The fries are often good in this restaurant. March 2024: update, sanction notice after my last visits. I am updating my opinion, because this restaurant is getting really old and is poorly maintained: damaged tables, chairs also, benches which are also starting to wear out, lighting and atmosphere not as good as elsewhere. Lots of traffic, therefore noisy for a place which no longer appeals and which suffers from comparison with the other restaurants in the chain. To top it all off, this place is often dirty, even very dirty! I haven't seen this elsewhere at McDonalds in Switzerland it seems. This evening, I sit down and notice that all the tables in the row are dirty and half damaged, sometimes even poorly repaired with black tape. A few photos illustrate my point. Tags in the toilets 🙃 Additionally, the order and pay system and its offers are not accepted here. Will there be a reaction soon??? Mc Donalds is not doing the best publicity with this establishment currently.

After work, I used to go to the drive-thru in the evening once or twice a week. Disappointed more and more unfortunately (each time things are missing in the order, the burgers are oily +++, crushed, did you sit on them? 🤣, the cold teas are like water, they give you the order with the mcflurry at the bottom and the hot one placed on top with the napkins which soak in the mcflurry -> it's great when you arrive home...., the portions of fries are not entirely filled) in short I I tried again and again because I like my little McDonald's but I admit that it ended up disgusting me and paying almost the same price as a restaurant for it, I don't agree. Morat too far, Neuchâtel park no drive and I'm not talking about the parking...so there you go... Very unfortunate, this is the first time that I found the McDonald's so bad, for example in Morat, at the Neuch station, in Granges-Paccot, in Villeneuve no problem so what is happening in this establishment???

McDonald's, which has aged very poorly, is now undersized and always dirty. We recently came at 5:30 p.m. with family, restaurant almost empty and yet 8 tables in a disgusting state and more than 20 minutes to serve us. It's fun in the kitchen but no one to clean the tables, at least a minimum is not too much to ask. Luckily we ended up finding a suitable table but as soon as the restaurant started to fill up we saw customers cleaning the tables themselves, just outrageous. Fries rarely crispy and burgers often cold to boot, we won't be back soon. The outdoor terrace is nice in summer but in winter it is very complicated because it is too small and poorly maintained. This bad experience was by far not the first (4 visits with the same observation at different times in 3 months), reason which motivated me to write this review.

Dark playground, full of slippery foam everywhere, even my son is afraid of this playground: I RECOMMEND NOT.

You have to clean tables yourself. Really dirty. Didn't eat anything and got out as quickly as possible.

Dirty place, sticky floor, staff running around as best they can... Management needs to be reviewed...

One of the worst McDonald's in Switzerland, a disaster on average on Friday and Saturday evening 45 minutes of waiting at the Mac drive. Deplorable service, lots of errors, this is the fourth time we've gone there in the evening when we come back. The manager clearly says he doesn't care and that if we're not happy we'll be stuck in the town of Neuchatel or Murten.

Every time I take my order at MCdrive something is missing every time

For several months, I stopped by around 1:00 p.m. to eat there. 2 employees run to prepare, serve the room and the drive-thru in hygiene worthy of a dump. Overflowing trash cans, unserved trays, tables full of grease, floor worthy of an ice rink. In conclusion, you pay as much for junk food as a menu in a valid restaurant only to be poorly served in an unhygienic place with staff close to burnout and a wait worthy of a hospital emergency room. What does the franchisee and management do?

Ordered two big mac menus and 9 nuggets… they forgot the nuggets, sadly we trusted them and only checked once at home!

I left and she took the liberty of calling me back to tell me not to leave my order on the counter, that there were trash cans and that I should be more cheerful. I was shocked by his comments because in no case was I dishonest, unpleasant or even nonchalant I left and the next day I called to speak to a manager, they told me that he was not there and asked me if he could do a few things, I told him that I had had a problem the day before, he told me to give him my phone number so his boss can call me I'm still waiting for his call I don't like to create problems but this is too much

The McDonald's itself is well maintained, the service is rather fast and the take away and drive work well. The food was good although the shaping of the burgers was not the best

If you pass by, never go to the drive-thru. They keep forgetting things in orders. A sandwich, a drink, a fries or even a complete menu, geniuses...

To change the burgers made with incredible respect, the first cheese was made with only meat and cheese, no sauce inside the 2nd there is still half a slice of pickle.. really the worst McDonald's in Switzerland, we don't even talk about how clean this place is anymore.

The cold tea tastes like water, the fries are not salty and the double chesseburgeur bread is very dark brown.

Regular customer of McDonald's in Marin, I can affirm that compared to other subsidiaries in Switzerland, it is clearly below. The order terminals are slow and not very responsive, despite some progress following an update. Table service is convenient, but sometimes a little slow given the fact that we are talking about "fast food". Prices are high.

It is unacceptable that the floor is greasy to the point of slipping, the letters on the counter are dripping with yellow liquid. It is not normal. The McDonald's in town are not in this state.

I ask for a hamburger without pickles I open the burger it's not I see it was prepared a while ago already seeing the cheese and the fat soaked in the box and on top of that they just removed the pickles which were inside there was the brand of the two pieces… just unacceptable someone who is allergic they eat It's dangerous in short to avoid!

Good morning, We ordered for 2 adults and 2 children on a weekday around 12:30 p.m., not too busy compared to a Saturday. More than half an hour later, the children are getting impatient and so are the adults! People who arrived after us have been served, it is now time for coffee and not dinner. 1st complaint, we are told that we will be honored immediately. Another 20 minutes of waiting and people being served even though they had just arrived. 2nd complaint, the staff continues to work with their backs to us. A little annoyed my husband asks if someone will answer him, no one is suitable, he asks for the manager who is on break. Another eater called arrives, just says "sorry" and no explanation is given to us despite our questions about what could have happened. Another 10 minutes later we were finally served with some missing items (sauces, compotes, Coca Cola glasses for the medium menus). Only the waiter is sorry and shows compassion. Managers don't care. Too bad the order was paid and not cancelable because even if we left for the city, counting the journey and the wait we would very likely have eaten earlier. Well located and with outdoor games but very poor staff experience. Also, I had registered my older son twice for the McDonald's club, he could have offers and a thought for his birthday: never any return, the documents would have been thrown away by mistake (but twice??!). Cruel lack of professional conscience or conscience in short. The most sorry in the end are us: for our kids and our stomachs!
