there (Sunday evening). There was nothing going on in the restaurant and yet we received limp, old fries, a Mc Veggie that was probably a few hours old and rubber shrimp. Only the honey mustard was fresh, but it was "prepared with love", meaning it looked more like a salad than a burger! That's it for me! -2 customers... Sorry, that's your fault. It's healthier anyway! And we don't need an answer about contacting the supervisor. That's pointless because he won't respond anyway or look for excuses in the comments!

Good old Ronald McDonald. Although Ronald was no longer kept alive. This branch here is super chill, but mostly not so clean. The tables are always dirty even when there aren't alot of people.

Ordered 4x cheeseburgers without onions and without cucumbers, all cheeseburgers had cucumbers in them 😡

Unfortunately the drive-in order was once again not carried out correctly. Cheeseburger WITHOUT cucumbers and yet there were cucumbers everywhere. The Filet o Fish was more outside of the bun and therefore not really great to eat. Unfortunately, the service here is not satisfactory as errors continue to be made. Despite ordering via the app, orders are not processed correctly. And the burgers often look like they were just “thrown in”.

When you order through the drive-thru, you can be prepared for something. I assume that extra people are put at the microphone who don't speak German. You have to repeat the order 3 times. Keep correcting. Be sure to keep the receipt and check the goods! Or better yet, don't eat there. If 1 out of 5 orders is put together correctly, you're lucky. When you call and complain, they say sorry a thousand times, but don't listen when you explain the problem. You pay restaurant prices, get no service, the wrong food and then have to dispose of the junk yourself somewhere, and you're not full afterwards. The frass is now so expensive that you can eat in a restaurant. You are served in a friendly manner and don't have to clean up the mess. And you get the food that you ordered. It's been like this for years now. The worst McDonald's in northwestern Switzerland is in Sissach. Maybe it's because German-speaking guests are no longer expected there. mess

The McDonald's was extremely busy when I visited. That's why we almost couldn't find a parking space. But we can only give positive feedback about the food. Was very good.

I was very hungry and wanted to eat something quick. There is only one restaurant in Sissach. The shift manager was so aggressive towards me that only a hair was missing that it escalated. But after so many accusations, I still remained calm. In spoken German she tried to accuse me of having taken pictures of the restaurant. But I just wanted to show a voucher from my cell phone so that I could eat a hamburger at a discount. Then she served me food and apologized profusely a hundred times. And this woman introduces new employees! According to other reviews, countless customers are dissatisfied with the restaurant and it seems to be a long-term success in Sissach. The system testaurant has a Google grade of 3.7 which is very low and it looks like the management doesn't do anything - doesn't even give feedback to the loyal customers. Neither appreciation nor improvement in sight. In the end, the restaurant owners complain that there is no demand - no wonder if the guests are treated like this. It's a shame that BK doesn't have any competition yet.

Unfortunately, the parking lot is usually crowded at lunchtime. The staff is hard-working and really tries their best. But this branch is simply too small. Otherwise the rest is typical McDonald’s Switzerland. Speak much better than in DE, FR or Italy.

Stopped off on our road trip, very friendly staff, quick service, and clean restrooms. Can’t ask for more :)

It would be an advantage if you understand German when ordering, or Swiss German, since I'm in my own country, so that you can get the order correctly.

Everything is fine on site, but lately I've often had an incomplete order or the wrong burger at the drive-thru. Today I checked whether the order was correct and you actually managed to deliver the wrong burger in the correct packaging/labeling. If I had any allergies or intolerances I wouldn't go there anymore because you don't know what you're getting anymore. I would rather wait 5 minutes longer and always have what I ordered. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that things are getting worse and worse in this branch. I was happy there for years.

Unfortunately it's always the same thing. Hardly any German speaking staff. Order is typed correctly but issued incorrectly.

It's kind of a shame that burger sizes have become smaller since Corona. However, the fact that you can order from your cell phone at the table is very convenient.

The burgers here are always quick and delicious. Ordering via the machine is particularly practical, as it is quick and easy. There were always enough free parking spaces available so that you could eat here comfortably. All in all, eating burgers here is a great experience and I recommend it to anyone looking for quick and delicious fast food.

Once again the inability to work in person! Not being able to prepare and give out an order correctly, then making the customers wait and preferring to chat in the kitchen and finally being handed half a clace and goodbye! This service is absolutely disgusting! Under no circumstances would I recommend this store

Nice employees, friendly and well-positioned. The Mc Flurry was very tasty. The toilet was clean and it smelled nice of flowers.

One of the best McDonalds restaurants in the world. Fresh products, incomparably fast service, the restaurant is exceptionally clean. I always ask myself why ordering takes so long in other branches, but in Sissach the food is on the table or in the car after 5 minutes. Kudos to the entire team.

The toilet in this local isn't that clean, even despite Corona now. Otherwise the local is clean and well maintained. Corona measures are observed here and also depend on them. Drive in is exactly as it should be, namely fast and error-free. I often go through drive-thru for a large order. All of 6 large orders were error-free. Sometimes the napkin is given less than you need, but I always said this when ordering and it was always fulfilled. Service inside is also fast, as you would expect from a fast food chain. The staff is always friendly and respectful.

Staff unfriendly to the point of not working anymore. Even after a long day at the drive-thru, you should at least be able to say a simple “hello” or whatever to the customer. A burger that was visually impressive but didn't even come out of the box lukewarm in the parking lot next door doesn't make things any better

I've been going through the MC Drive regularly for 2 years. Staff friendliness varied but rather nice :) Unfortunately there are always mix-ups with the drinks and the fries are really poor quality. The burgers are good.

Once again it proves to me that the take-away product doesn't work, I've had the experience for the 3rd time now! Today September 18th, 2022, enter the order via cloth pad and waited for the order after the number was called. Two ladies were busy with our order so far so good, I pointed out that it had already happened to me twice that not everything was packed! The answer was "yes, there are 2 of us, we checked everything, it's true" well, I just thought that 4 eyes looks better. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and another Burge was promptly missing from the order! It's a shame, I'm very disappointed with this branch in Sissach. It's clear to me that I had to check it again on site, but again I think that there are staff who receive payment for their work...

Since the staff has been almost completely replaced in the last few weeks and months, the quality has been declining almost daily. The food is cold and the fries are old. Cheese from the burger is stuck to the packaging and is not on the burger. Since the change in staff, the service has been simply cheeky! If you ask because products are missing again, you will be accused of lying.

Bad MC wherever it is!!! I come to you every day in drive and every little thing is missing or castles are crushed in horror. This has to come to an end. In my opinion it is outrageous to give such a burger to customers who have already paid 10.60fr for it. At least treating your food with respect would be a start.

Very quiet McDonald's, not far from the main highway and a petrol station next door.

Small mac, a bit hidden. They have 3 ordering stations, the food is delivered to the table. Very fast and nice service. There is a play corner for the kids. Outside there is a terrace.

Mac in swiss is expensive, but this restaurant has good quality burgers compared to others.

This McDonalds is very good. There were only occasional problems with the right sauce, but this isn't a big deal. This shop is highly recommended if you like fast food. My personal favorite is and remains the chicken nuggets.

I was there at lunchtime, ordered a Big Tasty, was given the wrong number and the waiter had to shout for the number. When the burger arrived, I had to prepare it myself first. A pile of lettuce was packed and thrown over. Cola was more ice than drink inside. There was no lid on it, let alone a straw. None were handed in either. Fries were freshly made, which was still good. Will not visit these MCs again.
